Overall a great experience, flowers always fresh and last for days, we really enjoy them. I find that the website where you purchase the flowers to be confusing. On more than one occasion I thought I ordered the deal of the day or whatever you call the it which for me is double blossoms only to find out when they get here I didn't. We totally enjoyed the flowers!
Five stars, emailed the florist as my friend receiving the flowers had a hospital appointment, I didn't know what time so asked if they could deliver them early morning or late afternoon. They delivered them early and manage to catch my friend before her appointment, many thanks
The flowers I ordered compared to what was advertised was very disappointing. I paid over $100 for flowers and delivery. It was supposed to be a surprise for my niece birthday. I even paid extra for a larger size of flowers. I was very dissatisfied with the arrangements and amount of flowers and will not be using Bloomex of Canada again. I have used other companies and have been more than satisfied with those companies. I also had to pay twice for delivery as they were unable to get hold of my niece. I would imagine such a huge company making millions of dollars would not be charging you again to deliver but no they refused to deliver without me paying charge. The flowers were very disappointing and I am very dissatisfied. Customers BeWare. I would not recommend Bloomex
I ordered birthday bouquet for my step-mom, but they delivered it without any flower cartridges and they were already so dried and curling up on the edges, that she had to throw out some of the blooms and greens. The rose bud and other flowers drooped within a couple days. Needless to say, it was embarrassing to have sent that to her. I paid $52.13 for old flowers, not properly prepared for delivery that died within three days! NEVER AGAIN! I tried to get a refund, or a replacement bouquet to be delivered and they said because my photo was not showing the 100% image of the bouquet, that they would not do anything about it. Plus because it was day three, and not within 24 hours of delivery. I expect flowers to last a minimum of one week and sometime they can last 10-14 days, but these were 'gone' almost immediately.
Ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday was suppose to include card and chocolates...no card, place me on chat Hold foe over 30 mins and they still haven't received a reply. I don't care about the reason it was not included i paid for it, and now her gift was ruined!
I came across Bloomex as I searched the web looking to send flowers to Guernsey as I live in mainland UK and did not know which provider would be best. The website was easy to navigate and gave me options of florists that could deliver to my recipients address. I was informed when the delivery was completed. The recipient was very pleased with both the flowers & the balloons. Good service at a good price!
I received frozen 2 dozen roses (bereavement bouquet from my employer). I called to let Bloomex know, and wanted them to send another bouquet. The girl I spoke with said to send an email with pictures. I did it the moment I got off the phone with her. Didn't hear back from the company. 3 days later I called again - the girl I spoke with said the same to send an email. I told her I did. Long story short - NEVER HEARD BACK from them. My employer said they had put a complaint because Bloomex did not send the 'bouquet' they had chosen (not even close) and they didn't deliver on the date requested. Don't order from this company they don't care. Take the time to google a florist.
A picture paints a thousand words. We ordered an $85 flower arrangement for our neighbors for Christmas. Imagine my shock when I saw a picture from our neighbors of the delivered arrangement (see image) versus the rose flower arrangement with two candles that we paid for (second image). I contacted Bloomex and sent them the pictures convinced it was a terrible mistake. The response I received from Bloomex, stated "the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy". They apologized and offered us a 10% credit on our next purchase! Two months later we still can't believe Bloomex can get away with this scam. They delivered an arrangement with mums, not the roses pictured, one candle, not two and carnations? Shame on you Bloomex!
Last week my aunt and uncle had their 25 anniversary, so we had a big party. I ordered flowers through Bloomex, as usual, and again they didn't let me down. The order was delivered on time and the flowers were so fresh and beautiful. My aunt loved them. Some of the guests even asked me where I got such a wonderful bouquet. I think it's the best compliment.
Unfortunately, my experience using Bloomex was the worse that I have experienced with any at home delivery. It took them 4 attempts to delivery (over 3 weeks), delivery man was extremely rude and the order was the wrong one, and they are reusing to replace to original order or provide a refund. If you are considering using this service, highly recommend find someone else to place order with.
I ordered sympathy arrangements in large size on Saturday and was delivered on the same day, recipient send me a txt and photos that they won't be a to put it out, flowers are wilted. It is embarrassing They won't return my money,
Excellent service. Ordered funeral wreath and the flowers used were exceptional. Beautiful colours just what we wanted. Hand written card made it complete. The flowers were delivered as specified and we were kept up dated from start to finish. Will definitely use again.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this company- this was my first and last time ordering from them-the flowers were delayed and I missed the retirement party! I called and spoke to a rep who told me they would be there by 8 and they did not arrive, And to make matters worse they didn't look anything like the picture the flowers were quite pathetic actually. Their customer service is among the worst! I talked to the online people whom I think is a computer- they gave me the exact same script - I called the phone number 5 times and 4 times were disconnected then the last time I called the rep put me on hold and I got disconnected again- seriously this is the worst customer service I have ever had. This company takes no responsibility for their poor service either!

Great company. Ordered a flower for moms birthday. There were very little thoughts in choosing, I really wanted the roses to come out a little expensive. As a result, a replacement was chosen with the consultant and everything turned out perfect. Delivery was on time, the courier is polite, I also congratulated myself) my mother was very happy.
So I ordered and paid 120.00 including delivery vase and large card for a supersized funeral arrangement. When I got to the visitation, my family member pointed out the arrangement. I was embarrassed and horrified! I think the photos say it all! Yes I complained and was told they could replace blooms with equitable or better blooms. They would not refund the full amount. Better bunches at Costco for 19.99
I previously wrote that the quality of an order from Bloomex was very poor and that I was embarrassed to have given it as a gift.
When Bloomex got the entire story they made it right.
I appreciate this very much and admire the way customer service amended their policy when they knew the whole situation.
Bloomex has exceeded my expectations of flower delivery. Their arrangements are beautiful, unique, and each one is different. They ensured both my mother and sister were there to pick up their flowers before they left.
I ordered a bunch of assorted colors of tulips to my disappointment they delivered yellow color of tulips to the recipient. The worst part is... I sent an email immediately for their fault but until now no response...
The mothers finally received the flowers. The couriers left them on the doorstep without knocking. One arrived with broken packages and the other with a broken vase. Flowers looked terrible after 3 days with courier. Complained to Bloomex and they gave us 2 options. New flowers or Bloomex coupons, no refund option. Asked for new flowers, never received!
Really excellent service and the flowers were stunning for my Dads funeral they were delivered on time and really did save us not only a lot of money but a headache as well. Thank you so much really perfect

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
