We had a bad experience with Home Depot while purchasing our appliances with our kitchen remodel. We knew what appliances we wanted and had the model numbers. We called and spoke with a very knowledgeable salesperson. Not only did he save us a lot of money, because they price match, we got upgraded appliances from the ones we intially chose plus we are getting 2 different rebate offers back. We searched ourselves online for the best prices for countless hours. Appliance Connection had the best prices compared to any retail chain. The retail giant, Home Depot, was not aware of these rebates. The delivery came well before expected, the communication was superb, the delivery people were gentle with the appliances, took all the cardboard away while we inspected for damage. No damage at all. This company made a stressful large purchase very much less stressful and put our minds at ease. We would definitely refer anyone to this company and use them again ourselves.
I order a couch on their site because it said it would be delivered before the new year. It was a Christmas present for our new house. A while after the order they told me expected delivery would be in February. I told them that i wanted to cancel. There response was call customer service. They tried to get me to change my order to something else. I said i just wanted to cancel because i order another couch and it already been delivered. They said i can not cancel the order and that they would threaten legal action against me. For real that is how you treat a customer. These guys have no idea how to run an online business. After i got off the phone with the customer Representative they went ahead and charged my credit card on file with out my consent to do so. I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
I contacted Appliances Connection to inquire about my order status. I had placed an order for a refrigerator on August 19 and the item was delayed reaching the Appliances Connection warehouse. I spoke with Martin and he was extremely helpful. He contacted the manufacturer to get an estimated time of arrival. Although I wish the date was sooner, I am very satisfied with how this is being handled. Martin offered to provide me with links to comparable items if I chose not to wait. Recognizing what a good deal I was getting on my LG refrigerator, I chose to wait and Martin told me that he felt that was the best choice since I was getting such a good deal on a top-notch appliance. Martin made me feel that my concerns were valid and completely reassured me that I will be receiving the item that I purchased at the price I was promised at the time of purchase. I am very happy with the customer service here and I will continue to purchase from Appliances Connection in the future.

I was told my refrigerator was shipped 5/26 and due to be delivered 5/31. Turns out it never even left the warehouse and when the delivery company showed up to pick it up 5/31 AppliancesConnection couldn't even find it in their warehouse. Now I'm told its been found and might be delivered in the next week or 2. Support is useless and promises to have a manager call back but I still haven't gotten any calls. Avoid at all cost.
Ordered older GE Profile microwave that was available on website (replace about 5 years old microwave) so that I could use old trim kit. They sent newer model without informing me so by the time I noticed the change was already in the delivery system. Was told it would fit old trim kit, it does not. They did give me price of old microwave on newer model. They would allow me to send back but I must package and get to UPS in perfect shaped then wait for refund. I asked that instead of sending back they give me a discount on the new trim kit equal to the cost of shipping item back. They denied and said I can send it back. Will keep the microwave and find trim kit locally. I used them because item available would work and was willing to wait, but otherwise would have just looked around locally for a new microwave and trim kit.
Ordered 4 appliances from this company to update kitchen. I was unable to inspect the work after installation because i work from home and was on a conference call. When my call ended after workers left i realized there was a dent in the microwave. I immediately contacted appliance connection and they said because i signed a phone signature thing the installer handed me there was nothing they could do and i was stuck with the damaged but new microwave. I will NEVER order from them again.

This company does not stand behind their products, even when they arrive damaged (which they often do). They will make you go through the manufacturer, which is complicated. Customer service is a joke. You will not get a live person, unless they call you back. Stay away and shop with a more reputable company.

We have placed an order of washer and dryer in October, and I did call to make sure it's in stock before I placed the order. And now it's 2 months past. And I have been told that only option I have is to wait. If I want to cancel my order, I will have to pay for the shipping. Isn't that ridiculous to pay shipping fee for something I never received?!
Go Costco or Best Buy to get appliances, which is much more reliable and the price is much better.

For a kitchen remodel I ordered a dishwasher, range, microwave oven and refrigerator from Appliances Connection. The dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator all arrived with visible cosmetic damage. I did not discover this until thirty days after the items arrived so Appliances Connection refused to supply replacments. Now I'm stuck with a brand new kitchen filled with damaged appliances. I do not recommend ever purchasing anything from this company.

Do yourself a favor! Walk away now! Do not order from this company! Might be free shipping and great prices but it is an aggravation not worth the savings. The delivery company screw up and not deliver to you, you have to wait how ever long it is until the next time they come around to your area whether that is 4 days a week 2 weeks. And doesn't matter that it is of no fault of your own. You gave away your old washer cause you thought your new one getting delivered tough $#*!! You got no living room furniture cause your new one was supposed to be delivered Tough $#*!. Save your self the headache unless you can pick it up your self and browse on!

Easy website to order on. Prompt response, great communication, excellent delivery, and a great price. I search the internet and there price was the best I could find with no tax and free shipping. I will be looking to them for our other appliances.
Lying to me over and over again about shipping. Would never deal with them. Called 3 times about shipping and said yes it was going out tomorrow all three times. Then an email would come saying waiting for item to be sent to Warehouse.
We ordered multiple kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and exhaust fan. We included personal delivery and they worked with us to schedule a convenient date/time. They delivery personnel were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our experience great!

Fast shipping. Only problem I had was that I paid $40 extra for the "white glove delivery service" which I understood as being the delivery guys would set up the sectional for me. They brought it in, hooked it together then handed me the feet for it and said "you just need a screwdriver to attach these to the bottom". I was a little upset because at that point, why did I pay $40 for them to hook it together when I had to unhook it after they left, flip it over and attach the feet!
Other than that, I love the couch, it was a seamless transition ordering it, and it shipped much faster than anticipated.
This company has cancelled 2 orders due to their advertising mistake. They put a bodysolid machine on WalMart for the wrong price and didn't honor it. We order another piece of bodysolid equipment through Jet.com (excellent company) and surprisingly enough the company to fulfill this order was Appliances Connection. They cancelled the order again... shocker. Be aware they have the worst reputation and God willing they will not be around much longer!
This company ripped me off. I ordered a rang hood, it came in damaged and the wrong size. I sent it back and they refused to give me a refund, Finally after many emails and call they refunded me 900 from 1500 dollars claiming it was damaged. Yes it was damaged that's why I sent it back. They kept $600 You can order from other companies that are reputably and stand behind there products. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. I shopped around for a new refrigerator and dishwasher. AppliancesConnection had the lowest price. I was naturally wary, but after reading the reviews I went ahead and ordered. AppliancesConnection was VERY good about letting me know shipping information, and when the refrigerator arrived with a forklift gouge in the side, they were very good about making things right. I highly recommend AppliancesConnection.
I would give this company a zero! They sell damaged seconds. Charge you to send it back if it's defective. Scam and horrible service to try to get a remedy. Don't buy from them if your trying to save a few dollars! They don't stand behind what they sell.
Sold us a smeg fridge that was broke. Refused to fix it or do anything about it. This is with a warranty, mind you. The warranty people said to wait a few weeks for the issue to resolve itself. Presumably they did this so that it would extend beyond 30 days. Do not buy from these people. My assumption is they sell broken merchandise on the cheap and resell it to people. Total scam.
We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

Shopped all the big box stores first, Frustrated by the lack of selection and high prices, went online found Appliances Connection out of Brooklyn NY. Compared several Refrigerator's and found just what I was looking for an LG model that was highly rated. Had it shipped to my home in NC, it arrived in perfect condition. I am so pleased with my purchase I decided to use them again this time for a washer dryer set.
This is no Bull they have the best selection around by far and really do have the lowest prices available anywhere., I am so pleased that now I am looking at a big screen TV and yes Appliance Connection will be the place for me. OH yes they also have no interest financing available which I took advantage of.

My recent online purchase of Modrest Capri Bed from "appliancesconnection" was very much satisfactory. The trucking rep reached over mobile to schedule the delivery way before the expected delivery date and made delivery as per my convenience.
The product was well packed and was delivered in very good condition also the delivery persons were very friendly and assembled the bed free of cost.
The bed is up to our expectation as we saw online while ordering and is valuable for the money. Overall a very nice experience purchasing from appliancesconnection.
HORRIBLE customer service! Very RUDE and IMPOLITE and they just don't stop during the conversations. This business is not worth my money or savings. They are rude in everything they do and say. I was ready to purchase and the rep was just mean and disrespectful. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said, " he is not here!", I asked again to talk to his supervisor and he then says "ok, you want to speak to him, I'll get him for you, I'll get him for you, I'll get him for you" I think he repeated this words likes 10 times.
Future customers, think before purchasing from them. I can only imagine if you have issues with a purchase or order, they will be just as rude and disrespectful and would not fix the issue. So instead of saving some pennies, go with a different company and save yourself some stress and money in the long run.
