Appliance Connection:
First, the price was great. It should have been my warning.
2nd: It shipped late.
3rd: The door stopped working after 10 days.
4th: The 100% hassle free return policy did not work. They refused to take the product back and blamed me. I stopped payment to Appliance Connection through my credit card company.
5th: After 30 days, Appliance Connection gave Sharp (the manufacturer) my name and home phone number without my permission.
6th: Appliance Connection said the return policy was waived because I contacted Sharp directly, a complete lie.
7th: Well after over 2 months, Sharp replaced the microwave and it is working for 30 days now.
I had my already paid back order canceled for manufacturer price increase. I asked Appliance Connection " What about commitment? What about taking my money already? What about Intergrity?". Now, I have to wait 3 to 5 business days before Christmas to search for a new company. I served 22 yrs for the country because of values. What happen if I didn't honor paying for the item first, Appliances Connection would make sure it is honored. Sad day! Pay more for security.
Bought a microwave. Was shipped damaged. They sent a tech, he said it wasn't covered even with images of the unboxing showing it was delivered damaged. Said there was nothing they could do. Called Samsung, they said the person we bought it from was responsible. Called ApplianceConnection many times, they said to call the tech who came out who needs to submit paperwork. The tech was sent out by Samsung, everyone was pointing the finger at the other for who was responsible. No one stepped up. I am still somehow as a customer making calls, have an open ticket, have proof of damage from its arrival, and no one is helping me for a replacement.
Tip for consumers:
With so many sites that understand things get shipped damaged, I would highly recommend dealing with someone that won't have you spending hundreds on an item that they never replace or resolve issue leaving you with an unusable product. (Its been a month so far with no results of me emailing, calling, and an open ticket.)

I paid for this Freezer on Tuesday the 28 of march they said it should be delivered Friday the 31st they took 2 days to process the order then took till the 6th of April to get it to the delivery warehouse then taking an additional 7 business days to process it there and then it was finally delivered on the 17th of April Totally and completely unacceptable Business practice. I called them several times got nowhere.
I will never buy any products from them again as they are Snail slow and it will take you 3 weeks or so to receive your order.
The delivery personnel couldn't get the oven to fit. So left it connected but not slid in to place. I later got it to fit pretty easily. Not sure what happened there. I also thought they would be taking the packaging away with them but they left it in my driveway.
I ordered a stove and I got a stove hit by a fork life. The company was rude and not helpful. I have now a broken gas range and they closed my case without me having any say in the matter so that they didnt have to deal with it. All I wanted was a new gas range like I had payed for. Scam artists for sure. Beware.
The Appliances Connection is an excellent store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was driving by and decided to stop in and see if they had a dryer for a reasonable price. Wasn't planning on making a purchase that day, just wanted to see if they had anything in my price range and then, I left with a big smile. I got what I wanted!

Called in to verify inventory, went online to place order. Called back to confirm my order and was told i should receive in 3-5 days. 7 days later I called to get tracking and update and was told appliance is no longer available. On day 10, I received a message and tracking number for unknown item. Again, I call to find out whats going on and nothing but rudeness and demeaning attitude from Monika. This item was a gift for 90 year old grandmother and was a complete let down and continuous lies. Now have to call my cc company to do a chargeback.

Placed an order for some furniture. I waited over a month and never received anything even though their website said shipped for 3 weeks. I then canceled the order with them and they would not refund the entire portion of my order. They kept $150 because they said that the item was shipped. I never received any products or tracking info other than a webpage saying it was shipped. I looked them up and the shipping company they use on BBB website and they both have horrible reviews. NEVER EVER buy from them! Do your research.
I had started a renovation of the kitchen in my personal home, and decided to buy a new high end dishwasher, as my existing dishwasher was an older white model and my new appliances were stainless. I shopped locally from my suppliers as well as local discounters. We looked on line and compared the prices at several different online dealers, with our local prices. We found the exact model Bosch dishwasher for less at Appliance Connection, than from my local suppliers. AND there was no tax or delivery charge! I was still a little skeptical that I would not receive a first quality item or, that the dishwasher would be scratched, dented or marred in some way. To my relief, when it arrived, it was all that I had hoped and then some. The delivery person uncrated the dishwasher and waited until I had gone over it and inspected it for damage. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. I will recommend Appliances Connection to my clients and, I myself, will be a repeat customer.

They are liers who are deceiving customers. I bought a refrigerator and the door was broken when it was delivered. The customer service agreed that I would place a new order to replace the damaged one, and then they would pick up the initial refrigerator when they deliver the new one without any charge. So, I bought a new refrigerator and gave them the new order number. But in the end they Charged me more than $600 pick-up fee and said that I can not exchange to a different model of refrigerator. If the original refrigerator didn't have a damaged door, why would l have to exchange it? They never told me that I couldn't exchange with the different model in the email from the beginning to the end. I'm really angry, they're very untrustworthy.

I purchased a table from this website and received it, but it was not the size I ordered. I sent it back and was told I would receive the right size. Then they said it was backordered and they refunded my money. On their website the item is listed as "quickship" with dates the following week for shipping out. They told me to go ahead and order it on the site if I want it, but now the price is up $150 from when I ordered it, and they will not honor my purchase price.
I have recently purchased a Sharp Steam Oven (Sharp SSC0586DS).
At first there was a delay for the shipment dates. However, as I contact the supporting staff. I got a much better accurate shipment date.
I did not believe the price and the creditability of the company, because it's quite expensive investment into a company with a mixed history in the online reviews.
But I take a chance because the price was lower other sites that offers the same product (knowingly, I can't call the credit card company for refund if they don't ship the product, because I did authorized the transaction.)
And it turn out to be great. The product arrived once they have sent out the shipment notification. And they also give out instructions on how to inspect product upon arrival.

Recently purchased an item on their website that was listed as in stock with a 2 week delivery date. 10 days later received an email saying it would take 8+ weeks instead. They blamed it on COVID. I called to figure out how COVID would make shipping take 10 weeks instead of 2 weeks, when Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and the Post Office are all back to normal. Per the rep's explanation: "When our website says it's in stock, it doesn't mean it's necessarily in stock for your order. It means we have some in the warehouse, but they may already be purchased by someone else." Basically, their website is designed to lie to consumers in order to get their business and then hope the consumer will put up with their bait and switch. Unless you're willing to wait months for your product, I would not recommend using this business. Their website also implies they are Better Business Bureau members, while BBB says that they are not an accredited business.

I'd give tt 5 stars except the directions to reset the regulator valve was terrible and I couldn't unerstand it (look it up on utube and its clearly explained) also I can't find a slot screwdriver to buy that is less than 0.105" diameter and 3 inches long to reset the orifices.
Why didn't they send one with the kit? Couldn't cost more than a dollar and now I can't complete the
Installation. Otherwise the propane stove was just as advertised and I'm happy with it.
My wife and I were excited to get our new Ashley recliners! The trucking company delivered the chairs unassembled. The delivery person asked how do they look and from what we saw we signed off on the chairs. It wasn't until the truck left and we tried to assemble the chairs that we found the wood frame of one was broken. Tried calling the driver to return and see the damage with no luck. Then call the trucking company who said send pictures of the damage which we did. Later to find out from them we had no claim as we had signed off. Appliance Connection agreed even with pictures of the damaged box, chair and the fact the chair was in our house for 5 minutes. We were not entitled to a replacement chair. They offered a 20% discount to keep the broken chair. WOW nothing but thieves! We need to shutdown companies like this who do not stand behind their product and service! Retired and taken advantage of!
I hate giving bad reviews so this is sad for me to say. I filled out the delivery information and waited patiently until I got any sort of notification that they would be on their way. I got on the website to track it. There was no information that I could find. When I made the order, I said that I wanted it to be delivered to our garage because we are doing construction on our house and it's really hard for us to get it from the front of the house to the back. Today it got delivered. I had no idea it was being delivered today. I didn't get a notification. So right now it's sitting in front of our house. They didn't ring my doorbell. I know this for a fact because I have a ring doorbell system so I would've known if they rang the doorbell. I didn't sign for it. There was no information, so I hope there's nothing wrong with this dishwasher. I am very sad and disappointed. I am glad that I got this dishwasher but I'm sad that our experience wasn't very good.
A+ all around. Flawless from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the wonderful dishwasher that we got from Appliances Connection. Shipping was quick. Dishwasher arrived in great shape and was installed the next day and it works well as expected. Thankfully we did not receive a damaged item and have to go through the experience that we read that others did.
I recommend that you pay the extra money to have it installed for you, as I did it myself (new dishwasher installation) and it took much longer than I thought it would and it cost me more than I thought only because I bought the wrong hardware and couldn't return it after opening it. Thank you
Bought a washer for a good price, but in the ordering process nowhere did it say they do not offer set up with delivery etc., so going along with the order it was already too late once I realized this. So now over 2 + weeks later im STILL WAITING for my washer do not order from this sight if you want shipping updates and any help with set up or removing the old appliance!
Aside from the beautiful hutch/buffet I purchased from AppliancesConnection and the pleasant interaction with the salesman who assisted me, the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the furniture never shipped when it was supposed to but instead of admitting this to me 3 weeks after I followed up, they pretended it was enroute and couldn't be tracked yet. On the back end, they agreed to refund me $100 for the poor experience in 5 to 7 business days. This also never happened and insisted it would take another 5 to 7 business days when I followed up. Needless to say, I am not holding my breath nor do I intend to do business with them again.

We purchased a stove in late October 2021 and have still yet to see our stove. Every time we contact the company they give us the runaround! They tell us that it's ready for delivery and send us to freight and freight sends us back to appliance connection saying it's waiting for approval for extra man delivery. This seems like a total fraud to me and we will be filing a fraud claim if we don't get our stove soon! I have no proof the stove is here or exhists with them and no one will give us answers, over 10k!

Buyer beware! Do NOT buy from this company. I repeat do NOT purchase appliances from this company… their delivery service is horrible! White glove installation is not white glove! They do NOT even install anything. Yes they haul away but they did not install my refrigerator! They said it was free delivery and it really isn't because I had to pay MORE MONEY Just to get my refrigerator delivered after I had purchased it just to get my refrigerator delivered to me and it was four weeks late when they promised two weeks. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order, they said I would still have to pay for it since it was sent to the deliverer already! I have never complained when ordering from any company before, not once. So, you know this is a legitimate complaint! I'm just saving you guys the hassle of going through what we went through! Maybe it is their trucking company I should be complaining about! Just be aware! Our refirgerator is still not installed since delivery!

I waited 2 months for a couch and loveseat that stated it would arrive in 3 weeks. When it finally did arrive it was damaged and the damage was that the couch bed wasn't attached to the frame and since we didn't use it right away we didn't notice. When i contacted them they were rude and only offered 10% back or I could pay 350 in shipping to return the couch which I thought was ridiculous. I accepted the 10% because what other option did I really have and then they only gave me 10% of the loveseat not the couch. I am still trying to get the rest of it 4 months later. Worst company ever. I will never order from them again!
