I was disappointed that even with White Glove Service the packaging was left in a pile on the garage floor. I assumed the old dishwasher and packaging would be taken.
The nightmare started when we decided to upgrade our old 36inch Kenmore Gas Oven with a new 36inch Kucht Gas Oven. We purchased the oven with a warranty and installation.The oven was delivered/installed few months later. Few months later, and after countless calls regarding overheating panel on top of the knobs, multiple technician visits, interrupted work schedule and mom burning her arm over the panel, Kucht and Appliances Connection concluded our unit is damaged and not repairable. I was hold liable! Or maybe i should say my measure tape was held accountable (which have clearly measured 36 inch)! The resolution is to buy another unit with a discount! Would anyone buy another unit from Kucht or Appliances Connection?
I wrote this review because i believe the internet can be a better place and customer are still poorly treated out there.
Over all the experience was good, the installation guys had a challenge working with the gas lines, they were going to leave without installing it because they said the goes size were off, I had to read the installation instructions to help them out
It is the best online furniture store. I am totally fan of the site. Recently i bought product from this website. Quality and price is very good. Customer relationship service is very good. After order my product i received my product within a very short time.
Please believe ALL of the bad reviews, they are spot on with everything! Stay away and pay the extra cost from the big boys (Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowe's). These people are scam artists. They lie about their inventory and ship dates. Customer service agents have all been trained very well to lie. PLEASE BEWARE and STAY AWAY and save yourself a headache. I gave them a month to get it right. One star is very generous!
They provided me a good service. Good quality product just like i want.No damaged on the product and delivered in time. I have experienced a good purchase service. I recommend this site to them who want to buy good quality Furniture's. I am really happy with their service.
If I could give negative stars, I would. What a nightmare. The delays and excuses from Appliance Connections and their trucking company is beyond inexcusable. The run around and blaming each other and not taking any responsibility is incomprehensible. I ordered appliances end of April 2021. They were FINALLY delivered August 31st. I had to change my dishwasher and beverage center because they had no idea when it was coming. The ones I chose were "in stock". But when it came time for delivery, no dishwasher on the truck. They had no idea where it was. Then they told me "They didn't have enough room on the truck." The next week, I received and email saying they were coming... no show. The third attempt, the truck came, with no dishwasher on it. Finally, September 27th, the dishwasher showed up. I was so frustrated about the dishwasher, I called Lowe's. And they had what it originally wanted in stock. Just shop local. Don't believe what they say.

Very helpful website. I searched many places for this stove top I purchased. My big problem was the cut out size listed for this stove top. This site was the only one who listed the correct cut out size. This was a huge deal since I have granite counter tops. Had it installed this past weekend and it fit perfectly.

To call for two days and their phones where not working. Sent a help ticket and received automated responses wanting me to take pictures and do RMA etc for two hours before a human responded. Just to say, the package must come back to them before they will ship a replacementh. Of course they can see the package is being returned damaged via FEDEX. So we wait for the product we purchased.

Appliances Connection essentially scammed us out of hundreds of dollars. We were charged but received no services or product. We ordered a washer & dryer set to be delivered to our apartment but they called last minute to reschedule delivery dates 4-5 times. Each time the driver was "on their way" but would not be able to deliver and install the product. We had paid extra for installation. Each time we called to reschedule we asked them to make sure someone could install it and we were told that issue was corrected. It never was and it appeared they were never going to be able to make delivery. We canceled the order after we could no longer repeatedly take time off work to be home for no delivery. We were still charged "shipping costs" with no proof that anything ever shipped. This company is at best incompetent, and likely dishonest. 0/10 do not recommend.
Price was decent. I selected in home delivery only to find out that whoever delivers in our area doesnt do in home delivery. Then the guy told me the refrigerator would come with the handles NOT attached & they were easy to put on. They were attached so my husband had to take the door off the hinges to get it in.
3rd party delivery company scheduled/cancelled delivery 3X while I paid someone to sit at home during their window. Their truck destroyed $3,400 of our property upon UNSCHEDULED delivery that they LEFT at my front door and forged my signature for. They won't return calls/emails for refund/return of appliance or address property damage. Completely 100% honest review. These 2 companies are criminal. Save yourself frustration and do not use them. Must go through other channels and get our money back if they will not engaged and right their wrongs.
I got refrigeration from appliances connections and was very happy with the service. Product was delivered on time brandnew as promised. Customer service and installation team also very good at there jobs.

Company took payment and advised of couch delivery. Continued weekly updates that they were awaiting couch to make it to their warehouse for delivery week after week. 5 weeks later when I logged on my account it simply said the order had been cancelled haha, they didnt have that email update like all the others they sent. Wasted 5 weeks waiting for a couch deliver for in the end it just to be randomly cancelled and not even email me or tell me.

If you buy something in this store and it is broken, damaged or no longer needed, beware the shipping cost to return is ON YOU! Also, the shipping must be insured and traceable. I hope to never have to buy anything in this store again.

We've purchased three appliances from this company the first two were fine, but the last (a microwave) proved this company is decrepit. The microwave was defective right out of the box. I contacted Bosch support but they couldn't repair it for a month, so I asked AppliancesConnection for an RMA to return it. AppliancesConnection was anything but helpful.
Their reps lied, YELLED AT ME (in writing with all caps), offered to accept the return only to later change their minds, falsely accused me of having damaged the unit, and after I filed a dispute with my credit card company accused me of "fraud" and "theft" all because they don't want to take a defective product back from their customer.
I will never buy anything from this company again. The prices were good, but this company will pour endless energy into not supporting you if there's a problem.
I love my new Frigidaire FFEH3054US30 Inch Electric Freestanding Range! The glass cook top is very easy to clean and the range and oven work flawlessly. The design is modern, the knobs are on the front of the range so they do not get spattered. My purchasing experience with Appliances Connection was easy and flawless. Their customer service was easy to access through a ticket or phone call when getting status on my order. I will definitely buy my next appliance from them!

Ordered new kitchen appliances was told when I called that it would be 1-2 weeks at a maximum to receive my appliances. The order reflected the appliances were ready to ship waiting on trucking, after a week the order was changed reflecting that they were waiting for the cooktop and upon arrival then order would ship. Then was changed reflecting items were shipped, however the items were purchased on 7/28 a month later we are still waiting for delivery and have been advised it will be a minimum of a week longer. POOR POOR customer service we cannot get a response to our questions to them etc. Never Never again.

I ordered the Speed Queen washer and dryer. I love them both. Customer Service was courteous to me both times I contacted them. However, 3 days after I ordered, I was notified that the washer was discontinued. Both appliances were on back order so I had to wait for my shipment. It was well worth the wait.
I called on June 17. I was told they could deliver to my door within 5-7 business days even with what was going on in the world. I had a box store I could get it for cheaper and delivery July 1, but I paid more to get it delivered sooner. It is now July 19. I am told the soonest it can be delivered is August 13. The company won't call me when I send them emails asking me to call. It is over an hour wait time on the phone, and then they just tell me there is nothing they can do. The shipping company, Fragilepak that they use, it is a 2 hour hold to get somebody, they tell me they will deliver it sooner, and then they send me a link to schedule delivery for August 13. They have a 1 star rating. I am shocked at their straight up lies, lack of customer service, and in the meantime, for months I have no washing machine since I already paid for it.

First order did not go through after 8 days of waiting and then it took another 7 days, a total of 15 days to get AC Wall unit delivered. 28k BTU. AC casing was damaged and was not happy with this experience.
I ordered a propane heater for my shop on Nov 19,2022. I never received any kind of update during my wait. I contacted the company several times over a period of 2 months. Every time I called, I was told they had no idea where my order was...it was coming from a 3rd party. After waiting for 2 months, I had to beg them to send an email to this other company to find out where my order was. I was never informed of an answer and on Jan 30,2023 I was sent an email that my order was cancelled. Appliance Connection has no intent to provide customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience!

I recently purchased a high end Miele built in refrigerator from Appliances Connection. The company did a great job selling me a 10k unit but that was the end of the experience. They delivered the unit via their contractor YFlogistics, who had absolutely NO logistical clue regarding what the installation/removal of a 700lb built in unit requires, despite a ‘professional installation' package. The installation caused costly damage to flooring, and cupboard. The unit was improperly installed, posing significant risk of HARM to me and my household. They caused a leak on top of that. I contacted the company for over a week to be offered $200 to have a proper company out of Boston install it. What a scam. I have filed a complaint with Miele since they are responsible for their authorized dealers. My advice, stay away from this company. Maybe purchase a vacuum at the most.

All I wanted was a price quote. All I got was an open order which I cannot delete. I did not order this product. They ask for all your information to get the quote, then make you sign up on website to show you have an open order. I would never do business with a company that has this shady of a sales tactic. Too bad, I had 15k worth of high end appliances to buy!
