This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
Buyer beware - bonanza allows dishonest sellers to peddle their wares on their site. We bought a Tumi suitcase from a seller who changed names three times during the process (from Luggage4Less to Luggage Emporium to Luggage Leader). We were unable to find a way to reach the seller to initiate a return, and are now stuck with a $500+ suitcase that is way too small. We tried to get a return through bonanza and google and more -- and got stuck at the seller saying "we have a 5 day return policy." Nevermind that the seller made it impossible to identify them, let alone initiate a return within 5 days! The people at bonanza were polite, but ultimately did nothing and continue to allow this unethical seller to peddle on their site. This was a good learning experience about purchasing carefully ion the internet.
Do not sell on this site. We are Ebay power sellers and we sell on Etsy. We opened a store in 2010 on Bonanza. Recently we sold an item on Bonanza. The buyer did not read the description and was not happy her item was mostly empty although it said mostly empty in the description. We explained to the buyer that they purchased an empty tin and asked them to go back and read the description. The buyer came back with very offensive language using the "F" word among other choice words. We sent a message to customer service and got this message. We are sorry you had a bad experience maybe the person had a bad day we will watch them. This was not okay so we closed our Bonanza store.

This site is ridiculous. Ordered a sweater through this website over a month ago now. A week went by and still no sweater. So I emailed them (there is no phone number to call, first red flag) and asked for tracking info. No reply. Emailed again. A week later I get a reply saying that my order will be shipped no later than tomorrow. Here I am a month later with no sweater, and no tracking info.

When we run out the chips we bought through Bonanza I'll be ordering again. I bought potato chips we used to love to eat when we visited Spain. They're unavailable in the U.S. I found Bonanza by accident. It was definitely a happy accident.
Searched the net for a hard to find product. Found it on bonanza.com. The item I purchased on 1/17/2020 has never shipped. Seller appeared to be "onlinedeal805" but my PayPal account shows the seller as "soelectronics". Bottom line, I have been emailing back & forth with Bonanza and PayPal regarding payment for non-shipment of purchase. I am now in the process of filing a claim with PayPal.

I was not impressed with this company's e-book. If you are going to sell an ebook. Please be sure you can read it and highlight it. Not just complying a book and turn around and sell it. I will not be using this company and its fraudulent books.

They offer excellent tracking information. It is easy to buy products online and they have excellent customer service. I have recommended some of my friends to purchase this product and they have been equally satisfied.
Please wait a million years. Maybe us A+ robots will get our act together by then. Until then, do not bother to call. You won't find a phone number anyway. But if you are very persistent and send us a computer request, we will have to comply. But we do not have to pick up our end of the line and answer. We are A+ according to the BBB, but that doesn't really mean anything. We bought that rating.

At best, a very incompetent company making use of a system to use unvetted agents who often rip off your money. They wash their hands of transactions. Had to dispute a merchandise charge after long waiting for no communication and no merchandise shipment. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I compared the prices on line and found Bonanza to have the best price available for the product i was searching for. I received it earlier than expected and was exactly what i purchased, no surprises LOL
From the beginning of my communication I was impressed with Bonanza customer service. I was asking for a woman's jacket to be cut for a man. They were MOST accommodating to every thing I was asking for and their communication was effortless and very timely. I was pretty astounded. They are a great company to work with.

I made a PayPal payment of $37 to a merchant on Bonanza and never received the product. Merchant doesn't reply, Bonanza says I must get the refund from them, they do not assume any responsibility for their Sellers.
I ordered some kind of herbs from them from a lady told me about never got it complained to bonanza got 2 emails saying they where checking into it. I think it is automated because it said the same thing nothing ever happened. Well the chicken is dead now that I was getting the herbs for from the UK thru them so beware beware beware your animal will be dead your dog your cat whatever all you will get when you give the UK money thru bonanza is a dead animal no homopathegen sorry I didn't know to take a picture of pretty boy when he was dead it says to take a pic for credibility

This is much better than feebay as far as tools and getting to them. Unlike feebay there is no hidden fees and customer service is good. This is a pretty new company but it looks like they would be fair to their sellers unlike feebay. You can describe items to the T on feebay but if a customer buys it without reading the details it is still the sellers fault because some idiot couldn't take time to check the details completely. Nothing more frustrating than trying to get a problem solved when the person on the other end cant speak a lick of English.
Tip for consumers:
Do what it takes to get your site going on here. If your an ebay seller also, get out because they WILL through you under the bus eventually.
I never write reviews, but this site is TERRIBLE! Complete waste of time and money. Seller scammed me out of iPhone case, no response from Bonanza, and way seller setup delivery time made transaction dispute with Paypal not possible. People that run and own sites like this with no accountability are scum.
First of all the quality of their items are cheap and flimsy. Second, the customer service sucks. I won't buy anything from Bonanza again. If you want to be replied to respectfully as a customer, I recommend you don't buy from them either, unless you want to be disappointed.

I purchased software from a vendor on Bonanza. Shortly after paying through PayPal, I get an email from Bonanza support, it informs me that I have made a purchase from a fraudulent vendor. I am told that they have removed this vendor from the site due to past frraudelent sales. Bonanza would not refund my money, instead told me to get with PayPal to get a refund. Open a dispute resolution. I feel the site owners should stand behind who they allow to sell on their site is all.
As a kicker to the story, I got back on Bonanza and was able to add this sellers fraudulent item right back into my cart. I was told that they had removed this seller form their site.
Just saying, with this kind of coincidental fraud and passing the buck, one could conclude that Bonanza is actually the one committing the fraudulent sale. I therefor no longer trust this site. Whether you are comfortable doing business is your decision, a review is after all all just a review of one customers experience..

What more is there to say? I appreciate that I can easily upload all of my ebay listings for free, and that it is free to list which is the only reason why I still have an account at all. But they don't offer much else. I understand they're going to offer more perks to those sellers who pay. However I feel like they could do better for their free sellers in order to at least *entice* them to upgrade. Otherwise why would they? Until Bonanza figures out a better marketing strategy for ALL of their sellers I will stick with other marketplaces. Free is great but you get what you pay for.
You can find just about anything here at a very reasonable price. I can spend hours going from item to item to find "just" the right one. Or more, in my case: An 1857 Flying Eagle Cent, A Practical Magic Signed Picture of Nicole Kidman & Sandra Bullock and An Autographed Photo of Penelope Cruz. Each was bought from a different vendor and delivery time was still less than a week. Go there and experience this yourself.

Rip off. The seller cancelled my order and repriced all of the units at a price 78% higher than the original price! And Bonanza has no telephone number to call for issues such as this. This was my first and last time using Bonanza.

Please see below the response I got to my last email asking them why the goods had not arrived or been shipped in the time frame quoted. I asked them not to send the goods as I had sourced them elsewhere. They still sent them, a full week after I told them not to and the below is the response to my email telling them not to ship.
