No problem with delivery. Everything went well only waiting for one small piece that was missing from the fridge. Already talk to somebody hopefully they get back to me otherwise. Very happy with my purchase
Prepare to wait a week longer than the website tells you for delivery. Then be prepared for it to arrive severely damaged. We now have had to go buy a mini fridge to tide us over while we wait for a replacement fridge to be shipped again. 5 days since we rejected the damaged fridge and still no update on when the new one will be delivered. We will likely go over a month without a real fridge and in the end, ended up spending what we saved purchasing a mini fridge. Just go to a box store. Not worth the savings of buying online.

We kept our stove and dishwasher. Both of which were in perfect condition, despite arriving a week late.
They took my money for an upright freezer they said was in stock. Day before delivery I am told it never was and the website was wrong. Assured I would get a different one because they were receiving a shipment that money I paid more money to only be told no that one is not coming either! They still have my money. Horrible service no one reach out to me I had to call to get answers.
I ordered an item they listed as in stock. I called to make sure my order would go smoothly. Then I got an email that my order was cancelled. They told me that it wasn't being released to them. Total waste of time and their customer service is terrible.
I ordered a portable dishwasher. I was never notified of ship date, arrival date, all my instructions were ignored, it just showed up one day. Door damaged so that it wouldn't open, making the dishwasher unusable. They want me to either pack up this 100lb+ item myself and send it back, or take a $70 refund and receive a replacement panel but I would have to figure out how to remove the broken one and make the repair myself. I believe this item was damaged from the beginning and they're trying to force me to accept it.
Easy ordering process. Delivery was a disaster. Paid for white glove service. It was anything but white glove. Had to tell the delivery guys to remove the range from the pallet to get it through the door. In doing do, the oven door fell open and was scratched. Even after reminding the delivery team that they were to remove packaging materials, they refused. Most importantly, the delivery did not include the gas range burner caps and one of the 3 range grates. The range is not useable without them. Almost a month after delivery, we are still unable to use the range. Appliance Connection could have provided the missing parts from another in-stock range - we offered to drive to Brooklyn to pick them up - but they refused. The burner caps are well late to the promised delivery date. The range grates are not in stock and there is no projected delivery date. Without great customer service, buying major appliances online is risky. We should have bought locally...

* the customer service manager is THE MOST unprofessional representative I have ever dealt with! He actually yelled at me and told me it was my job to inspect my appliances before I signed for their deliver as they were boxed and the driver was anxious to have me sign and leave. Leaving me with damaged product and when I tried resolving * yelled at me with insults and horrifying "you will keep those damaged appliances and pay full price for them and be satisfied!" Who does that?

Ordered a suite of Maytag appliances through them and got the best price of anywhere I could find. I have messaged them regarding a few things and gotten timely responses. Shipping is taking a little while, but it took Lowes a similar time frame last time I ordered something through them. Overall Satisfied.

We just received the worst possible service from their website. I cannot believe what we just went through from every area of this company. False advertising of service, incorrect information given each time we spoke to an actual person on the phone, then when we had had enough and were upset with them, we were treated terribly by a "supervisor". Nothing on their website told us we would have to pay for instillation, then we were told we would have to pay $150 to have it installed, then we were told they did not install in our area! And all this after we have waited over a month for shipping! And we still do not have our dishwasher. They do, however have our money. No one has offered us any compensation and no one has been understanding or helpful on the phone. I believe that if you order from this company, you will receive nothing but trouble. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order form them online.

The range has lived up to it's promise and appears to have all the features we need. The customer service and friendliness of the staff made this purchase a positive experience. The quality of the product is good and we hope that it will last for a long time. The range is well built and I especially like the weighted knobs that give it a much more solid feel. We're glad we made this purchase through Appliance Connection.

We purchased a refrigerator and and a stove, not knowing they were both refurbished items. Now that we are asking them for return or even service, they are giving us a run around and saying, " you have to deal with the company directly and it is out of our hands ' i would highly reccomend not to deal with this company. Ever.
Their website labels the appliance as 'Available: In-stock or in-transit, etc'.
States Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders outside that timeframe will be given an updated ETA and shipping information.
After over a week, no updated information has been given and the order still has not been processed.
When addressing the concept of fraudulent advertising by scamming customer with a loophole of not 'processing' the order, I was immediately threatened with "their right to cancel any order."

Immediately after expressing that I did not wish to have my order canceled, only to be provided with an updated ETA and shipping date/time, my order was canceled by Customer Service. Included updated transcript to show this.
I wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered. I ordered one bed and received one that was a different color and had a different headboard. Called them to return it and they said that I had to pay for shipping when it was their fault! I spoke to a rude guy named alex saying the lighting may have been different in the picture and thats why it light gray instead of dark gray.
They items I was interested was in stock. Someone reached out to me to double check shipping info. The delivery came on time and the delivery drive was wonderful. I will definitely purchase from them again
I bought a hard to find washing machine through Appliances Connection. I was a bit leery ordering such an expensive item online but the machine I wanted was backordered everywhere locally. Delivery was a week earlier than expected. The installation of my new machine and removal of the old one was seamless. The delivery process fast, the crew was careful not to ding the walls or hardwood floors, and they were very courteous. Last, the price was the best one I could find after a long search. I recommend Appliances Connection.
Ordered a washer dryer, paid extra for white glove installation. Delivery did not happen on schedule, customer service did not respond. When delivery finally came, drivers refused to install and said we needed different outlets (not what we'd been told). Got outlets replaced (more cost! - and turned out to be incorrect information anyway), tried to reschedule installation. Customer Service were not just unresponsive, they were actively rude. I was hung up on TWICE by different people, on hold for long wait times, told that their staff time is more important than my time. Was told a manager would get back to me by email "when he wasn't busy", have had no further communication. Ended up installing ourselves. This was hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced (worse than ticketmaster, worse than ISPs in New York City. You get the picture). Just AWFUL, would NEVER EVER deal with this company again and want to make sure everyone knows how bad they are.
I went to a local furniture store because they were having a huge sale. We found the sofa we wanted and placed our order. The next morning I decided to web search for the same model sofa. AppliancesConnection.com had the sofa for much less. They offered the same extended warranty, free shipping, and no tax. It took a few days to get to my home but the $100s saved made it worth it. I will buy from AppliancesConnection again.
I bought this Whirlpool washer NEW from Appliance Connection almost exactly one year ago. It was delivered on March 13,2018. It completely stopped working about 2 weeks ago. (End of March 2019) We had a repair man come out and give us an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. He said it would cost too much and I should buy a new one. I talked to AC and they said it had a one year warranty and it was not their problem, and that I should contact Whirlpool. I'm wondering if it is a coincidence that it stopped working exactly when the warranty ran out. It also is disturbing that they didn't stand behind the products they sell. Never buying there again!

I purchased a oven that came damaged, I wasnt there when it was delevered. My teenage granddaughter was the only one home, obviously she did not know to open the box and inspect it. When we opened the box we discovered the oven was damaged and worse looked like someone had tried to install it somewhere else. I was told I had to pay 270.00 to send this piece of junk back. Richard was Rude, I advise stay away from this company! We remodeled our kitchen and purchased two appliances from other companies with absolutely no problems. Pass on this company!
I ordered about $13K worth of appliances. They use a service called AM trucking... total disaster service. Nice to have it delivered to your home and installed, however they no showed and didn't call after I had uninstalled appliances. This adds significant frustration after it took 4 months to get the appliances. Of course, since they outsource the delivery, they can't help when something goes wrong. I have to talk to incompetent delivery company.

Find somewhere else that doesn’t use AM trucking for delivery. Check how and who they use to deliver prior to ordering.

I wanted to get some furnitures to decorate my new home. I went directly to few of the shops to check for it but nothing attracted me. Then a friend of mine suggested to check online for 'Appliances connection'. You would not believe, the... More. I am very content with the service provided.On time delivery and value for money has made me a satisfied customer of this company. I am amazed of those bad reviews. Why they wrote bad reviews. In my case I found it best site to buy appliances and furnitures. Last month I bought some furnitures from appliances connection and I got it in time. It is too decorative and the staff were also polite. This is a very fascinating product with good price. Thank You.
The delivery men did an excellent job. They helped open and inspect the appliances with me for any damages. Everything looked to be in excellent condition. GE did a very good job with packaging and the trucking company handle my 5 appliances with great care.
The pictures they show on their site are deceiving. The specs are fraudulent they told me that the sofa I purchased was 34" in height and its only 30" but now they tell me that I need ti measure the pillows which happen to be different sizes also. The liner under the console is ripped and on top of that they didn't send enough hardware to complete the assembly which I didn't know I had to do! Now they say I have to pay for the cost of shipping this furniture back to New York when I live in Washington state. They say they are not responsible for damage because I signed the ticket for delivery. Now I'm out of $1,000. Beware they do not care!
Their website had exactly the product I was looking for which wasn't available at local stores. I placed my order by phone and the refrigerator was delivered promptly. I was especially pleased with the white glove delivery service. The delivery team did an excellent job getting a tall skinny refrigerator down a narrow staircase into a basement with a low ceiling.
I contacted ApplianceConnection via chat about an issue and was assisted by a representative. He responded very quickly to my messages and helped me to reach a resolution that I am very happy with. I was hesitant to make a purchase with ApplianceConnection as it appears to be a large company and I have had issues in the past with such as I've had to sift through bureaucracy to reach an answer to even the simplest of questions. This was not the case. I am very happy with my purchase and immensely pleased with the service they provided me.

I just spent ten grand with these clowns and they completely F'ed up the delivery, and now I can't get a soul on the phone to deal with it.
I keep getting promises of a return call which never happen. Now, I have to call AMEX and dispute the charge because of their screw up. Mind-blowing.
