This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.

I purchase a item on bonanza,
Two hours later I receive a notice that the seller was not longer a member but they did take my money. I try to recollect my money from bonanza but they denied long story short is a complete b?$sh$?
Please spread the word...

Very poor customer support. I am new seller on Bonanza, I tried to reach them so many times during the past 3 days but no one is getting back to me. It is very hard to sell on a website where there is no customer support available to help.

I purchased what I thought was a case of something but was 1 can,(my fault for thinking it was legitimate.) Apparently it said one can but I was in disbelief that that price was not for a case of 12. Returned for a refund and it still cost me $20 for shipping both ways. For something that is less than $3 in the grocery store! Seller sold under the pretense that it was discontinued and valuable. I ended up getting 2 cases from Wal Mart! Each case was less than the 1 can I purchased. Will never purchase from here again.

NeoTech air ionizers are hard to find items but Bonanza had them. Excellent product and excellent site. If you look at what is available on Bonanza.com, you'll probably find something you have been looking for.

This was my first purchase from this site and I was quite pleased. The shoes arrived quickly and they were exactly as pictured. They are gorgeous and I cant believe that I got such a good deal on them.

Don't waste your time is right. I was a seller on Bonanzle / Bonanza - mostly Bonanza folks sell to each other! Via forum games and other nonsensical methods. Difficult to use, unstable platform, "programmers" don't have a clue how to fix what they break. NO BACKUP... only "hot fixes" for patching what should have worked properly in the first place. This site is a joke. If you are a serious seller... sorry but Feebay and Amazon are the only legit methods to make a living / actual $$ selling your items. To counter the fees, you have to take them into consideration in your pricing and shipping etc.
Bonanza management is immature and unreasonable.

I order a dress. I was sent a tracking number as to how it was delivered to my mailbox, but nothing. They will not respond and I don't even think that the tracking number is real. I am checking to make sure it is not a fake site for the post office. Federal offense if this is true. Bad form for everything else

Don't due it I will contact the BBB with an updated status and will file with a lawyer soon

I was having problems with Bonanza changing my Item Prices from American to Canadian Dollar prices.
Also too many Hoops to jump through in setting up " Booth ". I don't have TEXTING and they demand I verify my phone number by TEXT Messaging! They can go to hell!

Beware of seller Chandiagomart!

Bonanza's platform encourages criminal activity.

Seller "Chandiagomart" offers expensive electronic products at half the going rate.

I purchased a Beelink GTR6 mini pc and two days later got given a tracking number that didn't work. It's 5 days in and it still doesn't work. The seller is giving a nonsense story about "postal service issues". They also refuse to provide proof of postage.

The seller is a scammer who PRETENDS to stock and post items. They make up a false tracking number and blame the Malaysian postal service when it doesn't work.

They force the buyer to lodge a claim with PayPal and I suspect that they keep their initial sales money.

Whether I will get my money back is uncertain at this stage.

I may contact a solicitor in Malaysia to send the seller a letter of demand as I have their business registration number.

Suffice to say do not use Bonanza! It is very lax and encourages criminals to operate with total impunity!

This site really couldn't get worse than already is lol the site definitely upped the prices since Last ordered from. Crazy-expensive for the same exact quality you can get elsewhere with taxes and shipping it wouldn't be smart to shop here if you care about savings that is. Ridiculous

I sell CD's on both Ebay and Bonanza and most of my business has been on Ebay, however a couple of times a month I have sold on Bonanza. I have it set up that if you want to buy from me I have to approve the order. That is good for both the buyer and the seller. One you know that the seller has seen the order and two I respond to you within 6 hours. I have not had any problems with my buyers and so far they haven't had any with me. If a seller wants to be successful in on line sales they need to communicate with their buyer.

Check out the sellers feedback, send them an email first. Give Bonanza a chance. Ebay too has their problems, it is just too big.

Paid a seller 75 dollars for two items and never received them. Seller sent a fake tracking number that was months old and tried to pass it off as my order. It wasn't even shipped to my area! The seller proceeded to delete both their bonanza store and their PayPal account as soon as they got the money. Stay away!

I purchased some Microsoft word software and was finally (after several attempts) received a product key. The key would not work. I even contacted Microsoft tech support and they could not download the product. My interface with the seller left a lot to be desired. Every link they sent would not work. They kept asking for things I could not provide. They offered a refund but asked for an email from paypal. I did not receive an email from paypal - so I guess they will keep my funds. This was a small purchase but I don't like giving my money away - even though small in amount. Stay away from this site and these sellers.

Please note this shuold have been rated no stars. I purchased some coins from a seller for $625. When I received the package, the box contained metal washers and no coins. Why did the seller even bother sending me washers at all? Beware of buying from Bonanza.

We weren't familiar with Bonanza and were a little big nervous making our first purchase, but it was great. Fantastic communication from the owner (OrlandoGardenSupply), fast shipping and completely pleased with the product. We won't hesitate to return and try out other sellers there.

Made a purchase from Araska Diamond via Bonanza.com and never received it.
After several attempts to contact Bonanza they finally responded over two weeks later only to tell me that basically they weren't responsible nor could they do anything to help me.
Very frustrating and a tremendous loss of valuable time and money.
There are many reputable sites out there and it's really sad that scum like Bonanza is allowed to operate the way they do.

I ordered Samsung tablet S2 8 inch at the Bonanza web site. The order was supposed to be shipped in about 2-3 days. After two and a half weeks of delay tactics the order was paid for, but not shipped. I gave up on it and canceled the order and they refunded the money. Customer Service phone number is not available and you have to ask for it by filling a form on the site.

I purchased software from Bonanza.com and never got it. Bonanza customer service didn't do a thing to help get my software. They won't even respond to my emails or calls. It is like they don' t even exist and they don't care. Stay away from Bonanza!

Not only does this online company allow fraudulaunt sellers but they refuse to help in any way to resolve the issues. I lost almost 200 dollars fir orders. They suspended the seller for fraud and never even bothered to notify me of anything. Ehen checking on my orders Bonanza kept telling me to wait for specific dates knowing that i was never going to receive the items. What a horrible company. If you ask me Bonanza is the fraudulaunt party.

People talk about Bonanza but there is always two sides to every story or review told. From my standpoint i just started using this site. I find it easier than Ebay to use. It is user friendly and much easier and cost effective compared to Ebay. I have not bought anything from the site yet or have not sold an item yet, but I tend to say this is a great site. I note that it is more difficult to get exposure on the site but other than it I give it 5 stars

Scammer paradise. Went here for a windows key & did not receive it. I messaged a few other 'sellers' and after 2 wks they haven't even replied. I went straight to paypal to try to get my money back. I doubt I will but I'm not going through Bonanza's CS that's for sure. Only shop here if you wish to get scammed like the rest of us.

While searching online for replacement bulbs for my RV I came across the bonanza.com website. I found exactly what I needed quickly at a fantastic price.
Placing my order was quick and easy and I received my order fast as well.
If I hadn't found the Bonanza site, I would have paid a lot more for the bulbs I needed.
I'm glad that Bonanza.com has so many great merchants to get what I need. They're my new go to for online shopping.

I sold a item at Bonanza. My account shows customer paid so I shipped to customer.
I haven't received any funds so I contact to Seller support. They told me this was computer error so contact to buyer to pay. Of course, buyer got so mad and doesn't want to pay me. As matter of fact, This is not my mistake at all, Bonanza platform's error. They don't want to do anything for me. Bonanza is terrible! I think scam site. Please people don't use this site. Wast your money and time for sure!

I bought an item and the guy I bought it from removed himself the seller list. He said the item could take five weeks to arrive so I was patient and didn't try to contact him. What happened? Why are we able to be stolen from so easily?

I ordered an item for my daughter's birthday and received a message from the seller that the never received an invoice showing I paid for the item and that they would have to charge me an additional $8.50 for shipping. I emailed the seller back with the invoice # and amount I paid. I never heard back from them. I emailed Bonanza customer service asking for a refund, who directed me to a PayPal site to make a complaint to start the refund process. You can't get on the site! In other words, they stole my money. Do not order from this site! Absolutely awful! It's a scam in my opinion! Not even 1 star.
