Bonanza is a fantastic eCommerce platform with excellent customer service, I'm very satisfied working with. They have real email to reply my question, not automatic email. Thank you very very much Bonanza
This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
Specially if you are a seller or business. Don't throw your money with all their tricks. You will never see traffic until they drain your bank account!
If I could rate this site a 0 I would. I purchased a rolling bag June 3,2014 and have yet to receive it. My paypal account has paid the seller and yet I still have no bag after contacting Emily Hubbard (the seller) 3 times... her reply "the bag is on the way" similar to "the checks in the mail" HAH!
NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE! I just lost $50.00!

Better rates than ebay. Ty bonanza. Plus I saw it was chosen as 2014 number 1 merchant when ebay is number 3. That's the best news ever. Ebay charges way too much and now they are noticing it...
So I bought some stuff off of here the first time my stuff came with two very important pieces left our of the order that I did in fact pay for secondly I bought a second set of items a few months ago and haven't received it even though it's been payed for now the website won't even let me log in to report a problem saying my account is already made even though I signed in as a guest and the option to sign in as guest is now gone so I can't contact them or anything thanks guys.
Bought an item which was never delivered and the only option I have is to contact the seller who has decided not to respond. Please do not waste your money with these guys. Ebay is much better!
This website takes no responsibility to what happens inside your transaction. They will simply "contact" The seller on your behalf. But what happens if the seller never responds? NOTHING. They will do absolutely nothing. PayPal was the only one that had my back and made this right again. Here is my situation.
I bought an item from a seller on Bonanza. $275. I asked for shipping confirmation three times from him before he let me know, that day, he did not in fact have the product he was selling. Seriously? He asked if I wanted to wait till he received another one in a few months, or if i would like a refund, I immediately responded to him that I wanted a refund. He then agreed to the refund and then ceased ALL communication with me and would not answer any correspondence or return my money.
Bonanza did NOTHING. Well they said they contacted him, but they were very quick to repeatedly tell me that they were only a gateway to connect buyers with sellers and are in no way responsible for any transactions. Pathetic. PayPal, after disputing and escalating the claim, returned my money.
In the end, do not use this website for ANY transactions. It almost feels like the whole thing is fraudulent.
They are FRIGHTENING. I ordered something, the seller already sold it on ebay. I sent many e-mails to bonanza, they sent me form letters. No item, no refund. I finally contacted the seller through EBAY who gave me a refund. Bonzana couldn't tell me it was sold, give me a tracking number, get me a return, or even log me in.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them.

Great place for quality stuff, a lot at basement bargain prices. The shopping is easy, the checkout quick. I am a definite return customer going forward.
BEWARE! All sellers and buyers:
Bonanza.com is not legit. Stay away! After several years, Bonanza.com closed my account down and stole some of my money as well. Their reason? They said they couldn't give me one. But they rudely said I could use other alternatives.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever had. Only one person (named Judy) works in the customer service department and that person takes ages to respond to a request.
That's the same person who couldn't give me a reason for why they took my money after they suddenly closed my account. All their employees are incompetent and amateurish people who post about silly things all the time as if they are using social media.
They advertise products, take your money but you don't receive anything.
So, keep an eye out on your account balance if you decide to use Bonanza.com. They can illegitimately take money from your account when they like. My card was blocked multiple times in the past because Bonanza.com was trying to charge my account without my authorization.
Bonanza.com is a scam and a complete joke. Stay away, BUYERS and SELLERS! Bonanza.com sucks, and it will never be an eBay alternative.
OK, I have been selling on this site for just over 5 years and I can truly say my sales are pitiful! I sell on eBay and about 90% of my stuff sells there. Not sure WHY I only get about a dozen sales a year with Bonanza. It really makes no sense. I like their booth setup and now they even import your listing on eBay. However, if the item sells on ebay, it doesn't get removed from Bonanza so you really have to keep an eye on your listings. It's too much work but since I am already set up, I just leave my stuff there and every once in a while I get a sale. For new subscribers I would say it's probably not worth it. If you really want sales, unfortunately eBay is the only place I have found to get them. Yes, you pay a lot in fees but your items also sell so you can't argue with sales. I sell about $500/mo on eBay and have been selling there since 1997. I keep hoping my sales will increase on the Bonanza site but it has never happened. I do have people clicking and viewing my items but NOT buying... Maybe you only get sales if you pay for one of their subscription services. I don't think its worth it for me. I their lower level subscription service for $25/mo and got nothing!

Stay clear of Bonanza and the group "The GYPSY POSSE". Competitors will stop at nothing to get your account limited or suspended, and Bonanza support will believe their lies and take their side, leaving you to defend for yourself, ignoring any questions you ask. Mark is a joke and will always take the liars side, aka the GYPSY POSSE. Don't ever buy from The GYPSY POSSE as they are a bunch of cold hearted two faced liars and thieves! They will do whatever they can to hurt your business and get your account suspended. REPORT THESE PEOPLE and STAY AWAY FROM BONANZA. I was a faithful seller/buyer there and now I will make sure to let everyone know their TRUE SIDE and for what they did. BTW, read the reviews - I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE BEING TREATED THIS WAY.
This marketplace is in reality very limited and small. Seller info including user data are not secure or represented in a PCI Compliant manner. Data and transactions are open to user forims where inexperienced employees range from site users who transact from a cofffee shop to outright unprosesional expectations.
What this translates into is a 3rd party site where items are listed for sale by sellers and oversight is conducted by users who range from actual employees who engage in transactions in order to meet qualifications. This is a really bad site if you are seeking a marketplace that is professional, secure and reliable!
I ordered a jersey for my son for Valentine's Day and STILL have NOT received it! Every time I send them a message, they respond that I will get it in 2 - 3 days and it never comes! The USPS tracking number says they tried to deliver it today but could not. We were home ALL day and actually received another shipment from Wayfair, so that was a total lie! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER!
"DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH BONANZA", because when you do not receive your orders, you get the following answer from Bonanza Support, providing no other help:
Bonanza is an online marketplace connecting buyers to transact directly with sellers located all over the world. Bonanza does not produce, house or ship any items. Instead, buyers pay sellers directly and sellers ship their goods straight to the buyer.
This site is terrible. Do not attempt to buy any thing from them. I'm sorry that I did not see
These reviews before I attempted to purchase a Weber One Touch Gold Grill for $165.00. I've had a case open for a month now and I have heard NOTHING from Bonanza except for a request for a review of the product. Their review request has an attached "understanding" that I am not to review the site nor the transaction process. < THAT, in itself, SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING!
Tip for consumers:
I haven't heard from Bonanza. I haven't heard from the "seller."
They are a major rip off.

I bought a soldering stand and got a smashed box of wifi motor cycle speakers? I will never use this site again, and I really recommend no one does. Hands down my worst online experience ever.
I paid for an item and I never got a shipping confirmation or any other details about my transaction. Didn't get what I paid for either... The seller doesn't answer to my emails and the buyers, on this website, CANNOT CANCEL their transactions. It is stupid, nothing like Amazon or Ebay: NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Tip for consumers:
my tip: stay away from it!

I'm really impressed. The amount of unique stuff is great! New and used items. I love shopping for clothes and health/beauty things and am happy with the variety. All that Anthropology!
16th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting - After 16 years, my wife and I passed the reigns of a substantial fundraiser for our local RMH to a "younger" couple and symbolized the transfer with the passing of a "Believe" bell. The bell has been the hallmark for our 20' Christmas tree since inception. The bell is (was) a true replica in size, quality, and ring since we first purchased the Believe bell years ago. Acquiring them through ElfsWorkLane was easy with shipping almost immediate. Great quality, great service.
Not a good company. And, I am being nice. Bonanza made unauthorized charges to my credit card. When I emailed, they stated for sellers fees. However, I had paid fees via paypal and provided proof. The Bonanza seller fees were paid when an invoice was sent to my email. When Credit Card was charged, No email, no notice, no invoice, NO NOTHING but a fee on my bank card. Not even a notice on account status when logged in. Very sneaky dirty business. Also, the fees were to a perfect even number and the Bank representative immediately realize the charge was BOGUS because of the even amount, Example $10 or $20 etc. Email requests to Bonanza were not resolved but they only repeated the same illegitimate excuse "Seller Fees". However that was impossible and would have resulted in paying about 25% so sell on Bonanza. No one in their right mind pays 25% for an online site. Also, the phone number when you look up the company goes directly to an answering machine. The message is in Spanish and the message Brief then hands up. It is NOT any credible business Phone number. *******849. So, there is some funny stuff going on with this selling site that is not as straight as an arrow but more shaped line a boomerang. CROOKED.
Hi Unhappy C., thank you for your review and sorry for any misunderstanding regarding seller fees on Bonanza. New sellers who have 3 or less months of successful payments made toward their final value fees will have their final value fees automatically charged to the card on file each time their final value fees reach $ 25.00. All other sellers will have their final value fees automatically charged to the card on file each time their final value fees reach $ 100.00.
We see you currently have a ticket open with a member of our Support Team. Please do reply to that email to get back in touch if you have additional questions or concerns. Bonanza does not have phone support at this time, but our support team will be glad to further assist you via email!

I tried Bonanza as an alternative to eBay - it is WAY hard to sell with all eBay's limits and rules and unfair feedback system. Unfortunately, Bonanza doesn't have the buyers and you NEVER see a Bonanza ad like you do eBay ads. I really don't think that anybody knows Bonanza exists. Good feedback from the few transactions I made but there just weren't enough to make much money off of.
If you have issues with items you buy then you need to take it up with the SELLER, not Bonanza.
Bonanza gave one of my customers a $0.75 coupon which is great! Except, they said they would remove $0.75 from their fee but, they never did. When I called them on the fact that they did not take $0.75 from their fees, they insisted that I was not cheated although they could not explain or show me where they refunded me the $0.75.
I have at least 17 emails where Bonanza insisted that they did not cheat me and also where they just plain lied by saying that the $0.75 was refunded in their monthly "statement" even though there is NO MONTHLY STATEMENT! They take their fee at the time of sale.
Most of my sales are/were under $15 so $0.75 is significant. I think it may be a generational thing. In my day, the customer is always right. Instead of arguing for 17 or more email threads, I would have given one of my customers the $0.75. However, what they did was give me instructions for how to leave their platform.
And, by the way, emails to Shelly Breuer, Senior Happiness Manager, were never even acknowledged!
I just opened and closed my seller account. Now I understand why they say; Bonanza is the new eBay, with a lot of buyers per seller.". Because reputable sellers not going to sell on Bonanza. At the beginning of opening my seller's account. It said free listing and 3.5% final value fees and no upfront fees. However, right before completing the booth setup. Bonanza wants 30% of your sale for advertising. $25 to 250 per month billed annually for membership in order to provide you with what you get on eBay for free. And you do not have to wait days for customer service response if you have a question or concern. I can just pick up the phone and call eBay customer service if I want too without paying for it or waiting until days later for a half $#*! answer through e-mail. If I would transfer my listing from eBay to Bonanza? I would of end up paying more than 40% of my sale to bonanza while I can get more support, advertising and a storefront from eBay for 1/3 of what Bonanza want. After reviewing the rates? I believe; Bonanza sellers are the ones who were kicked out of eBay and Amazon and there are no other options available to them. Just cannot imagine anybody would pay half of their gross sales to Bonanza unless they have too. I don't
I've just deleted 800 off my products, closed my booth and finally closed my account. Sigh of relief! I had high hopes with Bonanza to be as successful as my Etsy stores but right off the bat, they disappointed me and stressed me out. I signed up on 10 Apr for a free trial, and in their terms and conditions, it was stated clearly that i will not be charged for the first 30 days. I worked my $#*! in the next few days to list everything. Then I checked my credit card and saw that they had charged me US$290 on 10 April for the whole year membership. I emailed their support and there was no reply for 2 days. Honestly if they had replied i would have been ok and continued out after getting a refund. But getting no reply was horrible. Finally I posted on their forum and got a response that the 1 year membership comes with 1 month free which still does not explain why they went against their own T&C. They also agreed to give me a full refund which I received today and once that is done, I have also cancelled this account. I cannot imagine selling here with this mess.
