Bad customer experience
December 11, 2022

First time I was ordering from ASOS and the last time.
First, I did not received a notification e-mail when the parcel arrived.
I had to track it myself by going on my ASOS account which annoyed me.
Second, few articles I ordered are just the wrong ones.
I was aware I was going to pay custum fees for the parcel but returning wrong articles and ask for the right ones just imply extra custum fees and loose money.
As I had a bad customer exprience, I just do not recommend it and will not buy from them again.

Didn't get my order

I order on the 3rd of June and 2 days later I still didn't received my order and I have next day delivery. They don't have a customer service line to speak to someone one but when I call the lady on the phone told me the Asos doesn't have customer service line and to speak on live chat but the live chat is machine not a person actually talking to you. When I tried to explain the situation to her she just turned off the phone on my face, were rude and unprofessional. I order wedding vest dress and a shoes for a wedding i have to go and I was so excited to get my orde and it wasn't cheap and I don't know when or if I will get my refund or my order. I'm really disappointed at Asos, I don't know if I will ever order from this company again.

Stay Away

Unfortunately I ordered all of this years xmas gifts from this place. I guess I should blame my self as I did read reviews beforehand.

I ordered for a 1000 euros. They took the money and sent me confirmation. Then they cancelled my order and asked me for a copy of my passport and bank statement. I sent this after 2 minutes. Now they are not responding. Closing down the chats. They still have my 1000 euros, but order is cancelled, and they will keep the money for 2 weeks before giving it back, meaning I have to buy new xmas gifts AFTER XMAS.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASOS.

Order on the 15th and "despatchd" on the 16th. Package is stil not delivered 10 days later. Both ASOS and UPS require you to go through a maze of hell to fight what you paid for and purchased in good faith with a reasonable delivery time. Will never order from them again.

Dissapointing product

Bought the ASOS DESIGN denim jacket article *******. Looked good and not too expensive.
Received the product just fine. But guess what? There are pieces of loose cloth on the inside of the jacket where you would expect pockets. The sides are sewn shut which is okay but no bottom and the jacket is single layer denim so unfixable without seeing stitches on the outside. A jacket without ANY pockets. And they call that ASOS DESIGN? I call it ASOS Idiocy. Will never buy ASOS again.

Just bad experience

I was buying from Asos for years now and I now can say that quality wise items are going down yaer over year, some items are okish, others come looking great and after just 3 days of wearing fabric starts to go bad (synthetics go fuzzy/hairy, cotton thins out so much in some parts it is almost see-through). Also their unbelievably stupid shopping experience, while buying 2 piece suit I got to choose pants size in inch measurements, but blazer was somehow in cm, and worst part actual measurement units are not mentioned, so I guessed they are in inches also (like pants were) I mean WTF? How is that possible?
Yes, their shipping is good and package comes fast, with tons of plastic baggies to dispose after, but I won't be buying anything from there, because after spending 100+ euros in a week you are left just with bag of rags.

I believe there are more victims out there for this bad service, I purchased a few items on ASOS and every time I reached out to Agents, they always said I should wait a few more days, if I don't get the order they will refund me, it's been 1 month now they still extending the delivery date. What's funny I receive an email to rate the order which I've not received yet.

Shocking!

Ordered a pair of trainers, they sent the wrong ones and unboxed. They couldn't replace them as they were out of stock. The majority of there items always seem to be out of stock!? These trainers were for my holiday and I didn't even get as much as a small apology for the inconvenience caused! The customer service is shocking and you can get the majority of the items on asos cheaper else where if you shop about, there customer service is shocking, there over priced, the majority of there stock is always out of stock and you only have to read the endless amounts of bad reviews about them online to keep away from this company

I have ordered some stuff for Christmas Day on 20th NOV. So the actual delivery date was 20th DEC. And after 2-3 days they did to 24th DEC. And now when I am trying to track my items it just arrived in Australia and est date is 29th DEC. I had a chat with some BRIAN from site. He was so rude, he is like we can't do anything. We may need 7 more working days to deliver it. It's seriously Bull$#*!

Double charged
August 9, 2018

Made an online order and due to ASOS checkout glitch I was charged twice (their CS confirmed it was their glitch on their end) Got generic answers from 4 different people at the same time in Facebook messenger (their live chat was broken), then when the 48hrs was up and it still wasn't resolved they ignored my messages for about 3 days. When I posted on to their wall they told me they had been too busy to resolve it and someone would get back to me. Surprise surprise no one did. I ended up opening a case with PayPal and resolving it with them. PayPal were very helpful and said they couldn't understand why ASOS didn't just refund the charge. ASOS have no CS phone number in Australia. They since refuse to deactivate my account so my personal details are still stored with them. Super frustrating experience.

Delivery problems

Constant delivery problems

Every time I order something from ASOS my orders get delayed, even if I pay for 2-days express delivery they manage to mess it up. So if you think about purchasing something for a specific occasion, keep in mind, that they may not despatch the order on time.

Horrible customer service, I made a purchase on February 16, paid 8$ for express 2-days shipping, my order wasn't dispatched until February 24, when I've contacted ASOS they refused to refund me with express delivery fee and assured me that my package will arrive on February 26.
On February 26 I check the tracking to find out that my order is scheduled to arrive on March 6!
Ridiculous!

Order #*******, ordered the 19th of December 2011 in Express Delivery = Never arrived! And we are today the 3rd of Jan. 2012!

After more than 10 messages / email, 0 notification to give me a day and an schedule for delivery,
0 notification to tell me if the parcel is available at local post office despite my email / messages.
Services is poor and Express Delivery non existant.

I asked to be refund of the Express Delivery and still no news.
I asked simply where is my parcel and still no news.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered pants on November 12 and it was supposed to arrive on the 21st, its the 27th and I still dont have my package, on track my parcel it still says data uploaded and no other information. I dont know where my package is and customer service are confusing me even more. Got an email saying im refunded even though I ordered the package again. Horrible service and im still missing my pants.

Horrible Customer Service. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

They delivered my item to the wrong location. So I waited more days than the actual delivery. When I received the delivery it was a WRONG ITEM! Contacted the customer service, extremely rude doesn't help you to solve any problem at all. No wonder they don't have a call service with all these issues.

Damaged goods

I wished I had read the reviews before I placed my order. My package never came, I contacted them when they missed the first delivery date and they repeatedly told me that it was fine and to just wait. Over a week later, after I contacted the post office and found out it was in fact missing, ASOS customer service admitted that they had received the package back to their facility and I would not be able to ever receive it. On top of that, I had to wait another 10 days for it to be transferred to God knows where and then another day after that to receive a refund. STAY AWAY.

Shocking Customer seevice

Harkaran and Prashant from customer service are very rude and useless! Asos needs to do something about customer service. I contacted for a change of address and they said they cannot change the address, I asked to canceled the order as I placed the order 1 hour before and they ended the chat without saying a word

I have been ordering at asos for years now, i never had a problem with asos. The last month 3 of my orders went wrong. I received it late, i received my order never or i got the wrong item. When i contaced asos they didnt do enough to fix the problem, they acted like they did everything they could but they didnt by saying that thats al they could do when it was not. I said that i would leave a bad review and they didnt even care.

I have placed my order on july 25th and today is august 10th and i still haven't received my order, plus i have paid $19.99 for an express shipping (which they call it a 2 days shipping). I have been contacting them for 11 days straight and their customer service does not even bother reading my email!
I contact them asking for help and all they answer me is hello, how are you? How can i help you? LLIKE SERIOUSLYYYYY?! I feel like they have hired an elementary school kids with zero training and just gave them the tasks of answering customers emails... I am really sorry for them doing this because I have been a customer of them for over 3 years and i was very happy with their service but i just dont know whats happening to them now. I would never shop from their website again because basically they just stole my money, did not send my order and and did not even answer my emails or try to help me.
