This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
They are connected with Freddy Johns. There a scam. Take your money. Make a pay pal account in your name and u never get the items or bake to track it. Thank God pay pal gave me my money back. Beware people. I went to amazon and ended up with there site
EBay needs some competition and Bonanza is a good place to start. I have had free account with Bonanza for years and occasionally selling items. I love the layout and easy of uploading my postings from eBay too. I recommend it especially when you can us the site free.
I purchased from 3 sellers, with no order confirmation, no history of my purchase in site. I reached out to customer service with PayPal receipts, got no help. Just a well sorry we can't help.you. I ultimately went through PayPal to get refunds. Will NEVER use this site again.

I ordered a dress for my Granddaughter on 10/01. Received confirmation that it would be mailed on 10/03. Today is 10/22 and still no dress. Talked to a rep in Seattle and was told that it was mailed on 10/18. Got an email today that it could be another 2 weeks! The rep in Seattle could not even get expedited shipping! Complete waste of time! One star is way too much. Ineffective and useless! The worst online shopping experience!
I had looked locally and online for soft, kid leather Mary Jane crib shoes for my twin grand babies. The closest to what I wanted was $146.00! I was thrilled to find the shoes on the Bonanza site for $14.00 each. After I received only one pair, I contacted customer service who apologized immediately and got another pair to me before we left for the wedding I had ordered them for. Will shop there again!
I sold on B during the early days when the forums were active and busy and had quite a bit of success. After they shut down the forums though, my sales dropped off and the site seemed to become a bit harder to navigate. I disagree with the reviewers here who call it a scam site since I did have overall success there, but in the end the amount of effort wasn't worth the income.
I purchased an Air purifier from a seller on Bonanza. The seller had one item sold, but had over 70 individual ratings, and most ratings are very good. Because the overall rating was high, so I bought the purifier. After that, I contacted seller in the following two days in a row about when the item could be shipped, and I never received a response. I decided to file a claim from paypal, because I paid it via paypal. A week after my purchase, the seller tried to contacted me, also shipped the item before I had a chance to catch the email message.
The question is: how could Bonanza let over 70 individuals provide high ratings for this seller while there seems only one item sold by the seller, which was a foldable tent?
I have sold on bonanza for three years, then today my booth was shut down for no reason. I did not get one email warning me, or even telling me I did anything wrong. Could not log in to even answer buyers questions. Leaves the buyers with no way to contact the seller, I emailed and got a canned response that said I had violated the user agreement, but did not say how, so I emailed and asked how. I got the same response back, the exact canned email that I got before. No customer service at all, this place makes ebay look great!

I ordered an $18 item through Bonanza. My card was charged but no merchandise was ever received. I received a confirmation e-mail but never got a tracking number. After 2 weeks the I sent an e-mail and called the seller, no response. I then contacted Bonanza and after 3 days of e-mails going back and forth they basically told me to go dispute this on my own.
Some customer service! I use their site to purchase an item from their listed customer and when the product isn't delivered they tell me to handle it myself. Great business model.
I purchased an item from a seller "Fancy That" who could not have been more helpful in seeing to it that I got exactly what I wanted. Nice to know there are still people out there who still care about quality service.
I purchased a DVD concert at the end of September. I got a magazine ‼ I texted back and forth with Brandon and Shelly rep's from Bonanza. They were clueless about how to fix the problem. Shelly keep sending me messages saying she doesn't know how to send me a picture of the magazine ‼ I texted her I have magazine ‼ why would I need a picture. At this point I decided to take the Lost.( Buyer BEWARE HERE)

Bonanza is a little bit like etsy ebay and amazon and the best part is buying really nice often hand crafted products that you can't find anywhere else. I like shopping here more than on ebay because it is often from the same sellers as ebay but all of the crap is weeded out. Only higher end products that I want are sold here.
Misleading company that once you question their practices, they block you and your account. Their immediate response is that you are rude and too demanding of a customer for them to even try to deal with. Notice that there are twice as many negative reviews as positive ones, should speak volumes to future customers.
I purchased an item in bonanza and it has been 4 days now and still no update. I sent 2 messages to the seller and 1 to bonanza.com, and I have not gotten a response. Should I be doing something more aggressive now? I paid through Paypal so I know they'll return my money.

Buyer Beware... Purchase from vendors on the Bonanza website at your own risk. I purchased an item from one of the vendors; received it and it was not as advertised. The vendor was completely unscrupulous and there is NO support from Bonanza; there is a number for them that I found when I did a search... it goes directly to voice mail and they never responded to my message PERIOD... I will avoid Bonanza like the plague from this point forward.

I was able to purchase an edible image for my daughter's Sweet 16 that was just like a store bought cake image. The seller was amazing and my whole experience on Bonanza.com was above and beyond my expectations! I think they are better than all other competitors and I've shopped with them all. I'm now sticking with Bonanza.com only!
Gosh very stupid and unprofessional site just missed one payment of $3 I Mean $3 and they just blocked my whole account with any intimation of any kind. Contacted the customer to resolve the issue but no use just no way to get things going I mean zero tolerance attitude for an online shopping site not happy worst policy..

I am new to this site, EBay was my preference and so far still might be as I can find my way good on eBay, it was just things got spoiled on eBay by the fees being to high, I am now on bonanza also ' still on eBay too' but I can't get my second item in the selling section, I feel a bit lost and wish it would guide me through, but I don't even see prompts or someone to chat to... however i will persevere, personally I think it this site is going to be mega... if I could only get my items listed. :)

This is one of the most user-unfriendly sites I have ever seen. Wasted two lunch breaks at work trying to get an item up for sale. Had to give up. I don't have time for this crap. Very disappointed. Not a viable alternative to eBay.

Price was very good for me. This is my first shark sweeper an what a good job it is doing.

From day one nothing I have done with Bonanza has been easy. They have an import feature to import your listings from Amazon or eBay. This feature works but takes about a week to export and it never ever gets everything. And don't get me started on there customer service. There is no phone number to call. They have a form you fill out with a question or issue and at they say they will answer you within 24 hours and it it usually much longer than that. They do have a call and a chat feature but you have to pay to use it. Maybe this is great from a buyers viewpoint but its terrible for a seller!
They have more resources an ideas than the competition. Very glad I found this site! My favorite thing about this site is is the traffic packages that involves advertising on Google and different search engines. Also I like sending out campaigns to boost sales. Their one on one customer support is A+. If you send an email to support you get an answer that day. I definitely recommend this site.
Bought an item from the Christmas Light Show in Kensington TN who is a vendor for Bonanza. The item didn't work. Bonanza customer service did nothing to help. Had to file a grievance with PayPal to get my refund. I am still waiting for the owner Darryl to refund my return fee of $37.00. A man who doesn't keep to his written word is not trustworthy enough to purchase from.
I've been on Bonanza for 5 years now and I have not sold a single item. Some may chalk it up to bad luck, but I am a top rated seller on another site. There is simply no action here. Have you read any of the so called success stories on Bonanza? If you read one of them be sure to check the feedback of the person writing the story. I have not seen one of these stories where the person sold more than a few items on this site, and it took years to do it. That doesn't sound like success to me.
This website and company have horrible customer service. There are no communication channels that lead to Bonanza. I have never been more frustrated ordering anything from anybody. Never again Bonanzayou created a system where you just collect money and everyone else is to blame for bad transactions. Shameful.
