Easy purchase transaction. However fedex was the shipper and it took them 2 weeks longer than projected to deliver the item. Also their tracking app repeatedly gave us drop off times and since a signature was required we had someone at home ready how ever no package would arrive as scheduled. A complete waste of our time. We have the product now and the quality is fine.
Everything was good with the delivery but was disappointed when the delivery driver told me that I had to keep all the cardboard trash that came with the stove this is the first time I ever had that with a delivery thank you
I placed the order and the product came as expected. I installed it and it works great. My only complaint is that I had no idea that the item shipped until I created an account to look up my order number. It should be this difficult to get an order status.
This company has a great selection of appliances, and good prices, but the shipping is ultra slow. If you need an appliance in a reasonable amount of time order from someone else. I would cancel my shipment, but they charge return shipping even though it's been sitting with the shipper for 3 weeks.

California buyers be warned. Look closely at your receipt.
BestBuy, Goedeker's, Build.com and other appliance sellers (including those on eBay and Amazon) charge sales tax based on destination delivery. AppliancesConnection not does. If your billing address lies in a higher sales tax district, they will charge that rate instead and attempt to pocket the difference.
Try to complain and point that their sales tax collection is neither standard nor consistent with guidelines, and they will ignore you with dismissive one-sentence replies. Their statement "We look forward to serving you" evidently is as deceitful as their business practices.
Take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy paying unwarranted surcharges.

Absolute awful experience purchasing a $4000 fridge from this company. I was promised a delivery date three weeks ago! Every time I get a new expected delivery date the driver has an "emergency" and then they ghost me for over a week then ballpark when they can put it back on their schedule. After 28 days and a total of 6 emails and over a dozen phone calls I still have not been promised a delivery date. Customer service is useless. You try and call in and they immediately request a call back. No one answers or calls back. It's like this business is being operated by two people who don't care. I requested to cancel and purchase locally and was told I would be charged over $500 to restock the item. Would not do business with this company in the future and if you care about a business holding themselves accountable for guarantees they make to their customers then shop anywhere else.

I wanna start out with, if I could give negative - stars then that would be my rating system for this company. You are as strong as your weakest link, and clearly hiring very unprofessional delivery people is a recipe for disaster. I purchased a refrigerator after waiting forever for it was finally delivered. These people not only damaged the refrigerator when they delivered it. They damaged my door, my stone floor, and my table has been damaged from where they put items on my kitchen table. Worst experience that have ever had purchasing a major appliance. Just horrible. Save your money and purchase locally where there are people that actually know what they are doing, and care about how they handle your expensive purchase. I feel like after all this that purchased a new model, but got something from the scratch and dent section.

Terrible... stay away! I placed my order in early February. After what was supposed to be a 10 day ship time the appliances showed up over two months later in mid April damaged. I have spend hours dealing with this and now Appliances Connection has stopped communicating with me and refuse to issue a refund or pick up the damaged appliances. I know what you're thinking. This guy damaged the appliances and is trying to hold the company liable. That's not the case here. All damage was documented by the trucking company and myself and then sent immediately to customer service, my sales rep, and a manager. I've been buying from these guys for years but this place has changed. The little money you save buying from them isn't worth the risk and total lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and BUY ELSEWHERE.

Purchased a Whirlpool microwave which was delivered damaged. The box was left in my living room with the damaged side concealed (shame on me for not checking the whole box). A few weeks later upon installation, noticed there was a huge dent in the item. AP is charging me $99 to return the product, claiming I accepted delivery. I've purchased many items from AP (stove, laundry center) & always had great service but this is unacceptable. It may not seem like a lot of money but because they are not giving me a full refund, I will no longer purchase anything from them. So for $99, AP has lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.

We ordered a Monogram microwave and it arrived with it's packaging not in what would seem to be original condition. Protective plastics had been removed and reapplied, Styrofoam inserts were broken, interior plastic bag was rumpled and smashed down into the box and not secured as would be typical for a new product shipping. Really wondering if this microwave was a return that got re-directed to us. Disappointed.

Salesperson did not advise on additional costs involved with shipping and installation (no power cord!).
Shipping was heavily delayed and impossible to predict (unreasonably long delay).
Product was damaged and non-functioning (water stains on back and bent frame).
Company has advised me to return on my own or exercise my warranty with the manufacturer. They simply do not care.
Appliances Connection failed on all fronts. They are connected with Goedeker's, so do your research.

I would give no stars if that were an option! I had a new dryer delivered in May, came damaged and I'm still waiting for them to pick it up and refund my money! They absolutely will not refund my money until they get the dryer back! It's been 4 months sitting here outside! I'm sure it's ruined! This is an $900 dollar dryer! Not cheap by any means! We Ordered a refrigerator in February it was promised delivery in June. It didn't get delivered until August. Then it was the wrong refrigerator. When I tried to return it they want to charge me over $200.
I have bought many appliances from them and had no problem but this particular order has been a nightmare.
I have spoken on the phone with two representatives who are unable or unwilling to correct the issue.
Today, I still have a refrigerator I did not order. They refuse to come pick up their mistake, nor refund me for the Wrong item and warranty.

I purchased a TV stand (media console) on March 23,2021. After the purchase I was notified it would not ship until June, and since then, every 3-5 weeks I have received an email stating the shipment had been delayed. Today is September 23,2021, and I just received another update stating it will be shipped in December. I called to cancel the order and the lady who answered was polite and quickly cancelled the order. Great customer service on the phone as far as I can tell... just cant wait a year for a piece of furniture. I will be looking elsewhere for furniture to fill our new home.

Would NOT recommend using Appliances Connection -- if your experience is like ours, you will be frustrated, upset, and left with a poorly-installed, faulty appliance.
We ordered a Miele dishwasher online through Appliances Connection and paid for installation. The dishwasher was installed, but faulty -- it tipped forwards, the drawers rolled out, it leaked into our adjacent cabinet. We requested reinstallation -- and the same two installers came out, ineptly tried to fix it, and left -- and the dishwasher door now will not remain open (it slams shut), and it is installed crooked. We contacted Appliances Connection, but they have not been helpful in remedying this frustrating situation.

Ordered $4500 in appliances. Arrived on 11/19. Did not open until 1/9 because we had to wait until inside of house was complete. Every item had damage. No damage to boxes so we didn't think to open them immediately. Customer service said sorry, we should have opened them within 30 days and we signed upon delivery. Never buy from these people! I had photos of products still in the boxes! Now I have $4500 worth of appliances that will not go in my new house. Wish I would have researched this company further before buying.

I ordered a Miele dishwasher ($2000) over a month ago, and a day before it was supposed to be delivered, I reached out to customer services to confirm the delivery time. I was then told the order is delayed another 5 weeks. Keep in mind they did not proactively reach out to me to let me know, I had to call them on my own to get this info.
When I was on the phone with the customer service agent, she literally just hung up on me. It is unreal how bad this company is.
I strongly advise you do not purchase anything from them.

The ordering process was very good and easy. However our freezer was delivered without the ordered ice maker. This was confirmed by Appliance Connection the day of the delivery as a mistake. I have spent weeks trying to get resolution but nobody calls back and when I call get put on hold, passed around and told somebody will call me back. Still waiting after more than a months of calls. Just beware if something is not as ordered you will not get support.
Bought a used washer and dryer 700$ both broke within 25 days they would not give my money back or store credit told me had to wait 7 day for a repair man to come to my house to fix my advice to anyone buying any appliance go somewhere else poor management skills and poor customer service

They sent a $3000 bedroom suite that was broken and marred, but they would not take it back because I had not opened the boxes in front of the delivery drivers. Well, the drivers took off after two minutes of unloading the furniture, so how could I? Then they refused to let me return the furniture until I had been arguing with four different managers for over three weeks. To add injury on top of insult, they charged me almost $500 to take their broken garbage back!
They can't and don't stand behind the products they sell. Very difficult to work with, and it's not at all clear to me how they could possibly have such a high rating! Twice I've needed help with the dishwasher I bought through them, and twice they've been of no support or assistance at all. Even if you have to pay more, buy that appliance from a local connection!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Where to start... lies about when items would be in stock and ship, lost an actual appliance that we waited on for months forcing me to call the manufacturer of the product several times to have another one shipped out to them, then damaged the floor delivering the range (and damaged the range too) and refused to reimburse. The customer service is the worst of all time. I'm convinced the reviews are fake at this point. I'm now forced to try and take them to small claims court to recoup the money.

We ordered multiple products from appliances connection.com. All of them were delayed for months and the ones that we did receive were damaged. We still haven't order that we have not received and it is being delayed again. We reached out to them multiple times to cancel and they want to charge us $150 just to cancel our order even though we have ordered things from them in the past. The delivery of the two plumbing items that I purchased was significantly delayed so on 9/13/'22, at the company's suggestion, I agreed to split my order. Within two weeks I received both items, shipped on 9/20/'22.
About a week later I received an additional Tub Filler Rough-In Valve ($296.71) that was shipped on 9/26/'22. Thinking this must have been due to an office or shipping mistake, I inquired about returning the item at the company's expense.
Unfortunately, the company's representative insisted that I had ordered the second Rough-In Valve, even though their own documentation proved otherwise, and would not pay for its return.
Due to some health-related concerns, I was slow to follow up on this issue and was recently informed that it was now too late to return this unwanted valve. Appliances Connection has excellent prices, but due to their extremely poor customer service I would never order from them again.

Be forewarned! Yes, their prices are great but if your appliance is damaged on delivery, YOU have to pay to return the damaged one to get a replacement! What kind of service is THAT? Who ever heard of such a thing? Its only a great deal if there's no damage and you don't have to follow up for any reason. The trucking company didn't even contact us to schedule the delivery, so when no one was home, they left the stove in the street, and now we're being charged to return the damaged one.
