The staff is rude and i was sent dirty n filthy earings twice and when i follwed it up i was told different answers by different people. Firts i was told its a warehouse issue and refund will be provided and didn't receive any confirmation and later on i was denied the refund because of some non sense excuse saying it was a lighting isue which i did not understand... i am never buying anything from here purely because the staff is so rude and disrespectful... con artists
I ordered two dresses total of $240. Custom fees were $80.00! Insane I'll never order from them again. The dresses also didn't fit, their sizing is not accurate.
Don't order from here. This company is filled with a bunch of scammers. They lie about expected delivery dates and don't take responsibility for anything.
Love asos, I have unlimited next day delivery and it always comes on time. I rarely send anything but the only issue is that refunds can take a little longer than I would like.
I've been having a poor customer service experience that's dragged on for a couple days. Money was taken from my bank account (via PayPal) for items that I attempted to purchase. Then I received an email saying "We're really sorry, but we were unable to complete your order as your Paypal payment failed." Only... you do actually have my $75.50, and I have no merchandise. Your terrible "Chat with us" feature on your site connects me to individuals who clearly do not have access to your bank records. Then, when I explain everything fully, they reply with the same stock answers. I've spoken to 4 different chat specialists, all of whom were unhelpful. I'm at a loss. This was a terrible experience. Then, after messaging with 3 or 4 employees on ASOS's facebook response team... I wound up getting an offer for 10% off my next order... which would be 5% MORE than I was paying in the first place, as the items had returned to full price. The 2 pack now cost $52 and the joggers are now $43
Seriously. ASOS knows how to run a scam on it's clients.
I'd have to pay $95 (which is $85.50 with your measly discount) vs the $75.50 I would paid 2 days ago.

And even after I sent them the items back they won't refund me. I really suggest you keep away from there, it's borderline scam. Never pay with credit card, just paypal so you can open a dispute.
I've just made my 4th order in Asos, the largest so far. My previous orders consisted of clothing: shirts, jeans, trousers. Always correct sizes and on time deliveries.

They suck. No one answers the messages. I have a next day delivery with them which I paid for and also a confirmation from them that my package will arrive on the 17. 01. 18 between 07.00& 22.00 only to receive tracking info from Hermes that my package will infect arrive on the 18th apparently ASOS has changed their delivery service from UPS who delivered my packages promptly on time, religiously. Hermes charges 20c landline and up to 60c mobile to talk to and not helpful at all but of course they dont mind keeping you online. ASOS wont answer my emails, chat requests or messenger messages. Very unprofessional. Its 03.15 and Im still waiting for a response as I need to fly with the parcel tonight.
I of course have had prior problems wich always need far too many hours communication before anything can be done if at all.
Dont buy at Asos, i brought total of $78 and end up. Pay $32 customs fee. Also products are really bad quality. Should have come look at the reviews first. Regretted now
Surprised no one reviewed this site. One of my favorites! What's cool about t his site is they have a video so you will get an even more accurate feel than pictures.
So I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one of these was damaged. Fair enough, it's a warehouse business, these things happen, but what I do expect is for the company to take this seriously and resolve the problem. I had one simple question, as I still wanted the shoes; can these be exchanged? Sadly the moronic teenagers employed in their social media team don't want to resolve problems and seem more interested in challenging your date of birth, like they know better, because this was mistakenly wrong on their account (the day had stayed on the 1st, all other details correct). Once eventually informed by the employee who had the single communal brain cell that day that they didn't have any more in stock so could only refund, I noted that the shoes were shown in stock on their website leaving only 2 conclusions; 1) I had been lied to (pretty dumb lie as it cost you a sale) or 2) they are selling the damaged shoes that I'm returning!
What a shambles of a company. I certainly won't be using again.
After waiting for over a month i received an email telling me sorry items are out of stock we issued a refund for you, use paypal to get the buyer protection.
Never received my order, contacted customer service, I was told my order was cancelled. However, the order status still shows 'WE'VE SENT IT'. If I didn't contact customer service, I wouldn't even know my order was cancelled! No communication regarding the cancelation at all! Still not getting my refund! Tracking doesn't even show the parcel was picked up from ASOS. Customer service couldn't answer why it happened but cannot resend my order! So disappointed!
I'm puzzled by the bad reviews. I've been shopping at ASOS for years, only smock dresses though. I've loved them, they are comfortable and very cute. I get compliments on them.
I dont usually review hotels, things, or companies even though it should be turnt into a habbit becuase its for our own good. The second reason i order in Asos its beacuse i know that for any problem that may arise(online shopping to some countries) they are going to take care faster then you think. I love the way they answer me and how they are with me during a long ride while Im a regular costumer since 2 years.
The clothing line is too basic I thought that maybe with the different seasons it will be a little bit of more innovation but no, they keep bringing the same pieces and same designs all over again
I read the reviews after making a purchase & i was terrified! Everyone said bad things but my vans sandals came in perfect condition and a day earlier than expected!
My order from ASOS arrived on the 23.12.2021, with only 5 of the 7 items in the parcel. I reached out to ASOS (via live chat) and the customer service representative confirmed with the warehouse team that only 5/7 items were included in my shipment. She said that she processed my refund for these 2 missing items. However, days went by and I had received no refund notification or emails from ASOS. During this time, I also returned my other items back to ASOS as they were terrible quality and unsuitable. I reached out to ASOS again via live chat and I was told again that he would process my refund for the 2 missing items and my other items would be refunded once received back at their warehouse (totally ok). Again, days went passed, no refund, no email... I reached out to ASOS via email. I was responded to 2 days later stating that they were NOT going to refund me, and they had now banned my account. After researching this on google, there were multiple articles and reviews of ASOS sending this exact message to customers who complained about their online order?
So I now assume I will not be refunded for the items I sent back as a return either. I have lost $450 to this company. They have no phone line, only live chat and email. They do not respond to emails. I am furious with this company and there is nothing left for me to do.
The most absurd return policy I ever seen in my life just because of it I will never purchase anything else from a ASOS or recommend it to anybody they literally took half of my return mind you I returned it because it did not fit me and they literally have a return policy that they will take A percentage if you used a code at check out so when I returned it they really only gave me half of the money that's crazy.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
