They lost my packges and took them more than 3 months to refund me! Sadly they still havent refunded me for my order. I had to call them 6 times and they kept pushing away the problem cause they didnt want to solve it. Im getting fed uo and want my money back! Dont shop here because it will tale forever just to get your paclages even if you lose them they will tale forever for your refund and i need to pay bills and that was alot of money!

Honestly worst online experience I've ever had... and I religiously shop online. An item was missing from my order and all the dresses were HUGE! I used the sizing chart and am always a size 6 which looked true with their chart. All my items I received could fit 3 of me in them! I even went to double check that I didn't order some weird size, but everything was correct... two of the dresses were COMPLETELY see through as well, and poor quality. Couldn't email them cause the page just goes grey after clicking submit. Contacted through Facebook took forever for a response. When I got one, took 4-5 days For them to reply again. And it's always someone different. I've had 4 different people dealing with it with no solutions or answers. They sent me a link to return items which YOU foot the bill for. But no response on my MISSING item! I am sooooo unhappy with this experience. Between the 50$ customs bill I paid for 100$ order and now having to pay return shipping it cost me almost as much as my order to receive nothing in the end! Be cautious!

Don't buy from ASOS!

I ordered a dress online and it never showed up. I requested a refund and then they told me they would review the situation and I would have to wait 12 working days. They are now avoiding my e-mails. SUCH A SCAM DON"T DO IT!

Reading through these reviews, I see that many people have had the exact same experience as me, so this is not an overreaction. I have never in my life written a review for any company before, let alone a bad one but here I am. I ordered two dresses for my sister's baby shower this weekend, for which I have to get on a flight tonight. I opted for the 2 day shipping, its been over a week and yesterday was the no later than date that it was supposed to have arrived. I've contacted customer care multiple times, they are absolutely useless, don't help you in any way. I specifically had to ask them to contact the carrier and find out what is going on with my order. One representative told me all she can do is give me a discount on my next order, like I'll ever buy anything from you guys again! All they do to "help" is tell you you just have to be patient now. Wtf? I spent 200$ and now the order is absolutely useless to me, I bought it for a specific occasion. If its not going to be delivered by the no later than date, then what the hell is the point. I've never had this experience with any other company. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bridesmaids dresses
August 18, 2021

I ordered 5 total bridesmaids dresses to try on for a wedding in June which was located outside of the country. I loved 1, and planned to send back the other 4 when I returned home as I would've had a whole week to do so by then. Unfortunately I had a positive covid test flying back and was delayed coming home for 2 weeks. I spoke to ASOS customer service & explained my issues & would be happy to just have a store credit and pay for my own return expenses because I understood I was out of the returning time limit. Stephanie claimed that neither of those options could happen and even if i did send the items back via my own return expenses, she couldn't promise me that they would give me a store credit for them which is very unfortunate. Lulu's was another company I ordered from & they were excellent at helping me. Returned my orders for free as well as a full refund to my card. I really used to enjoy shopping at ASOS but now that I've realized the lack of common decency. Especially during these times, I don't believe they are in their customers best interest considering I am now down over $400 for bridesmaids that I will never wear. This wedding was financially hard on me as well so this is very disappointing.

DON'T USE... Paid $60 for express from the UK to Aus shipped 22nd Oct and it's the 12th Nov NO shipping updates in 12 days, NO parcel, NO correspondence about delay, when I contacted them (twice) NO assistance or accountability... How on earth do such an incompetent company say in business! Yet ASOS stay using them just because they are cheap for them to use, ridiculous.

Missing items

To be honest this is beyond ridiculous about my experience that I had with ASOS, I will never shop on their website again because I have place an order with three items and when my parcel arrives it was only one item in it and when I contacted customer service they did nothing about it I had to contact them
Numerous times and still no help so people be aware when you place an order with them.

Imagine ordering 2 items 1 of which never came and the other completely incorrect from what I orderd asos has no provided an apology they're radically dismissive and take long to get back to customers so I've paid money got sent nothing and wrong items had to waste my time sending it back, asos refuse to deal with me sooner as I deleted my account for their negligence and I still have to wait approximately 24 days for any type of refund 14 days for them to check and process returned items and another 10 days to receive a refund after the fact, what a trash company. I have posted the incorrect item I had to return and I have posted the proof of refund on the other order I purchased that never came and I STILL have not received a refund for to this day.

I stumbled across ASOS.com 1.5 years ago and have been religiously shopping there. They have a great return policy - Free returns within 30 days. Their clothes are not as consistent in size and quality, but I find more cute clothes than not. They have such a large array of clothes!

The cons about shopping here is that your items will most likely always arrive much later than the expected arrival date. But I honestly don't mind that issue. Also, I encountered an issue once, where they shipped the wrong size on an item that I purchased with a 30% off code. When I informed them that it was their mistake and that they should honor me the 30% off code for the right size, they didn't honor it. That was a frustrating experience, but I only encountered that one issue in the span of a year of continually shopping with them. If that was my first experience with this company, I would not continue shopping there. But since the positives outweigh the negatives, I will continue spending my money shopping here.

I would recommend shopping here!

They simple do not care about you.
For 10 days I am waiting for my parcel and they keep insisting for me to wait even longer.
They work with YODEL which simple make parcels disappear.

NO REFUND

I RETURNED MY ITEM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT AND NOW. ONE MONTH LATER THEY SAY THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. VERY MISLEADING RETURN LABELS, THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND. I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF/OUT OF YOUR RETURN BY TAKING THEIR ITEMS BACK AND EASILY SAYING 'SORRY, DIDNT GET YOURS!'. I CHAT WITH THEM ON THE INTERNET AND APPARENTLY THERE IS NO MANAGER, NO HELP, NOT RESOLUTION TO ANYTHING!

BEWARE
April 12, 2020

I ordered my wedding dress early March, to be delivered on the 20th, assuming I had lots of time if there needed to be any alterations. (I ordered standard shipping, again, thought I had the time and saved a little money). Did not arrive as of the 22nd, and customer service informed me they do NOT track orders unless you pay for express shipping. Their best suggestion was to "check with my neighbours in case it was delivered to the wrong house". Wow. It's now April 12th and still nothing. They have again suggested I contact my local post office in case of delays, which I have done and they cannot help. ASOS have asked I wait until the 21st, if nothing arrives then to contact them AGAIN. I am confident it will never show up and looks like getting a refund will be a challenge based on other reviews. AND now I'm without a wedding dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

My first interaction with ASOS
June 24, 2022

I've placed an order, but in the morning I've received an email that my account was blocked.
In 2 days I've tried to log, and I see that I have access to my account now, so it was unblocked, but I didn't got any email confirming that, I've contacted the ASOS support team by Live Chat to reorder my canceled order, but they refuse to give me the same cost. It's a bit hard to give a higher cost for items that you know that had lower prices:)
Even I cannot use the promotion code as new customer, I'm not about money, but customer service, if you failed in any decision and you see that customer didn't something wrong, you should pay for your failure.
I knew about ASOS many years ago, but I haven't purchased nothing from them, I just wanted to give a try now, but my experience was bad.

I PLACED AN ORDER. IT WAS SHIPPED OUT BY FED EX. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS NOT. I TRIED TO CONTACT FED EX AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. THEY SAID I HAD TO CALL THE VENDOR. WELL THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ON ASOS WEB SITE. THERE IS A CHAT LIVE OPTION THAT NO ONE EVER COMES ON TO CHAT. I'VE BEEN WAITING 90 MINUTES NOW. SO I GUESS I'M JUST $#*!ED OUT OF MY MONEY. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT ON THIS ORDER.

You cannot place an order with ASOS without providing a valid phone number. A company does this for one reason: your data is a valuable commodity for them to SELL/TRADE TO OTHER COMPANIES. The customer service rep I chatted with regarding this issue says the reason they request a cell number is for delivery issues, but when I requested to handle any such issues via email, (which works fine for other companies), they refused this option. Any company that FORCES YOU to give out your cell number has alternative plans for it--like trading or selling it to. So, by all means, if you don't mind being spammed by every Tom, $#*! and Harry out there, place an online order with ASOS. Deeply disappointed, will never order from them and will warn others away.

NEVER ORDER FROM ASOS and TELL EVERYONE you know!

I had the settings to the Canadian site, in CAD and they still charged me USD, and the duty fees are just outrageous. It should have only been $275 and if I pay the duty fees it would be $536. Over 40% higher than the site said. I am not even picking up the package, this way they can't charge me for return fees, b/c the package was never picked up. I would not be more disappointed and I am warning everyone! ASOS WILL try and rip you off even when you set the site to your currency. OUTRAGEOUS

Horrific customer service experience! Avoid at all costs! They advertise what appears to be a seamless experience as far as their return and refund policy which couldn't be further than the truth! I had faced an issue with their system which for some reason was not properly sharing information or requests with their chosen delivery courier and each time I spoke to a customer agent, they seemed to understand less about their own operations and return process than I did and I'm the customer! At one point, the agent I was chatting with began insinuating that it was my problem even through the error was in their own system and its integration with their delivery partner. In addition, the fact that they do not have a call center clearly shows that they have no interest in investing in customer satisfaction. Needless to say, the entire experience is one that makes it not worth shopping on this website. There are far better and much more developed companies out there that you can directly shop online from without having to feel like you're responsible for their own mistakes!

I fundamentally disagree with ASOS decisions in my case. They have refused to acknowledge that items were missing when they delivered the bag falling to pieces. And have made the decision to stop replying to emails from me because they have closed my account, despite me ordering from them on many occasions and also when that is not conducive to resolving the issue. The bag was split when it arrived, as I noted with yourself and the driver, and yet I am being penalised for ASOS packing the bags too heavy and for disregarding your poor customer service in resolving the issue. I am not in any way a liar and I am extremely disappointed with the situation. The items may be elsewhere in the delivery network but they have done nothing to check this and have placed sanctions on my account that are uncalled for, unexpected and downright unfair. I feel completely victimised by their errors and I will be taking this complaint further with further negative reviews online, with my credit card issuer, Hermes and the ombudsman.
