This is a terrible business. They will short you on refunds and then try to blame it on everything under the sun as to why they did not give you back the same amount you paid. I do not mean shipping either. I understand that you do not receive shipping fees back on purchases. I mean sales tax! There is absolutely NO REASON I should be paying sales tax on items that I am returning. As soon as I noticed I called them out on it. They try to blame customs and say they took the money and treat you like you are stupid and don't know the items were shipped and were returned IN THE USA (in my particular case) and did not even go through customs. All of these small amounts add up over time and they think it is ok to get away with. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I like ASOS. I've been happy with 90% of the things I've gotten here over the last 2 years but it annoys me that I can't see the reviews on items before I purchase them. If I had seen the reviews of this metallic sweater I just bought, I would have already known how TERRIBLY itchy it is AND that it runs about 2 sizes too small. What's the point of reviews if you can't see them before you purchase something?

They NEVER refund correctly. So far, I've made two returns, and EVERY TIME, I need to complain at least twice for each order before they correct my refund. For the second order that need to be returned, I've contacted them for four times and been waiting for a week. Yet I have not received any replies regarding to the issue. I will NEVER EVER order from they again. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Asos is like an online SCAM to me now.

The worst customer service ever!
I've faced extremely rude customer service on ASOS!
They notified me that one of the items (pants) in my order is apparently out of stock and they refunded me. But the thing is that I've ordered a combination of a blazer and pants and I don't need a blazer without pants! However, they decided to proceed with my order even if mandatory part of it is missing. And then they just sent me a notification how sorry they are! No discount, nothing!
We I've tried to cancel my order via so called live chat I've faced very rude attitude fro the support agent Sofia (chat number: *******). She was so unprofessional and rude that I decided to take some time to register here and leave a feedback. I've never face an attitude like this anywhere! I asked why ASOS haven't informed me about the change. I mean who needs only the half of the suit? Her response was: We deliver a lot of orders around the world, we don't have time to inform every customer! Who ever says this to anyone? And what am I if not a client then? She should have given me some robot-like answers because even this would be better! When I said that she is incompetent and asked for a senior manager she told me to be polite and calm down! Literally! This is absolutely unacceptable! ASOS, if you reading this, you better fire her...

Terrible customer service. I've sent 4 emails, spoken to a very rude customer service agent, all of whom were unable to tell me where my $50 order was. And they refused to refund. Don't shop here.

This is my THIRD disappointment after ordering from ASOS and honestly NEVER AGAIN.

They are a bunch of incompetent employees and the worst absolute customer service. SOMETHING is bound to go wrong with your order. RATHER than trying to rectify they HIDE. You cannot email or call them but instead speak to basically robotic people who are of no help via their chat. They will repeat the same things over and over to you and don't even listen to what you are saying.

THE ONLY WAY to get your money back is to call your credit card company and dispute the charge. This is my second time doing this and I have won both times. DON'T support this business they have gone DOWNHILL! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE! AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE.

It has been more than 1 year since I returned their goods (in time). They got it, but still didn't send my money back. One year of promises and subterfuge. Still no result. Stealers and scammers

ASOS sent me shoes that were clearly worn and then refused to provide the refund for them claiming it was me who wore them.
"Contact us" function is taking me in loops on their website, so i have no way of contacting them, and they just robbed me of $50.
SHAME ON YOU ASOS!

I dont even want to give this GOD AWFUL company one star! Their customer service is disgusting and they send you poor quality clothing with arbitrary sizing and if you order express shipping you slapped with duties! Theyve lost 4 of my dresses before and claimed no responsibility for them (thats $300 they took from me) and among other awful things theyve just sent me a size 10 dress for my mums Christmas present which doesnt even fit my size 6 niece! Shoddy and poorly sized clothes - dont bother - theyre AWFUL

99% of my experiences at Asos have been wonderful - I would fully recommend! I live in Canada but thankfully extremely close to the American border. I've shipped to Canada 3 times and each time it took about 1-2 months (I think because they get shipped to the States and it takes a long time for them to send it through customs?). But I know some people who shipped it to Canada and it only took a week, so I have no idea. Every other time I have shipped it to the States and it takes less than a week!
They have free returns (except not from Canada!) and an amazing selection with great sales. They have such trendy plus size clothing for good prices which is rare (and wide fit shoes!)
Recently I ordered a pair of shoes and I was sent 2 right-foot shoes, although inconvenient, I don't mind too much because I've never had a faulty order from them before. And the customer service I've received has been AMAZING - especially the live chat.
I just felt the need to praise them! Especially after their great service.

I'm an older adult returning to college for a graduate degree. I have been a long time Asos customer, and recently decided to sign up for their 10% student discount. This discount issue I have been dealing with since January 2020. At this point it's not the 10% I'm upset about, but the ill treatment by the staff from their care department. I find them very bias and or prejudice against older adults. It all started when I signed up in January as stated earlier, and kept getting emails from my college email account that my discount code was sent to my primary email account, this never occurred so I contacted asos care department. They asked me for a copy of my student ID, that was not enough as it did not have the "year I enrolled and year I will be completing my studies". They then asked for the official acceptance letter that I received of my acceptance to my university. That still was not enough they wanted a picture of the error message that I got via the email in regards to my discount. Why I think asos company or staff from their care department is bias or prejudice against older adults? After I submitted additional ID with my age not to mention my picture which they can see I'm Black, they started asking me for additional items which I provided and still have not gotten a response or a discount. I'm very disappointed and was not expecting this treatment from what seem to be a diverse company. Not to mention the owner Mr. Robertson is 52 years old and have such unpleasant staff working for him.

Multiple pairs of shoes I ordered from them were not the quality shown in the pictures. When you order a Big Mac from McDonalds, you don't expect it to look exactly like the photo, but that doesn't fly with a $80 dollar pair of shoes, it's unacceptable. Avoid buying ANY of their shoes, seriously. They are all made in china and look very very cheap. I would STRICTLY stick to their shirts, and be be very cautious of the sizing available per product, as it varies tremendously. If something is marked as "oversized fit" it's gonna be 2-3 sizes bigger than what a normal fit would be. Be cautious.

Anyways, back to the shoes. I've attached photos of all of them so you can see how they look way worse in person. Also, the shoes given to me were SCUFFED, dirty, bent. Clearly returned before. Guys, they just look cheap. The zippers barely work on them, it's just all around made in china bs.

Sketchy Review policy, as well. They have to INVITE you to review the products, through a link from your email, so I couldn't even review the shoes I got until I get a "link" to do so.

Asos is beyond incompetent. They screwed up my order twice and still haven't refunded my money.

They sent the wrong order and their solution was for me to order another one. Thats it and a whole lot of apologies and excuses. Below are the pictures... I ordered the yellow vest twice but they sent me a yellow jacket and damaged the second order of the vest.

I decided to keep the wrong order and give it to as a gift. I spent more money to reorder what I wanted. Then FEDEX says in a tracking report that the order arrived damaged so they sent it back immediately to ASOS. I never even received the order... the second time.

ASOS delays responses to order issues. They have no phone number. Only messenger and Twitter. Now they are telling me they have to investigate this and it will take 14 days before they refund me my money. Investigate what? Its their fault from the start and my fault for doing business with them.

They're holding on to my money to make a little interest in their accounts until they have to refund me. And they have made more money off me due to their mistakes.

You gamble with internet ordering. At least at the mall you knew exactly what you were buying and what you had in your hand, not what you think you have on the way.

Leave ASOS alone. Their pitiful customer service and order processing is a scam set to prey upon the finances of international customers anywhere in the world.

I am a Canadian customer. They sent me the WRONG SIZE of a pair a shoes (size 9 instead of size 6, obvious mistake), I returned for an EXTRA COST and they NEVER REFUNDED ME. ASOS STOLE $80 FROM ME. Their customer support teams spend 3 whole months giving me new estimated dates for my refund to be processed. First, they said it will take 14 days. After 14 days they said it will take 10 more days. After 10 days they said it will take another week... and so on. They NEVER actually refunded me.To this day, ASOS still has the merchandise back and the money I paid for it.

I placed an order in early March using the standard shipping, received nothing by the end of March, I contacted them, they told me to wait until April 10th. I waited, nothing had come. I contacted them again twice when they told me to wait again, still, nothing came. (I checked postoffice, they have never got anything for me from them) The third time, in the chat now, I called them fraud, and the representative promised me if the order is still missing by April 13th, they would immediately refund me. On April 13th, I got an email saying the replacement order has been sent with a trackable service and will be delivered on May 3rd. I got the new email about replacement order, with a fake tracking link, which after clicking it, the tracking page look exactly the same as standard shipping that has no info on the updates.
The order I got is worth 100+ dollar, I never believe they had sent me anything in the very beginning and now, I will never use them again, it is a fraud website.
