This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.

I bought a Jersey for a friend. It took a little long to arrive but it is well worth the wait. This site is simply beautiful. All the others better take note. Ill be ordering more soon.

I ordered two pair of shoes, and they came in the most awesome way. They were handmade, and are beautiful. It took them a week to make, and 4 days to ship. Great site with great products.

Ebay is better because has more traffic that is it! It's not really rocket science to figure that out

Bonanza rating website in world around 4000 basically that mean 20 times less Also it's not that popular yet but neither was ebay after first 7years first I heard about ebay was in 2002

Tried to start selling there over a week ago. I imported details for about 60 items that I produce and it will not publish them. They say they are working on a backlog when I inquire but I have gotten the same email several times. So now they have credit card info, etc. I have had only one form written email returned to me several times from the Mark D. Character. As soon as I publish this it will be followed with a response from him no doubt about how great they are with the BBB. Well, that's a lie to. I have a 100 percent seller rating on over 2000 items elsewhere. This Bonanza is trouble for sure. Good luck folks.
Edit Oh I almost forgot, they still have not closed my account after repeated requests. They actually try to get you to pay for a higher tier of service with several plans they have listed. This is a joke of a selling site for sure. My guess is that this will all come to a head very soon. Its pretty sad when the supposed ceo has to copy and past the same response all day long for all of the complaints they get, LOL

Please do some research before getting involved with bonanza.

I signed up to sell, spent hours adding items, paid $225 PLUS another $35 I was not aware of, now I can't get logged in and there is NO WAY to contact them UNLESS you are logged in. NO email address, NO phone #, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BONANZA ONLINE SELLING SITE! I have tried every link and still no response. Next emails to BBB and FCC

Is hard to understand what kind of website is Bonanza or how it is manages? Like some people already wrote their disconform about Bonanza or its retail parties, this website has very nice items or merchandises,... but I realiced that some of them are taking adventage from us selling iteam at higher price. Any way, we have the choice and if we choice to buy from them, it is not a way to make complain about. Also, How this site does not have a way to get contact we their custumers? It is really very strange and very risky for us especially when we are giving our personal information to many people or parties even we don't know how trusty really is bonanza.com. Unfortunately, this issues affect everyone, We as custumers and those retails who sell their products through this website. Please Bonanza, if you want to success into the E-commerce and being another Amazon.com... change your strategies and be a trusting site.

I first purchased a B&D Saw for delivery a couple of days later. One hour later I received an email that all orders were delayed, usually up to 3 days. I could have purchased from other suppliers with much earlier deliveries. Nothing on their webpage indicated delays in shipping. So immediately I sent back an email CANCELLING my order. That was ignored. I send other emails saying the order was cancelled. Almost immediately I saw they have taken payment from PayPal days before shipping. I wrote again... Nothing. Meanwhile because I needed the product i ordered from another supplier who did ship on time. Now I have two. DO NO BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST OF A BUSINESS. This scam company also has a NO RETURN POLICY. STAY AWAY.

This is a beautiful piece of stained glass box art. It shines light red when the sun hits it. It's so beautiful, I have it displayed with my ruby red water ford crystal.

They will look real at first after 2mo. Will deactivate call the messaged sellers and Bonanza was out money FAKE windows beware they say to much time has passed to do anything.

Fake Items DONT buy from them or you will be scamed they say time has expired to do anything that bs!

I ordered an item and it was to shipped on a Friday. Received an email stating it would go out on that Friday and tracking info. Was going to be sent. Waited until the following Tuesday and Bonanza reply was
Since you are dealing directly with the seller to direct questions directly to them. What a scam I went through Bonanza and a few days later they issued a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I BELIEVE THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT THE MONEY HAD I NOT PAID THROUGH PAYPAL.

Do not buy from this site. Many other honest sites.

I bought a "Burberry" product on line. I took it to the jeweler to get sized and found out it is COUNTERFEIT! I enquired to Bonanza and they said they try to eliminate vendors with counterfeit products but they have no way of ensuring this. HOW DO other sites ensure this I am not using them at again

There are too many misconceptions about this website. I am subscribed to the Bonanza Facebook page & occasionally skim the comments on various posts. So many times there are comments from disgruntled customers who had a negative experience & proceed to write off the entire site, except this is not a seller, rather a host site for individual sellers, this is just a selling platform like any other online venue. But a lot of people say they will never shop with Bonanza again, the comment I just read stated I will be blogging everywhere about this so basically this person is/has been smearing this entire website because of their bad experience with one seller. Another comment was Im disappointed in Bonanza I received the wrong item okay again people are not purchasing from Bonanza! I can only imagine how many people have had similar reactions to poor sellers & thusly went around disparaging this entire site. This really needs to be clarified. Word of mouth can be powerful, this may be part of why some think this is a scam site, people running around & instead of disparaging a seller they bought from, they tell everyone they know they bought something off Bonanza & it was a horrible experience! Find this very frustrating. Ive had terrible experiences on eBay but I write off the SELLER, not the entire site

Opening an account for selling on Bonanza is a waste of time. Bonanza will make false promises to get you to sign up, but none of their promises are true. First it is not free, if you want some business you will have to spend some cash, they claim they have the best customer service, I do not know who rates them but by our experience we just could communicate with a person. It is not easy to open an account and if you bought items to sell, you may as well start looking at other sites or make a garage sell because nothing will sell. I opened my account at the same time a friend of mine opened his and we ended up with the results, NO sales. Now my friend and I when we talk about Bonanza not to confuse then with our favorite TV show we call them the "NO BONANZA" NO TRAFFIC - NO SALES - NO INCOME - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not waste your time, look at other sites to sell.

I Love the batman set of rings I got. They are better than the pics. I wear them everyday. I plan on buying more from this company in the future. Easy ordering and fast shipping. A 10 in my book!

Bonanza seems to be the new-comer in the eCommerce world which is high reminiscent of eBay to the point that it makes a person wonder if there was a falling out between at eBay that resulted in a falling out and Bonanza blatantly ripping off portions of eBay's site plan, category structures, and even the API methods seems stolen.

Bonanza has very little protections in place for the Buyers and Sellers, the refund / cancellation process is horrible and cumbersome, and has to be facilitated OFF SITE. Bonanza does not allow GTC listings or ANY inventory control. Site imports for inventory adjustments take upwards of 8 hours or more!

HORRIBLE MARKETPLACE. Just DON'T!

I think this is a fraud. I purchased a hoodie (Vasty) and it was suppose to arrive around the 20th. It is now the 29th. I've used Bonanza to contact the seller 4 time. I've yous Bonanza's site to 'ask a question', and replied to 'contact us'. You took my money and I've received nothing and now I can't get anyone to help me. There are no phone numbers and the seller is out of the country. What a scam!!!!

NOT SURE HOW THIS PLACE OPERATES & HOW THEY ALLOW CLIENTS TO OPERATE UNDER THEIR NAME, I ORDERED SOME FLEA MEDICINE FOR MY CAT
& WAS RIPPOFF BY THE SELLER, I CONTACTED BONANZA THINKING THEY WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE ONLY TO GET ZERO REPLIES ABOUT MY PROBLEM STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

I received a tshirt which was too small asked them for a refund they said I could keep the top out of goodwill and if I send them the size I want they would send me another one 4 emails later and messages not responding to them si I've got a top that's too small and no refund thanks for nothing

BONNAZA is a joke opened store $ 40 a month, after a few days some moron from bonanza emailed me they did not allow to sell FRANKLIN MINT items and blocked all my items. I lost 8 days to post all my items 180 of them
People do not waste YOUR time on idiots, now I have to write an email to close my account, witch they have to accept.
If I was smarter first i will read all post regarding BONANZA

I went thru the entire process to open up a booth, "FREE TO SELL", up until the last page, after they have my eBay user and pass, my credit card number, my phone number, everything, THEN they tell you that you need to PAY to have a booth (basically an eBay store).
WHAT A SCAM, at least Ebay lets you know up front that they will be bending you over. I can't wait for their copy and paste response to me... which proves they could care less than even eBay does, which is truly sad.

I ordered a wig for a costume that my son needed. It never showed up. Bonanza gave me the run around and refers me. Back to the seller who will not respond. I have called an attorney and WILL PURSUE A LAW SUIT! Unfortunately with family in the business of law BONANZA AND OR THE SELLER WILL BE PAYING!

They have NO customer service phone number and will not give you one even if you ask a 100 times. I would not buy here, they have no seller or buyer protection at all. I have had my items posted there since the beginning of November 2014 and as of Feb 2015, have had 4 items sell. On Ebay it is hundreds. My Etsy is picking up rapidly and I will be analyzing that still for cost effectiveness, but it is picking up. I hesitate to keep my items on Bonanza at all as there are so many problems with it. For now, I have it sink from Ebay, I check it basically for stupid errors and check for sales. Which takes almost NO time at all as they never have sales. I am on the fence to even leave it up there, it is so deep with scams. I have about 10.00 in my account there. I am requesting it. If I get my 10.00, I want to shut it down and go. Ebay is a publicly traded company. Etsy is rumored to be going public. They are HUGE compared to Bonanza which is one guy extracting money from his home business. When people reply to negative feedback on Bonanza as someone employed or owning Ebay or Etsy, you have NO understanding of the companies at all. Large companies NEVER direct employees to put out swear words and bad reviews on their competitors. In fact they would fire you for it. Fast. Bonanza? You have a decision maker defending himself. He replies, that Bonanza ONLY replies to complaints filed through the Better Business Bureau. Are you high? You ONLY reply to customer complaints that file with an outside agency? WOW Stay AWAY, I want my shipping deposit back and I want out. Waste of time.

I recently joined Bonanza and they have some great tools for setting up shop. I worked very hard at setting up my shop and learning the Bonanza environment. The problem is they have over 50% of my shop listings on some kind of hold. I cannot change the status for these items to "For Sale". I have sent sever requests for assistance to support but all I get is canned responses, but no support. Three days later I still don't have over 50% of my shop listings with a status of "For Sale". Their support is non existent and their canned responses are rude while attempting to be cute. If I don't get some support I will close shop and move to another selling site. Which is what it seems like they want me to do for some reason. Whoever Mark D. Is says on some other reviews here that he will attempt to help but don't fall for it. He is the one that the cutesy email canned responses keep coming from. I am completely dissatisfied with their support channel. Well I guess that can't be true since they don't even have one. If everything works for you on Bonanza you might have a good experience but for God's sake don't ask for support.

Tip for consumers:
If you need a site with a support mechanism go somewhere other than Bonanza. My views on the site are now going down and the 50% of my shop they are holding in some limbo is not even available for sale.
