Now, I placed one order in December for a long winter coat. Considering that it was the holiday season, I didn't expect a prompt delivery. I eventually received my jacket nearly 4 weeks later, which I expected -- no big deal.
I was happy with my purchase and I didn't break the bank! So I thought hey, why not purchase a few sweaters? They were having an amazing 70% sale, so I thought why not.
That order was placed on 01/11 I was told that ETA should be for 01/22. Welcome to the month of February, I am still waiting for my goods to be shipped or refunded.
I have communicated with 'Emma' and 'Katie' and their responses are lack luster and appear to be copied and pasted scripts. There was no real resolution for my issue, which I find absolutely deplorable.
Deplorable -- because I work for a major company in which we track orders and have issues resolved within a week of the clients first call. This is week two and there have been no offers of resolution, credits, or re shipments.
Please save yourself the headache. Yes the clothing is cute, modern, and not too badly priced. But with a little bit of patience, you can probably find items in your local mall!
This was my second and will be my last purchase from ASOS.

I received my order, the dress that didn't suit me and sent it back to ASOS by Canada post, they didn't write on the check the destination and without tracking number, anyway I sent order back and couldn't receive the refund because I couldn't proof that I have sent it. I am pretty sure they have received a dress back but they said that without proof I will not get a refund. Worst experience and service ever.
I have been wrangling with ASOS since November 2016 regarding a refund for an item sent to an incorrect address and returned to them. After promising me a refund, they then reneged, sent the item again, without notice, for which I returned AGAIN and they still have not refunded my account! This company are the most dishonest I have ever dealt with.
I was really suprised by the number of bad reviews ASOS has because it is one of my fave, if not my fave, online store. There is a huge variety of products, varying from clothes to accessories to hair and beauty product. I ordered there many many times and always received my orders without any errors. How long it takes for my orders to arrive really varies, sometimes it can take a week, sometimes it can take more. Their express shipping is great, received my order extremely fast (keep in mind the fact that I live in Canada, therefore someone from a different country could have had a completely different experience). The clothes are almost always what I expect them to be (let's be honest, no matter the online store, sometimes the product you buy do not fit or look how you thought they would), sometimes not fitting how I want them to, but not the fault of the product just a personal preference. ASOS is the only online clothing store that I always go back to because I never had any problem with them. They have yet to disappoint me, therefore I trust this website with my whole life! (Bit dramatic, isn't it?) but honestly, I recommend 100%.

I ordred a white turtleneck. The delivery was fine, however the product I recieved was not all what was figured on the website. It was a cheap shirt that looked like it was 3$. Really disppointed.
To conclude, their images are not what they will send you.
The customer services = zero.
I ordered 2 dresses + shoes. They were too big so I returned my order. A month later I still didn't receive any refunds (217EUR!). I contacted Asos and their first question was to take a copy of my return paper that I received in the Post Office. After a long LONG search I dind't find the paper. I told Asos that the paper was lost and their respons was => the return is your responsibility so we can't help you any further. I was outraged! So i started looking in my e-mail for evidence or anything at all. Then it hit me => I still had the pdf of the return label. I was able to track my order and contact Belgian Post office. They had all the proof in their system that I did return my order and I was in my right.
The worst thing about all of this is:> Asos had all the information because they make the return label for you. So they actaully try to scam you.

I recently ordered $50 worth of swimwear from asos. Unfortunately, neither the top nor bottom fit well so I ended up returning both of them. The quality was the same as you'd get from Target or any other cheaper-priced swimwear store. I received the items within 3 days of ordering, even though I only did standard shipping. I was pretty nervous to return the items because of previous bad reviews, so I ended up taking screenshots of all of my order and delivery information and kept a close eye on the tracking. However, I didn't need to do any of that (but I'm still glad I did just incase) because the return was completely smooth. They had a free return slip through USPS, tracking is free, they contacted me the day the tracking said they got it and confirmed that they did, and I received my full refund within a few days. Perhaps I got lucky, or they changed up how they do the returns since the other bad reviews, but I had a great experience with them even though the clothes didn't work out.
My package shipped to an older address (paid with Paypal and it linked to that address).
They refused to give my money back and I was out of pocket almost $100!
BEYOND FRUSTRATING! How could they not refund my order?
I gave them my shipping tracking number so they could flag it as a "return to sender" but apparently that's not allowed in their policy.

Order took so long to get here, was charged half my order price in customs and they didn't fit so had to pay another 22.50 for shipping. What a waste of money.

No support at al! I order something off Asia and got it before receiving my order from Asos.

I ordered a batch of shirts and the measurements seemed to have some slight variations. I'm still satisfied with the product, but I can see how that could have been much worse.
For the uncountable time they don't respect me nor my emails. Always delay. Poor customer service. Asos clothes got an international award for the cheapest material.
If you like to spend your time trying to understand where your order is, why it was not delivered, and periodically spend and wait for the money to be returned to your card, since you never received any normal support or parcels - ASOS is the best platform for this.
I love ASOS. Most of the items I've had from ASOS have been really good... they've looked like they did on the photos and the quality was also good. What makes it such a fantastic online shopping experience is how easy it is to return items. SO MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER ONLINE SHOPPING SITES I've tried. It means that as a customer I feel confident to buy more things than I would otherwise as I know that returning it won't be a problem.

Asos stole my money. In fact, I ordered on August 08 and I never received my order after 3 months. They asked me to wait until September 24. I never received anything. They apparently "sent" another package and told me to wait until November 01. My concern is that they never had tracking number and of course for the second package they didn't use tracking number neither. Today we are November 01 and someone asked me again to wait until November 04 now. She just end up the chat when I said that I was reading the reviews about ASOS online and I saw that the customers got a lot of problem as well. I informed that I will go to the police because since 3 month, Asos staff always repeat me the same thing and she just end up the chat. They stole my money and I don't believe them anymore. I asked to be refund but they always repeat me to wait until a new date to be able to look forward for me. So what is their plan after 3 months?
They also repeat me non stop to call my post office, so I did but my post office always tell me that they cannot help me without tracking number.
I am so upset now because I don't know what to do. I spent 100 and I don't have tracking number. It has been 3 months. I checked the address, this is correct.

Asos dont refund. My refund is disappeared and nobody able to help. ASOS Steal my money. I will never order from this website again. I was so happy to use it for 4 years but after this i'll never use it again. I need follow 30 eur for a top. Asos say they refund it and i didnt get any refund. Asos tell its not their problem. I have been Asos customer for years. I am also a Premier member. The delivery experience is horrendous. I am supposed to get a next day delivery. Their delivery company makes no attempts to fulfil this and instead puts an attempted delivery note on the online tracking. When I contacted Asos customer service they said no delivery attempt had been made and they are not sure why. This happened following 3 days again and again. Me and my partner made 3 following orders and same thing happened again. No attempt to fulfil next day delivery and item arrives in 3-4 days time. Information on tracking will say delivery attempted. In reality when the item is actually out for delivery we get a text message informing us. I contacted customer service again and requested a refund for their Premier service that they are not actually fulfilling. Whilst they apologised they completely ignored my request. Apology is just not good enough anymore. I will not be ordering again and what a shame as I used to be a number one fan.
ASOS sent me two defective dresses will i had to pay $128 of duties for. Now they refuse to resolve the problem at all. I paid for something new and they sent me two dresses with defective zippers. The only thing they offer me is a refund when i return the dresses which i have to pay for the shipping label. Meanwhile the money spent on duties is garbage because I've got no product. Also they are extremely rude! Over email they ignored all my questions and over live chat i was terminated 4 times 3 of the which they just stop responding and the last one literally said: I cant do anything for you bye. NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. GOOGLE THE BRAND AND BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE FIRST PARTY.
Ordered a pair of Adidas Stan Smith's in US size 5 and received a men's US size 5. Spoke to ASOS via Facebook Messenger and ASOS tried to mansplain to me the difference between US and UK sizing... Yes, I understood the difference which is why I checked your size guide AND your fit assistant. They tried to tell me that the fit assistant is not available for shoes but I provided screenshot which clearly shows otherwise. Then they told me that the fit assistant says I have a 60% chance of fitting in the size 5 so that's why my shoes don't fit. That's not the problem! Size 5 women's may have a 60% chance of fitting me but you sent me a size 5 men's which has a 0% chance of fitting me! Then they said I can send the item back within 21 days but I have to pay the $22 for postage. It would take 20 days to get this item back to the UK and I would have to incur this cost. Seriously, ASOS? I'm frustrated and disappointed. Do better.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
