Terrible terrible company. Shipment came 6 weeks late, leaving me in an apartment without chairs for 6 weeks. DId not update me on shipping when asked. Damaged chair came in, I called to return and they blamed me and said they are not doing anything. Rude and unprofessional, would rather pay double the price elsewhere to never deal with these people again.
We ordered a dishwasher for delivery and installation in part because they advertised an earlier delivery date than their competitors. The item came in nearly three weeks after they advertised. We spoke with customer service to set up the actual install date about 10 days in advance. That morning, they didn't show up and our multiple calls to customer service went unanswered. Do not buy from them.

Yes the delivery is very slow, but if you're not in a hurry and can wait then I say purchase from this website. We've looked around for the same sectional and AppliancesConnection had the best price. Despite all the bad reviews I seen I decided to give AppliancesConnection a chance and glad that I took the chance. It took about 5 weeks for our sectional to get delivered. The delivery team was excellent they even took all the packaging off and placed my sectional where I wanted them to. I would order from them again in the future.

NOT 30 days after order.
I saw the same price after 2 days later for closer place.
Shipment is free but took 15 days for me.
I don't know why I have to wait longer but eventually save nothing at all.
So don't check price again if your order in shipment.
You probably see a closer store have the same or lower price during shipment.
If you are not in hurry, it is good site for you.

I requested a refund and only was given a refund on the delivery fees and not the product which was never delivered. Almost 3 weeks after the refund request I still do not have my money back. Had to file a fraud claim with my Credit card company. They are clinging on to more than $3000 while I pay interest on it.

Buyer Beware for sure. It seemed too good to be true, that they had this product in stock when no other company in the US did. It turns out they didn't actually have it and they wont refund the order. Best Buy had it to me in 4 days, once they indicated they had it in stock.

Received excellent service, and prices. Appliance connection gave me free storage for about a month, also free shipping. The whole process from ordering to receiving the merchandise was a pleasant experience. The associates were very helpful during this process, even exceeding my expectations. This company is a total scam! I ordered an appliance package in mid- December and it was to be shipped in 2 weeks.
Mid- January still no shipment.
Phone support kept assuring me it would ship any day. Never shipped.
Order was cancelled.
They said I would get my refund in 5-7 days. 3 wks later no refund.
Phone support said it still had to be restocked before they could issue a refund. I don't know why it would be restocked since it was never shipped.
After 5 phone calls over 10 weeks, still no refund!
Stay away if you value your money and time!

I was very nervous about buying a major appliance online but the cost savings lured me in. I did a little homework on AppliancesConnection and felt pretty good about them. The order and delivery went off without a hitch. My beautiful LG french door refrigerator arrived in pristine condition. I definitely will order from AppliancesConnection again.

They sold me an AC that broke down just after a few weeks. They didn't come up with a solution to fix this, instead they only referred to the manufacturer.
The customer service is superficial and not helpful at all. Dont buy here, they dont take responsibility for the quality of the products they are selling.

Great prices, but in return you get dishonesty, poor service, and poor delivery.
The salesman told me my item was in stock and would arrive in 5 business days - several business days before Christmas. Very long story short, after repeatedly telling me whatever I wanted to hear, I finally learned from the shipping manager that the salesman was flat lying about shipping expectations and that there was nothing that could or would be done. The shipping manager committed to having the sales manager call me to talk about how the dishonesty would be handled, and two months later I've heard nothing.
What I had been told would arrive no later than 12/22 finally showed up on 1/5 incomplete.

I bought new Ashley living room furniture from Appliances Connection. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive from the time I ordered it but they told me it would. It would have taken close to 3 weeks to get the same furniture through a local store or directly from Ashley Furniture so really my extra wait time was only a week. They didn't charge my card for the merchandise until it was actually ready to be shipped which was surprising. Most places charge you immediately upon ordering. The great thing is that for waiting that extra week my furniture cost around $600 less then I would have paid even ordering directly from Ashley the manufacturer! So from my perspective everything arrived in perfect condition when I was told it would and I saved 30% off the price of buying anywhere else. Can't beat that can you? :)
I live on a dead end street. My husband met the semi driver to transfer the washing machine as the driver couldn't turn around. As soon as we opened the box, discovered the washing machine was damaged, bent, immediately called the delivery company. I was told it was my responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to accepting it. Nightmare!
We purchased 6 Samsung appliances through Appliance Connection. We also purchase the 5 year warranties for each appliance. The customer service representatives were all very helpful and nice. Yes, it does take several weeks to get the appliances but it's worth the wait for the savings. We're getting ready to build a house and went ahead and ordered the appliances. We're in no hurry to use them due to construction. They went into storage upon delivery. We checked everything out for shipping damage and all was good and then, we signed off on the appliances. The two delivery guys from A&M were very helpful and knowledgeable of what they were suppose to do. We are VERY pleased with our overall experience with Appliance Connection. We would have no problem ordering from them in the future. Thanks again for a smooth transaction and delivery of such a BIG order.
Would you order a large appliance from an online store? I did and will do it again. AppliancesConnection has great prices, free shipping, no sales tax. I saved a bundle, and received a new upright freezer via truck freight with no damage, and the delivery company that AppliancesConnection contracted with even placed the freezer right where I wanted it. Very satisfied!
I ordered from this company on the second of this month. 18 days later I have no air conditioner and fedex shows the shipment as waiting to receive the shipment from appliances connection. The first customer service guy said that they where supposed to receive the AC in the warehouse, but it didn't arrive so they where waiting. A second guy came on the phone and said that mine was shipped but fedex lost it. They threatened to charge me re-stocking fee when i tried to cancel my order even though they never sent me anything and it was behind scheduled delivery date 18 days later. I got conflicting and very detailed stories on why my product didn't arrive from the two people i talked to. I was threatened with lawyers and everything just trying to get my money back. Dishonest business practices. Avoid at all costs
My dishwasher was delivered 3 weeks after ordering, but not with the connector I ordered and paid for with the dishwasher. They said they would come back another day to install after I buy the correct part myself (which I did the same day) despite having already ordered and paid for the correct part. My dishwasher sits in my living room not installed and they blame me without giving a reason. Appliances Connection works with a 3rd party delivery company and have yet to take responsibility or indicate a resolution after weeks of this. One of the worst purchasing experiences of my life.

I had a good experience buying a refrigerator from Appliances Connection. Excellent product and communication as well. It actually came in earlier than expected, and scheduling happened quickly. Easy process and the delivery company showed up on time and communicated when they were on their way. I really appreciated that. They got it all set up and running. I will buy my next appliances from here as well.

Once again, I had a successful transaction with AC. They have delivered a wall oven and a couch for me now. Item arrived according to schedule without any damages. Delivery company was polite and straightforward. The entire process was smooth A to Z.
I've never written a review before, but I was so pleased with my washer/dryer that I felt compelled to do so. They delivered my unit and were kind, professional, and most importantly, considerate of my property. My old washer/dryer combo was carefully removed, and my new one was brought in. I recently purchased a sofa from Appliance Connection and my delivery has been pushed back 3 times. The first time was just seconds after I purchased it. I called them to see what the hold up was and they could not gave me a real explanation. I really really do not recommend them, unless you really don't care when you get what you purchase. Still haven't received my order!

I have had my share of online shopping, but this site by far is the best! I got a great deal on my Whirlpool Stainless Steel Dishwasher for my new apartment. I saved at least 30% of what i expected to spend. I truly recommend Appliance Connections! Unfortunately I can only rate as high as 5 stars, this online site deserves a 10!
Where to start. Order a 'set' of three kitchen appliances. Dishwasher stove and over stove microwave. The estimated delivery kept being pushed back and ultimately was at 9pm with only 2 of the three pieces which didn't match. Asked for a refund on the microwave that didn't show up and a week later they are "working" on it. Bought the matching microwave locally for $100 less and was able to pick up the same day. Definitely cannot recommend.

Transaction was easy, they followed up every step with an email. Delivery was on time, they moved quick, were very carful of my home, floors, etc, getting the 36" range into its spot in the kitchen. They could not complete set up as the gas hook up was on the wrong side, but we anticipated something, so this was ok. Better then our local Lowe's & Best Buy. Keep up the good work and customer service.
I had a desperate need for a new washer and went to this store first. I was helped almost immediately by a salesperson and he walked me through the most applicable selections for me. They were very friendly and helpful. Prices were competitive.
