I recently placed an order (Dec. 5) for one of their small Christmas trees to be delivered on Dec. 9. When I didn't get a call from the recipient at the end of the day on Dec 9th I went into my account to check the status. It said "in packaging". It had not been sent out for delivery. No email from Bloomex to update me. I immediately contacted *******@bloomex.ca. My order still has not been delivered (now Dec 10). I would advise NOT ordering through this company. They also have not even offered to REFUND even just the delivery fee. I would not give any stars! Worst customer service.
My order number for a Christmas table center was ******* and that was not delivered. Another floral arrangement was delivered and much inferior to what I purchased. Bloomex sent out flowers that were brown and wilting and they did not deliver for what I paid. The two candles were short dollar store white candles and not the red long dinner candles Bloomex displayed. The green was rough chopped branches from a local tree and the whole arrangement was 50% of the size the Bloomex website displayed. This is fraud! See the attachments of the wilting brown flowers and crap that Bloomex sent. They sent an arrangement with 10 wilting flowers and not the 24 flowers they had displayed on their website. Would you be happy with that Bloomex crap? Buy from FTD and NEVER purchase from Bloomex. The photo added was what I ordered. The photo I of the arrangement I got could not be uploaded, but it sure was CRAP!
The flowers were ordered on line. I saw a photograph of what they might look like. When I saw them in person they were excellent. The description was spot on. My mum loved them and I will definitely use Bloomex again and recommend to my friends.
The bouquet of flowers we purchased for delivery to a friend was of an excellent standard. Our friend was absolutely delighted with them. We would certainly order more flowers from you in the future. Certainly worth the money. Regards Jenny Temple.
From ordering to delivery a first class service which delivered a great bunch of flowers. Competitive pricing and use of a local florist meant the flowers were fresh and well presented. Giving the delivery a personal touch - no box by post!
I ordered from Bloomex on 24th dec 2021 and my order never reached my girlfriend for Christmas Eve, she lives in downtown edmonton, when i contact there customer service they keep giving me new dates for delivery. They keep lying. I don't know where i can complain about this, these guys should be in jail for scamming people.
I would not recommend or use Bloomex to send flowers at all, my friend in Altona North organised the delivery on the 4/11/22, to arrive in Maffra Victoria. So I was the person receiving them. Hence I don't have a receipt.
The flowers that were supposed to arrive on the day of order (anywhere in Australia is advertised) took five days 'in transit', and were delivered via Australia Post, the greenery was brown, but the Iris flowers appeared ok. Within 48hours they were all ready for the bin.
Photos included are the first two on arrival and exactly 48hours later in the third one.
We ordered flowers on Wed. For Thursday delivery to our daughter in Edmonton. We called on Thursday when no flowers appeared - they admitted to writing down the wrong address but made no attempt to call us or the recipient to check address. We called again on Friday when no flowers arrived - of course they had taken our money on the day of the order and their policy is no money back. They promised Saturday delivery with a cheap box of chocolates to compensate us for the delay and hours on the phone. Late Saturday the flowers finally arrived with no advance phone call to our daughter - the flowers were wilted and damaged but out daughter was able to salvage a bouquet with some culling and pruning. Of course our daughter was involved from day 2 ruining any hope of a surprise delivery.
Have placed over 5 flower orders with Bloomex. Every time it's easy to place flower orders, and they always arrive on-time as shown in the photos or better! Sometimes they are replaced with different colours than in the photos - but they are thoughtfully arranged and the flowers are of high-quality.
Nicole C was wonderful! I apparently had created 2 accounts with different emails and she merged them! Easy peasy! Friendly and so helpful! The flower subscription is perfect to send flowers to my parents during COVID when i can't see them and they last for weeks! Wonderful!
I was really optimistic about ordering from here for my friends birthday. I got the birthday package that comes with a bouquet, a card, a balloon and a bear. I was told the flowers would come with a vase they didn't and were extremely smaller than the picture. The card had a stapled coupon from the company with my message on it I had to replace the card cause of how awful it looked. The balloon was completely different and smaller than the picture and was DEFLATED. The bear had an advertised shirt of the company so I removed it. I hope my friend likes it regardless but I'm so annoyed. Please don't waste your money.
Placed order for delivery May 7/22, did not arrive. Phone and get machine that hangs up on you. Go to BBB revoked but gives contact numbers. Chat at *******@bloomex.ca and chat with on idiot that says probably will be delivered today. Probably? Did not arrive and next day didn't arrive yet their status change on order states delivered. SCAM if pay by credit card ask for charge back. This company should loose their buisness license and be held accountable for fraud.
Tried to cancel the order before they delivered because it says a lot didn't show. The person helping me assured me they would be delivered on time. Surely enough they didn't show. Thanks for ruining my mother's birthday
I placed a last minute order from Australia for flowers to be delivered to a funeral service. The order was dealt with promptly and I was informed quickly when it had been delivered. Thank you. Excellent service. рџ'ђ
Ordered flowers for an out-of-town relative and the delivery arrived frozen. Won't process a refund because I don't have a photo from a 82 year old woman who does not use a cell phone with a camera. Nothing they can do, they say.
Avoid this company, with over 1000+ complaints with the BBB, they are bonified crooks.
I received the bouquet as a gift. The quality of the flowers was extraordinary. I had the majority of the blooms seven days later — unusual for delivered flowers. The flowers arrived well packaged. Federal Express made sure I received the box and did not just drop it off. The quality of the flowers and the delivery form were excellent. I have since used Bloomex.com to send flowers twice as gifts.
I chose bunch of flowers based on a picture in their website and confirmed it with their agent before ordering! Agent clearly told me it would be 15 roses plus 5 lilies while teh delivered flower had only 3 roses and 3 lilies and they charged me for over $90! I was so embarrassed and asked them to return my money or resend the proper flower! However, after several calls nothing happened and they didn't return my
Konet or provide teh proper flower! It's a fraud company!
I ordered flowers to be delivered today... (4 days ago) they never arrived. Everytime i call it tells me to leave a message and the online chat is even more useless. I am reporting to better business bureau if my flowers arent recieved!)

I am pleased to share that the recipient contacted me already to let me know that the delivery was made and that she is very happy to receive the order. Although, the order did not arrive with the vase I ordered, I am not displeased with this as this was a long shot in my opinion to get resolved as requested. You have restored my confidence in Bloomex and will bring back all of my business and provide the internal recommendation to the bank I work for as a preferred merchant.
I ordered a Christmas flower arrangement on Friday to be delivered Saturday. It was delivered as promised and although I didn't see it, the recipient texted me that it was gorgeous. Happy with the experience.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
