This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
As a seller, Bonanza is a very bad site to sell your items through. Even with turbo traffic you sell nothing and no progress, it is as they take your money and do nothing. I make efforts to sell but for nothing, one or two items sold in a year. What king of advertising and online marketing Bonanza do? I don't recommend this site at all

They allow pos sellers on their site who don't follow up with emails and they don't send out the product. I waited over a week for the paypal to be accepted and it wasn't, so I cancelled. This is low level stuff. Id stay away from this site.

Beware of buying anything through Bonanza from Deal Brands. I spent endless time trying to get my money back after I returned a pair of sandals. Deal Brands simply would not respond to e-mails or issue a credit. Finally PayPal had to intervene and get me a refund.

The Worst place to sell
I joined Bonanza because EBay's fees are too high, But being on bonanza for only 5 months I have only sold one item worth $9.98; But... have paid $340 in fees including the $25.00 a month for the booth. Not too mentioned when i was printing the shipping label I was charge $0.90.If you are a small business trying to sell your goods, I personally, am very disappointed with Bonanza. I was checking Weebly you pay $300.00 a year and you do not have to pay anyone else... this is your own business managed by yourself. Or you can check Buejay

Horrible experience. Ordered kids rollercoaster 12/1 today is 12/24 and still waiting. Sent seller several texts with no reply. All items I ordered from Amazon and walmart after 12/1 have already arrived. Yet I'm still waiting for bonanza and the seller has yet to respond!

I had a terrible experience! I bought a golf bag, never got shipping updates and then they told me my bag was damaged. However, more were coming in and I could buy the same Bridgestone bag for over $100 more. What a SCAM! In addition, Bonanza has no customer service phone number. I wonder why? Stay away!

I was looking for a set of counter stools. Found them on this site for a great price! Was a little unsure about purchasing from them as I have never heard of them but did it anyway using PayPal. Before I knew it, the stools arrived in perfect condition in no time at all. Awesome!

I have gotten a "fantastic" watch from Bonanza.com! Their assortment of watches is "mind-boggling". They had the lowest price I have seen with this particular watch, and also it came with all the tags, cases and boxes. (Some sellers charge an extra fee for the boxes and cases- a rip off as far as I am concerned.) All watch collectors must visit this site. You will be glad you did. Thanks Bonanza! Jim Fernald

After months of researching online venues for selling my items I came to the decision to open a booth with Bonanza. I like the fact that they are a venue with sellers who help each other. If you have a question or problem you can ask the community and everyone helps. I also enjoy the fact that as a buyer, and I am both, you can find the eclectic and unique here. The platform is easy to use and it is a snap to open your store and add items. You also have many choices of graphics to personalize your booth. What I like most is that I know if I need help with something I have it here. I like the personal touch of the entire venue. I would never go sell on any other platform. I recently bought a store promotion package *******@rodentsplace the other day. An hour later my items were promoted on several different social media platforms by this seller. She is a hard worker and promotes as if the items were her own, Her service is efficient, professional and second to none.

Review the entire site and then open your booth, add your items and start spreading the news that you have an online store. The site is very user friendly. You'll love it.

My first experience with Bonanza has not been good. Made my purchase, then got a confirmation of shipping the same day I made the purchase, I thought OK this seems good.
The next day I checked the tracking number and USPS said it wasn't legit... that; s when I started worrying. Days later, no merchandise so I e-mail the seller and get a robot response stating the product would arrive in 2-3 days, no tracking number given, no response to e-mails requesting one.
Forget any help from Bonanza, all you get is robot responses and leave a message if you call. I just put the charge in dispute with my Credit card company and will chalk this up to experience. Bonanza sucks.
Update, I finally received the merchandise which is Windows 7 on DVD. After getting the disc I called Microsoft to make sure it's legit and found that is was a valid key. I still will not ever do business with Bonanza again.

Of having listings i made 1 sale but I instantly refunded them because bonanza failed to keep my listings updated with ebay as promised.
I request a cancellation of the fees within 10 minutes of the sale/refund.
A day later they come back to be saying they have accepted my request. I think great and then i see that they took $50 from my bank account and gave me $50 credit that can only be used to pay seller fees. Seriously they should have just evened out the charge. I did not authorization the withdrawal and i cannot find anything in their t&c about charging my bank card, needless to say I have opened up a dispute with my bank and took my booth down.
There is absolutely noway to remove my bank card info from their website either.
P. S i thought it was cheaper than ebay but in actual fact they charged me more than ebay would have.

I purchased a used Rainbow vacuum cleaner and the product came poorly packed. (vendor used home insulation to pack item) and when the items arrived the water container was broken. I tried contacting vendor and Bonanza and haven't had any luck in contacting either party. I gave them all a bad review and wont' use them again.

As a casual seller, I sell 4-5 items a month on Bonanza. I also purchase about that many as well. Never had any problems as a seller or as a buyer. The importers made it easy to bring my items over. Also a big fan of the risk-free advertising options. Been on Bonanza for over a year now and will definitely keep using it. Would recommend to all!

My account was terminated a while back for some nonsense reasons, All you get when you ask for an answer is a robot reply. NO FURTHER reasons as to why. The funny thing is that when you find another seller according to them violating listing policies and you report them, Bonanza just ignores them. When you ask why, you get the run around. I hope all people on this board would get together and do something about this market places, who place listing rules and overlook stores violating the very same rules they have put i place, just to make a few bucks of the sellers.

What can I say about this company. Great customer service. I ordered a Penn State Jersey and when I ordered it, Irma hit Florida. The customer was forthcoming in letting me know my package would be delayed. As soon as it was able to ship I received notification. Top Notch customer service and I was very pleased with the shirt I received. Would Highly recommend. Keep up the great service.

When I had an issue with a seller, this company washed their hands of the process and told me to dispute it with my credit card company. I believe there is an obligation when a company acts as an agent in a sale. They get paid, therefore they have a stake in the game, I will stay away from this company and let everyone I know to do the same.

My accounts was shutdown for negative feedback. The issue with bonanza is that you can't remove negative feedback if the issue is resolved and most people don't leave feedback anyways. Only mostly those that have a bad experience because most buyers are 1 time buyers in my experience and i had over 370 sales.
Basically i was shutdown due to having negative feedback mostly due to out of stock items where i sent a refund and this was stated in the terms that it may happen to be out of stock. I am extremely disappointed i thought bonanza was different but they really never replied to my questions i just got a generic message to move! On.

Disappointed. My son placed an order back in Nov for an Abby Wombach jersey using my husbands debit card. The money was taken out our account on Dec 11 but as of Feb 11 we still have not received a jersey. We did receive a message that we may never receive & that we need to contact paypal. My son didn't have an account & checked out as a guest so we don't know how to file this paypal since there is not an account on this transaction. I have told him to go back to his transaction & contact paypal. Hopefully once he contacts they can help with this. Will never order anything from Bonanza again. We should not have to go through this in order to receive goods especially when the money was taken out of my account 2 months ago. By the way Mark D. Don't bother answering if you are just going to send the same garbage posted under all the other reviews. Only answer if you can help.
