Purchased Dishwasher and Installation. Three weeks, told DW was out of stock, so they sold us an alternative. Delivery date... truck driver did not use truck route but instead of correcting his mistake, he blew us off and didn't deliver. A week later, delivered and badly installed. DW would not turn on. Delivery refused to take it back and left us with a bad machine and took our old one. I insisted that they give us back our old DW and take back the bad one, and they refused. I refused to sign. Driver threatened me. We called police. We called App Connection, told our story, they claimed no responsibility for quality of installation and delivery guy's behavior, even though we paid AC directly for delivery and installation. They said they would send a truck back to pick up the bad DW "when it's in your area next", but we haven't heard from them nor received the refund promised. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered my appliances on January 4th. Promises kept on broken, no delivery yet and it's March 8th. Finally had to cancel my order. They claim that there's snow on. The ground and that's why they cannot deliver, well, look at this picture!

I finally received my order four weeks after ordering on June 1, incorrect responses to my queries regarding order status and multiple conflicting emails first stating the item would ship to me directly from the manufacturer, then to their warehouse first then to me, then from the manufacturer direct, ect., etc., etc., about 10 in all. And the charge your credit card within 24 hours of your order, regardless of when or if the item ever ships, which is a very poor policy. Stay away from this company!
This was a great experience purchasing my refrigerator, range, dishwasher, & microwave from Appliance Connection. It was simple & easy doing this all on-line. I received an e-mail updating me on everything. The 2 guys that handled the delivery, removal of the old appliances and installation of the new appliances were very professional.

Early March 2023 I purchased a coin operated washing machine from AC. When it finely arrived over 10 days late I discovered that the coin slot was not working. It took me some time and effort to find out as to why. Reason was that the coin slot was not set for American quarters.
When I wrote AC they delayed and delayed. Finely after 1 month they send me an old coin slot what would only take 6 quarters so $1.50. No help to install it was offered. I wrote AC again. No response. Only after I opened a case in PayPal early May, started they to respond by saying that I should return the machine.
If you want a reliable machine do not buy from this company. My machine is still not working and it is now over 2 months.

I purchased a sectional sofa at the end of may 2020. I knew there would be a delay when I ordered. I was given a eta of sometime in August. Here it is mid November and it still hasn't been delivered. It's been pushed back more than 10 different times. Each time it gets close to the eta it's pushed back further. No one will help me and I'm sitting here with no furniture. Do NOT recommend!

This was the first time ordering a major appliance online and I can truly say I was very happy with the experience. I received a call 2 days prior to it being delivered with a 5 hour timeframe which was fine; then received a call from the driver himself saying he would be at my house in 10 minutes. When bringing the refrigerator in my house they were very considerate of not banging into anything. Thank you.
So I was reluctant to buy from Appliance Connection with many poor reviews, but on certain websites like Houzz, they have great reviews. So I took a chance. Called and spoke to Vincent I think. Got a new Napoleon grill. I had found it at another website for several hundred $ less. Asked for the price match and gave them the store name. While on the line, he found it, and matched the price on the spot. They had it in stock and shipped it via AM Home delivery. It took about 2 weeks but I live in Florida and am familiar with freight so this all made sense. The delivery called, set appointment and arrived on-time. The guys took the grill off the truck and put it in my garage as asked. They waited for me to open the box and inspect. I have to say, this was a great experience from start to finish. Just remember to be realistic in your expectations. I would buy from them again.
I received my air conditioner in good shape and delivery was quick.SO far unit works very well, i have had it for two weeks now, so i am hoping all goes well, and i hope not to have any trouble with the company if it stops working like some people said they did. I even had my neighbor buy one and so far she is also happy

I recently purchased a Range from AppliancesConnection as a Christmas present for a family member and this is the second time I have ordered an appliance from them. Both times the transaction went very smoothly. The items were shipped quickly and arrived with 0 damage to either unit. They carry pretty much any brand you could want and their site is up to date with stock and availability and also information on the items as well as any rebates available. The best part of all is that I saved a ton of money. I will order any large appliance I will ever need in the future from this site and recommend it to anyone I can. They also give you points from your purchases to go towards money off on future purchases. This was a great find for appliances and the delivery guys were courteous and patient as they let me check the items for any damage.

Found a great price on a dishwasher on the Appliances Connection site. Nine days later they sent an email asking me to call. The ridiculously rude gentleman I talked to said they didn't have the dishwasher in stock and asked if I wanted a different one for $450 more. Bait and switch. He then acted like he was being gracious in cancelling my order without a charge.
Two days ago we got delivered and installed a Bosch dishwasher. The technicians got the test going and left the place. My husband then notices that the dishwasher was leaking all the water and runs outside to stop the delivery men. They came back see the mess and say that they will send a technician with a new part to fix the dishwasher and left. We call customer service because we payed full price for a brand new dishwasher and we got a defective one. Long story short we have called multiple times customer service, last of them saying "I'm not saying that you're lying but" I doubt the technicians told you that. Since we "accepted" the delivery they won't take any accountability and can only send a person to repair their broken merchandise. So we get a refurbished dishwasher for the price of a brand new one.
Purchased 2 leather power refining sofas from them. They wrote back that they were unable to ship my sofas. I asked why they accepted an order without having stock. They said that manufacturer discontinued the product. You should not accept an order without knowing what is in stock. Charged my credit card and then told me they didn't charge my card. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Poorly managed company wasted my time. Now I have to find another retailer who can ship what they sell.
I purchased an extra large front loading washer from Appliances connection. They whole experience was fantastic. The price for the product was lower than anyone else. Shipping was less expensive too. The delivery people arrived at the time agreed to. They even called 1 hour prior for my convenience.
After researching multiple makes and models, we felt the Danby would be just right in our kitchen. We found that Appliance Connection had the best price and free delivery. The delivery driver and his assistant brought the cooler in and unpacked it for our inspection. After a quick look over for any signs of damage, the driver took the box and all packaging with them when they left. We liked the dual sides since they could be set at different temperatures. We really like the blue lights inside the cooler when the doors are opened.

When I received my refrigerator the back of the unit was damaged near the refrigeration lines. The delivery team said they can take the unit with them or i can keep it, see if it works and potentially get a discount for a damaged item. I had an appliance guy look at it which he confirmed to return the unit. The unit is out of stock currently so there's a 5 week wait window, which is fine but not compensating a customer for delivering a damaged item and now having to wait an additional 5 weeks for a refrigerator is absurd. Ive spoken to management and there answer is "well refund you in full, pick up the damaged item and be done with you." It's the worst customer service ive ever dealt with, being in sales/customer service thats the simplest thing we can do during these times is take care of our customers like they matter.
Did not receive my appliance. Ordered on line a 27 inch double walled Bosch oven. No contacts given about availability. If not available please cancel my order. Not very professional since no contact by email or phone
After waiting a long time for the parts and receiving them by mail, Appliances Connection thereafter promptly sent the installer to install the stacking kit. I appreciate their follow up and resolution.

It has now been over a month and Appliances Connection has still not addressed their failures to deliver a complete stacking unit. One representative tells me to contact the manufacturer for tracking info but the next Appliances Connection representative tells me they can't provide a direct phone number for the manufacturer (this is a problem that Appliances Connection was supposed to fix). Thereafter, the manufacturer sent me only a portion of the hardware that I need to install the stacking unit. I am completely fed up at this point.
They were super helpful taking my order for over $5,000. They were super fast delivering my washer & dryer. The problem started when the driver called and told me he forgot the stacking kit. I said "no problem, just send me one and I'll install it." They promptly delivered a stacking unit but it was missing the screws and hardware. It has been over 3 weeks and the unbelievably incompetent (multiple) idiots keep sending me "tickets" (i.e., useless "updates") and still haven't sent me a new/complete stacking unit. They screwed up TWICE and despite multiple requests I still don't have the stacking unit. My brand new "stackable" dryer has been sitting in the middle of my hallway for the past 3 weeks. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS!
Received damaged appliances that could not be seen until they we installed and appliance connection won't fix their mistake.
They don't stand behind the products they sell.
Avoid them, and shop elsewhere.

I purchased a washing machine with installation. I stayed home from work all day waiting for the delivery as scheduled. Never arrived even though they kept telling me they were on the way. Neither the shipping company or Appliances Connection could explain why this happened or re-schedule the delivery promptly. All they offered was that I could cancel the order! Total waste of time.

I read lots of reviews and was hesitant to buy 2 couches from them but because their prices were the best, I took a chance knowing it would probably take 6 weeks for delivery to CA based on reviews. Everything was as expected with the couches being delivered at 5.5 weeks. The shipping company called a few times and updated me on the ETA within 24-36 hours of delivery. There was a small nick on one of the couches which we notated on the delivery receipt form and the company contacted us within 24 hours and offered a $100 refund and repair kit from the manufacturer which we accepted. They were proactive in the offer which I appreciated and I'm sure made sense for them to avoid a return and made sense for me as I didn't want to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement couch and the nick was not bad at all. I would recommend them. Just don't believe their shipping time frame on the website and know it will take 5-6 Weeks for delivery.

Sadly AppliancesConnection proved to be a bad choice for us to purchase our new dishwasher.
The dishwasher arrived 4 weeks late. When it did arrive, it was damaged in several places (Dent on the top, wheel was broken, water valve was loose).
I decided I could live with the dent and the wheel as long as the dishwasher functions ok. So I paid the installer and half way through the install, the issue with the lose water valve was discovered.
At this point, we put the old dishwasher back and I contacted appliances connection. From here it was poor customer service. They put in a replacement which took another 2 weeks, they said they would discuss compensation once the replacement dishwasher arrived, but once it did, they were not willing to compensate me for the costs of installing the damaged dishwasher (let alone the inconvenience).
My recommendation would be to stay away from this company. Very disappointed.
