What a terrible company. Definitely don't use them if you are trying to send someone a special gift. I tried to send my mom a bouquet for Mother's Day and they delivered a broken vase and squashed flowers on the wrong day. My mother tried to reach their customer service to resolve the problem herself and they wouldn't help her. She then told me about the delivery so I called their customer service to request a refund (as the delivery was garbage), and they would only offer refund the vase. I don't know about you but sending someone a box of broken glass and dead flowers kind of defeats the purpose of a flower delivery (seems like more of a threat than a gift). Last time I order anything from them and I suggest you save yourself the pain and look elsewhere for flowers.
My 8 year old reccieved roses with brown edges. 6 roses arrived looking nothing like the image online. No babies breathe, no ferns, never bloomed out. I called and they said I replied too late, then tried to accuse the shipper. Bad customer service. I spend 50 bucks and my daughter was disappointed. Next time I will go local. Cheap mail order old flowers. Pathetic!
Paid to have my flowers delivered first thing the next day - my daughter lives right downtown in Vancouver - not difficult to get to. By 8:00 at night they still weren't there - pathetic delivery service overpriced and very disappointing
Just wanted to surprise my mother, order flowers from the company with delivery. I use their services not for the first time. Everything went great, the company arrived on time, handed flowers, they were gorgeous. A huge bouquet of white roses. Mom was fascinated, even teared up. Thank you for giving such positive emotions
This company literally robbed me. I placed an order for $122 for my elderly parents who are currently quarantined. They are extremely upset to not be seeing family this Easter, so I tried to brighten their spirit with a lovely spring time bouquet. They physically received a few red and white roses that were half dead and had to be discarded the next day. I paid extra for their "supersize" option and can only imagine what they would have received if I didn't. I contacted the company over a dozen times and got zero response. I am utterly disgusted that during this sad time in the world, people like this exist to rob you! Disgusting and shameful!
I ordered 3 days prior to Valentine's Day and was guaranteed delivery and it's now feb. 15 and still no show! I called feb 14 and told them my wifes shop closes at 7 and made them aware and they said sorry it will be there by 8pm so we actually waited after close ruined the surprise and still nothing.I called to cancel as it isn't Valentine's Day anymore and they just hit me with a it's out for delivery we can't do anything. Proof of purchase number was sent via text which is concerning…Also there phone lines are horrible it's like there call centre is in the middle of the dessert with no reception….all in all just horrible experience dealing with there customer service!
First and last time I'll ever order from Bloomex. I would give negative stars if i could. After being told by 3 different people (online chat) they would definitely be delivered in time for mothers day, i wake up to a text telling me they'll be here, for sure, on the Monday AFTER Mothers day.
By some miracle, they got here early... packaging was pathetic. Vase was broken. Flowers were stuffed into the box with it, and they were NOT the "supersize" ordered. Can't say enough bad things about Bloomex, and everyone I know will hear about them too.
Husband ordered Mother's Day flowers for me. Disappointed. We received them on June 9th which was 2 days after Mother's. When they finally arrived they were all dead. When I tried to contact them I. Got no answer even though they are open 24 hours. Very disappointed and upset. Nancy Zoskey *******2179. Order # *******.
My mothers 92nd birthday and flowers haven't arrived. So sad.So the update- Bloomex responded promptly- are making amends appropriately via the charges. The hurricane that won't end in Florida is causing all sorts of shipping issues including flowers. Now my mother will have a post- birthday treat!
They charge you extra money for the next day delivery after asking you for a postal code. Never delivered on time. I missed my best friend's birthday her 65th. Customer care offered me 4.99 and the two easiest words in the English language " I'm sorry ". I would have to first take pictures and send this information and that, then I would get my 5 dollars Wow! If they cannot deliver on time why not just
Let you know and you can make other arrangements.
Bloomex are reliable & so helpful and manage to source excellent florists wherever you choose. Have used them for years & neverbeen disappointed. On all occasions recipients have been delighted with flowers/arrangements received. Order with confidence.
People make mistakes but this company won't even admit them. A simple red balloon costs $4 CDN and wasn't included. Yet they insist it was, basically implying I'm lying and won't refund as of this date.
I am sure Bloomex would be fine, provided you do not have any issues. But when you send flowers and a bottle of Champagne to a 5 million dollar house and the vase is broken and the cheap white wine is broken and nothing is done to rectify the situation, that is when you need to find another flower service. This one is horrible!
I ordered a small hand-tied bunch of flowers for my friend's birthday. While the order went through (it was online) I got a message later saying that, due to the Easter long weekend, the flower order couldn't be immediately fulfilled. A next day delivery and upgrade was promised. My friend was really, really delighted with the flowers and sent me photos. She even received some gluten-free cookies that I hadn't ordered. Thank you, Bloomex, for making things right. Sometimes delivery is difficult in harder-to-reach areas like Campbell River.
Flowers were still 'in transit' two days after they were supposed to arrive so I requested a full or partial refund via email. My request was totally disregarded. I have now left three voicemails and no one has returned my call. Flowers finally arrived and they are dying and hardly a bouquet. I just want a refund - I do not want another delivery or store credit - I would prefer to never interact with this company again. This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. Please buy your flowers elsewhere.
My daughter ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they arrived on Tuesday instead of Sunday.
Nothing that she ordered was in the arrangement. I wouldn't even call it an arrangement.
She paid way too much for what could have been purchased for about $15 at Safeway.
Easy to order on the website. I completed my request at noon and the flowers were delivered later the same day from Greenbanks florist in Kendal, Cumbria. The recipient was very happy with her cheery blooms. Excellent service, I would recommend.
Very pleased with flowers and process. After I had received Flowers from Bloomex (and was delighted with them), decided to send to someone as a pick me up. Process to order online was seamless, and they were at her door within a few short hours. Will be my first choice for sending flowers.
The fruit basket barely contained any fruit-not at all what was pictured. The follow up to this has been emails offering 10% off-why would I order from this site again?! Not only was the product not what pictured but the email letting me know it arrived came three days after it was delivered..
I ordered a bouquet of yellow, red, and orange gerbera daisies in early June 2023. They delivered a bunch of mixed flowers; some broken, some already fading, ragged looking. It was an embarressing gift. When I complained, first in writing and then with a follow up phone call, they offered me a $20 voucher for my "next purchase". I will never order from the again. They are the worst online company I have ever dealt with.
Answer: It is terrible and difficult. They barely respond and then it is only after multiple emails and chats.
Answer: No. Terrible service. Did not deliver on time. Postponed deliver to next dY
Answer: I feel like I've been scammed. Took my money and did not deliver my purchased flowers.
Answer: It's a 1990's website and can't take average photos of 2024
Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
Answer: Very poor customer service (none). Do not use them.
