Used to be huge fan but a few months they stopped answering
I returned some items a few months ago, when I verified I saw they never refunded me
Now I am nervous because I returned some item a few weeks ago, i don't think they will process this one either, they simply do not answer any messages, live chat is off
My first time ordering from ASOS, I had to pay custom TWICE to different couriers, DHL and CANADA POST. For both, I paid like 45$ on an order worth about 80$
How stupid I was, to think of ordering again, the second order came and had to pay 43$. This store is a TOTAL joke.

I ordered some dresses from asos and paid $100,1 month after i have ordered still haven't received my item until now, ordered the dresses on March 6 expected delivery is April 3 until now I have not received my items April 15 and they wanted me to wait for another 2 weeks. I have already addressed my issue with them and they don't want to admit their mistake and wanted me to wait for another 2 weeks. Customer service wasn't helpful at all and kept on saying the same thing. Now that I don't need the dresses and it didn't arrived when I needed it and asking for a refund and they don't want to make any refund on my account. For those who are thinking on ordering with ASOS I suggest DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL.
I WAS ASKED TO PAY $30 IN COD FEES for my 90$ purchase... AND ALSO FORCED TO GO TO THE POSTAL OFFICE to pick my package up! LANDMARK GLOBAL DOESN'T EVEN SEND YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR HOUSE IN THE FIRST PLACE. They send it directly to the PO and MAKE YOU GO THERE YOURSELF (even though I payed for direct shipping to my MF FRONT DOOR). So ON TOP of making me waste gas to drive there, they top it all off with forcing you to pay an unforseen COD fee... and for what b! Tch? Their amazing fking service? ASOS is such a MOTHERFKING joke. Never buying again.
Worst customer service. When my order didn't come in, they told me to wait and to check with my neighbors and check with my post office and there was no tracking number. I'm still fighting to get my refund for an item that never was sent. Worst company DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIFS!
Avoid shopping from ASOS specially if you live in Canada! Right before I place my oder I double checked on their site to see if I should pay any duties for orders from Canada and this is what I found on ASOS website: ''Orders to Canada: From July 1st 2020, orders being shipped from the US to Canada that are under CAD $150 will no longer be subject to duties. Orders under CAD $150 will still be subject to sales tax and handling fees.''
BUT this was just a lie! I paid $40 duties for a $100 order. I received my items after 3weeks(very late). The items where not as described specially as photos! They all looked very cheap and loose. I paid another $21.90 as postage fee! I didn't receive my money until after 4 times live chat with customer service and waisting my time everytime by disconnecting and reconnecting me to a new advisor, they refund my money after 3 f***ing months! They promised me to compensate me for my return postage fee during one of the first chats and also gave me the transcript number for future reference but they never did because they are just fraud! I feel very very bad. Even after reading everything they make your life harder and make you loose money. If you wanna order anything from them, think twice! It's not worth the headache :(( ((
I ordered shoes and I received a dress. I get that mistakes happened, so I returned the incorrect item and apparently, they only refund the price of the item. If it had been my mistake, I wouldn't be mad that they didn't refund the $20 for shipping, but it wasn't my mistake. I shouldn't have to pay for their eff up. I tried to contact them, but could only get an AI chatbot that was the opposite of helpful.

During checkout their website glitched and reloaded resulting in me being charged twice for my order and despite sending screen shots of my bank showing the two debits a minute apart, the 2 paypal transactions with different IDs for the same items and correspondence from both my bank and paypal asos spent three days denying and arguing with me about the fact they charged me twice, would not take my concerns seriously and were honestly the worst company ive ever had to deal with. Now they have finally admitted that they were wrong and have "cancelled the order" however my bank is still holding my money until asos emails them to say that the money wont be taken... asos says "Sorry we cant contact your bank" You are a huge multi nation company and you don't have a single person who can send a basic email so i can get my money returned to me. This means my money wont be released back to me for up to a month and i have debits that will now default and cost me dishonor fees. There is no concern for customer satisfaction whatsoever and i wont ever buy from them again.
I bought a few pieces of clothing on here and out of the 8 i was only able to wear 6. I bought the clothes at the exact same size I would buy anywhere else and it felt like it was downsized by two.
Asos are ridiculous I returned a T-shirt and because I used a promo code am not entitled to my refund and they won't give me the T-shirt back basically robbed my money and robbed my T-shirt, customer services very rude and sarcastic and one colleague last week told me the refund had been sorted and the other today told me I weren't getting one as I used a code horrible customer services they obviously have different rules for everybody and it depends if the member of staff is having a good day or not!
Terrible customer service! Today I recieved my long awaited package from asos, only to be greeted by an unpleasent surprise. Instead of the newbalance sneaker (worth 110) I ordered, they sent a knitted men's pullover, worth 49$. I immediately contacted asos, they replied briefly however they don't want to replace the item, instead they're asking me to send back the wrong item (appr.: 14 days) then they'll regund me the price of the shoes ( another 10 days) and only then can I reorder the shoes. They are practically resolving this issue as a refund of an unwanted item. Whereas it's clear that they made a mistake, and I think the absolute minimum for such a huge company should be to immediately send the correct item. I don't recommend anyone to shop on this site unless you're happy with receiving the wrong item and be treated like you made a mistake.

You can order from here but DO NOT RETURN unless you can ensure that you have a tracking number. On their receipts, it says to not do certified mail as their service pays for the return fees so you get it for free. DON'T DO IT AND RETURN IT CERTIFIED if you must. It has been way over 10 days since they should have received my package but it is insufficient because I do not have a tracking number. The post office tells me that ASOS is supposed to supply it because they paid for the return service and ASOS is telling me that the post office is supposed to supply it. I don't even know who's lying but according to all of the bad reviews, I would say the latter. I lost $80.
If I could give -5 * to this terrible e-shop. I placed an order on Dec 8th, and I paid 9.95GBP extra for next day delivery. The order never arrived, and 3 days later through messenger they say that I will probably receive it on December 13 and if I have not received it later, contact them again. I made a request for a money refund because I didn't received the item in time. Also made a request through PayPal. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.
I've ordered many times from ASOS, and it ships relatively quickly (I live in Australia). The items are of relatively good quality; I like to get "basic" items from here, like simple LBDs, or plain tees.
Horrendous service from this company. Placed an order, queried NUMEROUS times that an item was listed as the wrong colour (brown jacket listed as stone and stone as brown) and was told several times that this was in fact 100% correct and I should order the stone if I wanted brown, only to be sent the incorrect item (surprise surprise) and told that I would have to return it or arrange a collection which would be attempted in a 12 hour window (this was done and they didn't turn up!) then wait up to 7 days to be processed and up to another 10 working days for a refund and then reorder the correct one. Refused to let me speak to a manager! What was I offered? 20% off which is what was offered when I placed the original order anyway! Also told me in writing there is no min order to get the 20% off but there is in fact a £4 delivery charge for anything under £35 so I've now got to either pay an additional delivery charge or order something else to increase the value. All because of their error

I normally have a very positive experience with ASOS but I wanted to share this as it's disgusting and I want to warn people that this goes on/see if anyone else has similar experiences.
I ordered a £160 Berghaus Swirlhow Jacket from ASOS (Lichfield). When I received the jacket, it was obviously fake. It was thin, no Berghaus tags or labels on the jacket at all. Visually, it was completely different and the pockets had been sewn into the inside of the coat. There were no toggles etc… I decided to send the jacket back and ASOS rejected my return, claiming that the 'item the warehouse received was not the item that was sent to me'. I received the coat back a few days later, and have obviously opened a fraud investigation as this is highly illegal and I believe I am owed a full refund and possibly compensation. Whether this is ASOS's doing or workers in the warehouse, you must be so careful. I highly recommend buying branded items directly from their own websites and checking the items you receive for authenticity codes and tags. I was lucky enough to be sent a counterfeit item that was completely different and smelt horrendous, so I could tell instantly but some counterfeits are very cleverly made and you wouldn't realise the item was fake unless you looked into it. Please be careful everyone and if anyone else has a similar experience, any advice on how you solved this issue would be great! Thank you
They sent me a wrong items. I shipped it back. For my own money. Than they said that they will not give me a refund. But in tracking parcel is delivered to them. They just cheated on me for my money!

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
