Purchased a $12,000 Jenn Air range from them and it was beyond a horrible experience and continues to be one. They delivered the unit the next day with a promise to price match. They delivered the unit, but did not install it. They came back the next day to install it, but they literally just moved it into place and ran. They didn't even plug it in or unwrap it. They went to their truck as if they were getting something and just left. In the process, damaged my exotic wood flooring. Needless to say, they never honored the price match and the floor manager Vico was beyond oppositional defiant. When asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he reports to the CEO and to google him. NOT letting this one go...
We ordered one model # microwave, the company sent us another and didn't tell us. Basically same microwave, still it's not the point. Then we had to order a trim kit and I called to make sure we were ordering the correct one. When the trim kit arrived, it didn't fit like it should have around the microwave. Very poor design by Frigidaire. My contractor threw the box away to the microwave, so we can't return it. However, we have the box to the trim kit, but are unable to return it. Would never buy appliances from a company again that ships them. I will go to a local store from now on. We are out right at $700! Very disappointed.

Stay away! It's not worth the $50-100 savings. You buy here, they use a trucking company that sent deliverers instead of installers. Took 3 months to have the range delivered, it was damaged, the delivery company couldn't install it, took a month to get money back, the drawer once we installed it was bent, took another 3 weeks to receive a new drawer. STAY AWAY!

Unfortunately there are not zero stars available. I have never been given the run around more by a company in my life. I have been trying to get a refund on a refridgerator (on which I never accepted delivery) since July. Innumerable phone calls and hours of my time later, I still have not been refunded my money. The customer service agents are friendly enough, and one even seemed personally concerned and quite sorry, but their hands are all tied by the fact that the "billing manager" has either been out to lunch, out of town, out of the office, or in a meeting every time I have called. I have been told every time that he would be calling me back "by the end of the day" and not ONCE have I recieved a return phone call. Please, please, please do NOT order from this company unless you have lots and lots of extra money that you don't mind forfeiting because it is not worth the hassle to try to pry it back out of their incompetent hands if you end up needing a refund for some reason.
They had the best price on the GE microwave we ordered. The online site was easy to use. Free shipping took 10 days from the day that we ordered the microwave. The microwave arrived in a well protected package.

They offer professional installation but when the installation goes wrong, they claim zero responsibility and tell you to contact the trucking/install company. I didn't but an install from the trucking company I bought from Appliances Connection.

I ordered a dishwasher and when the truck came they said they couldn't find a parking space so they couldn't bring in the dishwasher. This was a first for me. Then when they figured out how to park they said they couldn't install the dishwasher b/c I didn't have the right electrical hook up. They rushed off, appearing to never have intended to install the dishwasher. When I called to inquire about the installation service I had paid for the, not so nice, woman on the phone told me I have the wrong plumbing hook up and I didn't qualify for installation. So now I have problematic plumbing and electrical set up. When I brought a plumber out to install the dishwasher, he shared the hook was as straightforward as they come. Also when I said I wanted them to take back the dishwasher they said sure, for a $250 shipping fee. Awesome!

I brought the home furniture and it has a good quality of furniture and it's delivery within one day so delivery time was good, and best deal with so good experience for me so thanks for this product.
I ordered a sectional sofa on 7/4 and was given an estimated ship date in late August. When August came around they pushed out to late September. When September came around they pushed to early to mid-October. Now a week before ship date, they have pushed to the end of October. I understand the issues with Covid, but this is ridiculous. I have seen this same sofa in and out of stock several times on the Ashley Furniture website. Not even going to go into the fact that I also ordered a bed and they failed to tell me that it had discontinued a month after I ordered it until I called asking about it. Had to get a refund on that. Meanwhile I am still waiting on my sofa. If I can find one I like as well locally within the next week and get it quicker delivery, I will get this refunded as well and never do business with this company again.

I made an order on March 20th for a freezer and received and email the following day that it was not in stock and would not be in stock until the end of June. I asked to have the order cancelled as June was too long. Their representative told me they had another freezer in stock in the warehouse that they could ship instead within a day or two, so I agreed to that. Today, I called to check the status of the replacement and was told there were none in stock and none expected until the end of April. This is really bad business as I had another freezer available to order that I cancelled from a different business when they said they had a replacement. That freezer is now out of stock as well. What a bunch of lying and/or incompetent people. Would never deal (or try to deal) with them again!
I was uncertain as to this unknown website that I was looking at. I was in the need for an apartment sized freezer (frost free unfortunately wasn't an option). I was very pleasantly surprised with the results! The freezer is just the size I needed. The delivery was within a week as stated. The delivery man put it right into my front door for me. If I need another appliance I know where to go.
I purchased my freezer from AppliancesConnection and I love it, the ordering process was fast and easy and the delivery was easy too, however the freezer was dented but the company gave me a credit to take care of that and that was good with me. I will definitely be using them again on my next purchase! And I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a purchase.

I loved that when I placed the order everything they said happened. The product actually arrived early. I had a problem with another website stating they had the same product in stock when they did not have it in stock and this was a birthday present so I could not wait. Received my range hood damaged and that was after waiting 3 weeks for it. It took them more than a week for them to resolve the damaged hood with UPS. I explained to them that I was in the middle of a kitchen renovation and they were holding it up. I asked them to send me a new hood when UPS picked up the damaged one, they wouldn't. They said they would if I paid for another one. Long story short I told them to shove it. Took a refund and bought the hood somewhere else. The small savings are not even close to being worth the trouble of dealing with there so called customer service.
Great experience. Very quick and efficient sales representative. Delivery and installation are also quick and uncomplicated. My appliances are of great quality. My appliances are top-notch. Both the refrigerator and washing machine we purchased here were delivered swiftly, were reasonably priced, and the old units were removed. Great business!

I bought the downdraft vent range and paid the installation fee. When the goods is delivered, they told me they do not do installation. I ask for return and refund. They charged me delivery fee. They are total bad.

Ordered on May 2nd. Received on May 18. The website said it was in stock and the order would be processed in 24 - 48 hours. Paid $70 extra for express shipping. Ok... 8 days go by and the order hasn't been processed. I call to see what's up. They process my credit card and call it good over the phone. The order has been processed. I received emails with confirmations and everything... they seemed all excited... they ran my card. But the next step is shipping. In this case for $70 extra I paid for express shipping, it took 10 days for the item to arrive. Can't imagine what the free shipping would of been. Then the product arrives with a dent to boot. Couldn't tell at delivery. The box looked good. Would I do it again. Absolutely not.
In late September, Appliances Connection simply canceled an order I placed in July with no prior warning because of "long ETAs." I could not have had a worse experience and the customer service was truly terrible/non-existent. You will be better off placing your order literally anyplace else.
Very bad customer service. Going on 3 weeks and still no appliances. They keep saying next week. Was told by Manager Douglas last Thursday I would have appliances next Thursday or Friday now its Thursday and now they say another week. We are 156 miles from the warehouse and they now want me to come and get them and they will refund me $75. Over a 4k order and they can't seem to get them on a truck. Never buy from them again
The ordering process was a breeze, but the shipping was awful. The website says the love seat was in stock, but in actuality it was at the manufacturer. Had to wait until it was shipped from the manufacturer to their warehouse which took me a month to get it. Customer service was fine but they need a better shipping process and available in stock process.
I ordered 2 unrelated major appliances. Web site says both are available and ready to ship.
A week after ordering I am told they're waiting for one item to arrive from the manufacturer. I ask to have the items shipped separately. Oh no they say, they'll both go in a couple of days.
Two weeks later and two promised shipping dates later still nothing. A month in they still refuse to ship the item they claim to have in stock and ready to ship.
They lean on the covid story to cover their fraud and lies. If you have real delays you're honest about them not making false claims about items soon to ship. Covid doesn't cause your web site to say you have an item in stock and ready to ship when, in fact, you do not. Covid doesn't not create fraud and lies but people do.

I placed an order with AC and two weeks later when I called they said the order had not been picked up. They gave me the number of the freight company who said they did not get a call to pick up my order. So I called back and cancelled. Appliance Connection charged me over $200 for the cancellation because they said the product was in transit. Which the first person said was not picked up. Now they will not refund me the $200+ because they said their policy is to charge a fee based on the weight of the product because they would have to take it off the truck. According to the rep I spoke with, it wasn't even on the truck in the first place! So they should refund my money but they will not. I will be posting this on facebook and everywhere!

I ordered a induction cook top from Appliance Connection. The cook top arrived broken an in pieces. I contacted appliance Connection right away an it was a weekend.
