RECEIVED DUPLICATE ORDER.
WASTE OF MY MONEY PAYING DUTY AND TAXES AND RETURN SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY SEND ME A DUPLICATE ORDER.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. THEY CANNOT SORT OUT AN ISSUE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. NO FREE SHIPPING OR RETURNS IN CANADA.

Very poor business, Ok to take your money for a purchase, but forget getting any help for a refund. IMPOSSIBLE. No Phone numbers, no emails, only very poor chat line, gets you nowhere. No complaint line. No services for issues.

ZERO customer service. Impossible to get help for refunds AWEFUL business, horrible to deal with. Looking at other reviews now, same problems.

Lost package and refused to refund
September 29, 2023

This is the second time my order has been lost. I ordered on Sept 9th 2023, it was supposed to be delivered on Sept 19th. I went through virtual chat and escalated to the human chat service and they refused to refund me, I mentioned them i called carrier 3 times already about the lost package and they couldn't find the tracking number in their database, she wouldn't believe. Today (Sept 29th) is 3rd time i am chatting with the customer service and finally they issued the refund and says takes about 10 days. Screw them. Stay away from this company ASOS. I am deleting the app!

On 10 July 2018 I have ordered stuff from ASOS and paid $97. In order details it was mentioned delivery date is 30 July 2018. But as of today 25 August 2018 I did not receive my order and after my messages to Client Support, ASOS replied back with refusal to return my money back, they banned my account of their website, they refused to send my stuff and informed me that from now on they will ignore my further requests and messages automatically and delete further orders. So in final, I have lost my $97, I have lost 1,5 months time and I don't have my stuff that I paid for. I STRONGLY ASK EVERYBODY - DO NOT DEAL WITH ASOS.COM AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND COMMUNICATE THIS INFO AMONG YOUR FRIENDS SO THESE FRAUDS WILL STOP FOOLING PEOPLE!

I ordered a dress from ASOS. It never arrived. I contacted Customer Service. They told me I just needed to wait for another 10-12 days before they can do anything to help me. I was supposed to do all of this work, like contact my local post office, check with neighbors, etc. The biggest problem is they sent my order WITHOUT a tracking number, so I couldn't actually do anything to try and find the lost package. I waited the extra 10-12 days. Contacted again, it took more than 30 minutes for the robot (or really incompetent rep) to give me a refund. She couldn't form sentences, she didn't know how to use proper grammar. She refused to read my messages explaining all of the work I did. She told me 3 times to do those delivery checks. Then she put me on hold multiple times. THE WORST PART IS THEY DIDN'T REFUND ME THE ENTIRE AMOUNT I PAID. They shorted me about $5. Never shop with ASOS! It is not worth the hassle and their clothing quality sucks.

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE

Contrary to what a lot of people are saying, shopping from Asos couldn't be easier. Returns are simple and quick, and costumer service always gets back to me really fast. I order from this site very frequently and I am never disappointed. The clothes are beautiful, and the quality is great. So DONT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE. Try it out for yourself. Asos is honestly the greatest.

ASOS delivery sucks!

I paid for express delivery and never received my package on time. Matter of fact, I am still waiting on my package from UPS. My package is 4 days past due. I paid another fee to UPS to transfer my package and my package very got transferred still
And I have to wait 2-3 more days to go to the UPS store it was automatically transferred to without my authorization. UPS is telling me I transferred to the UPS store when I didn't. My address on my ASOS order obviously has my home address. This is an entire mess! I won't ever order from ASOS again bc when I tried to inform customer service they wouldn't refund my delivery fee which obviously is not express.

A little shaky

From my understanding, this website is not based in America. I assumed from it's popularity, it is still a good site. I ordered one item from them and it took two weeks to get to me. I received to tracking #. I was highly upset & they responded to my emails and tweets but moral of the story, SHIPPING TOOK TOO LONG

Their terrible check out process didn't realized I had an incomplete mailing address so my order failed to deliver in January. The order was returned back to ASOS since it failed to delivered. It is now MARCH, 2 months later, and I still have NOT yet received my refund after MULTIPLE conversations with the customer support.

AVOID. I made a black friday order of nearly £300, they took my money, computer system "lost' the order and asos customer service said there was nothing they could do apart from refund me 10 days later.
Shame on you asos, you should have honoured the order or provided some sort of goodwill/discount.
I have not only lost myself a lot of money with loosing out on black friday deals but will have to wait 10 working days to recieve my refund on an order I never recieved.
Disgusting, I've spent a lot of money shopping on your online store and this is the customer service I recieve.

Omg the customer service is beyond appalling, rude and dismissive from at least 4 different agents.
My order was not delivered to my address and I paid for postage even though I spent enough to qualify for free postage, and ASOS asked me to walk around my estate to different houses to see if it was delivered there!?!? When I checked my closest neighbor (they gave received orders in error before) I told ASOS I did this and they said wait 48 hours as they want to check with courier company they use, I heard nothing back so I emailed them again to which they told me to wait 4 DAYS! I will never order from ASOS again which is such a pity as I love their jeans but this hassle isn't worth it..

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE. I ORDERED A PAIR OF SNEAKERS AND THEY SENT ME A DIFFERENT SIZE WITH A FAKE INSERT OF THE SIZE I WAS ASKING FOR. I HAVE THE SAME SHOE IN A DIFFERENT COLOR AND WHEN I SIZED THEM UP THEY WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I THEN PROCEEDED TO FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND 24 DAYS LATER THEY ARE CLAIMING THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER TO COVER THEMSELVES BUT IT DIDNT WORK. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING.

I've been asked by APG (the shipping company that asos use to shipp the parcels), to pay
22.9 GBP, for import clearance and tax, this is about 30% of the amount of my order and this was not mantioned on the asos site.
This is a scam, asos point out when ordering, that shipping is free and then ask for an additional fee for shipping, as a handling fee and tax,
But the did not pay tax and in my contry there is no 28% tax.

I've never had more problems with customer service than I have with ASOS. I purchased a slim fit button-up shirt in December. With no update from the tracking number I was given (that gave no status on the location of the parcel), and two months waiting, it still hasn't arrived. I can understand the one or two-week delay cause of the current situation and backups, but two months?

I then contact customer service that told me it would be in by February 1st. Still didn't arrive. I then contacted them again where they've sent me a template asking me to do a checklist and check porches and bushes, along with contacting the local post office.

After proceeding with the checklist and informed them I've waited for an extra five days after contacting the local post office, they sent me the template again and said it should have been delivered. Then, they tell me to go check with my neighbors.

We're in the middle of a pandemic and they're wanting you to randomly go up to random neighbors and ask them if they have your package. They told me it could be in several areas... I listed one address so the comment of "number of areas" confused me.

They're turning the whole situation into a scavenger hunt and interrogating you with questions when they don't even provide you with tracking statuses of the package where you don't know where it's at. They have some good products but would recommend being careful as the customer care team is not helpful. More likely not going to buy from them again

Absolute nightmare
February 20, 2020

I dont even have all my items yet and it has already been hell. I ordered 4 items and the other day i only recieved one, the item was way too big and not at all accurate to sizing but i think i can make it work well enough. I contact them to get my items reshipped and they do send 2 of the three but tell me one is out of stock, clearly it isnt. I ask them if its just an error on the website and that i still want the item. They tell me that oh, yes, looks like the item was in stock after all! Ok so send it to me. They refuse and give me a partial refund instead. I just want an entire refund at this rate, not a partial refund. Nodoby should have to take so much time out of their day to correct so many little problems that werent even their fault to begin with. Just refund me and stop causing problems. Ive ordered from them once before and its been ok. I dont know whats been wrong not but they need to pay way better attention.

Not received the refund!

I dropped off the items on 23Dec 2022 and Asos received them on 28Dec2022, after opening a dispute on PayPal and several emails back and forth, Asos finally accepted to refund the amount according to the last email on 20 Jan 2023, but they didn't!
I have the tracking number and everything.
I've been their customer for several years and this time is not even their first time. Each time I have to contact them for fixing their refund issues. I'm not going to buy from them anymore and won'recommendthem to anyone. And also will write this review in every possible space to let others know how disappointing Asos is!
So unsatisfied!
