This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
Eventually these people that run this site will take everybodys money... divey it up and disappear... slightly deranged libs that once the law catches on to them... they will all run in different directions... not a good idea to do biz anywhere in washington state any more... all mobbed up now

I am a seller and buyer of collectibles. I find Bonanza to be a great site both for ease o use and personalized customer service. I sell on a number of ecommerce sites and Bonanza is one of the best with good customers and not as many problems as some of the larger sites..

If they don't allow exchange on sale items, atleast they should send what we hv ordered.!

I recently P urchased a service manual cd from Zenonm booth for a Suzuki outboard. It was coming from Canada, but it took 2 weeks to get to me (about 250 miles). When the cd arrived is was obviously a scam as the cd was an old cd, it was cracked, and it had nothing recorded on it. When using the site you are forced to use PayPal which should have a red flag. Evidently Bonanza doesn't much care if their vendors are scammers or not.
I'll wait to see how bonanza responds, but I have no recourse thru PayPal, and I'm not expecting much help from Bonanza.

Bought few items, took payment, then wasn't shipped so emailed them and they said contact seller whom said they closed up months ago but bonaza would not close their store. So they said issued a refund back cause like said they did not use site anymore. But instead getting a refund notice I got another charge like the first.so either they're scamming people or taking the refunds!

Horrible place if its even real and full of other 3 rd party scammers 62$ between 2 places and it was them a place on their site do nit use be ware

No I do not like Bonanza, Try hiring a real person for your customer service dept, oh wait, you don't have one! I am trying to move over 173 listings from ebay and your site says it has them?but where are they? Only emails that go unanswered for 2 to 3 days is what you offer...really? You have the worst ratings for customer service! It shows what is the most important to you and it is not the customer!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing from this website. I placed an order with a seller and two weeks later I have still yet to receive my items. I emailed the seller numerous times and finally received a one word answer three days after my item was supposed have been at my home. The website itself gives its sellers 14 days to ship an item (who needs that much time to get their butt to the post office?!). That is insane! I will never use this website again and will definitely tell everoyone I know to never waste their time and money on them. I only give them a one because I have to give a rating. My honest rating would be somewhere in the -100's.

I ordered two designed decals from bonanza and was well satisfied with the product. It was easy to install and made of good material. I was highly satisfied and would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for great prizes and great quality products.

I thought I would save money using this site, but what a mistake. The seller never existed, no reply after accepting funds, or reply to Paypal refund. I received a refund from Paypal, but recommend not having to go through the hassle. Major FRAUD site.

I would not recommend buying from Bonanza. A seller shipped an item I ordered to the (completely) wrong address and would not resolve the issue. Customer support was virtually useless. They eventually told me to get my money back through PayPal, which I had already done by then. Thank goodness for PayPal. Also note that sellers can "import" reviews from other platforms. The seller supposedly had 800 5-star reviews but they were not through Bonanza and it was unclear where these were imported from or if/how Bonanza verifies these ratings for authenticity. Definitely DO NOT BUY from the seller: bonzuser_Abby. The whole experience felt scammy, and I have deleted my account there.

Don't use the site. Check if reviews are authentic and from other buyers who actually purchased through Bonanza.

If I had the option I would choose no stars. This site is the worst. I was ripped off by 3 different "booths"/people. I cringe at the thought that they have my information, as I believe this is the only reason this site exists. I ordered from 5 people and only received items from 2. I am out over a hundred bucks. Odered a mowing deck belt for my rider mower. Past due on delivery and still waiting. Bonanza doesn't take responsibilty and blames the Seller. First time user of Bonanza and last time user too! I can't even get seller to tell me when my order will arrive or where it's at. Took my money immediately but have no idea where my belt is. Had to pay my neighbor $20 to mow my yard. So the belt so far has cost me an additional $20! Thanks Bonanza!

I used bonanza for the first time to order a few products. Never going to use this site again. The seller * took my money very quickly and never sent the products. Then a week later cancelled my order with absolutely no explanation or communication from the seller * despite numerous attempts on my part to solicit a response. Seller * never answered. Took a long time to get a refund which I got only because I paid using PayPal!

These people have a service I have searched for in one place for a long time. As a small Manufacturer of Electronic Equip. I have needs that are small in size but large in variety. I ordered some simple products from a seller listed on Bonanza. After a week and two emails, no information from seller, no shipment yet, no support from Bonanza.
Unlike Amazon, or ebay, Bonanza states (in fine print) that they are NOT responsible for making the seller fill the order.
After getting no response from seller after 2 attempts, and then no answer from Bonanza after 10 days of no shipment info, I believe them- no one is responsible.

Remember, if you shop with them you are on your own with the seller.

I received my dress and was extremely impressed with the quality of it. I got this dress to wear for my granddaughter's wedding and it is gorgeous. Everyone who has seen it loves it. I am loosing weight and wanted the dress made so that it could be easily adjusted to accommodate the weight loss. They had no problem honoring my request in a timely manner. If I have another event anytime soon I will order from Sarahdress. I highly recommend this company.

Never used this site before. Placed an order and was told the seller would send me an invoice in 1-2 days. 5 days later, nothing has happened. I messaged the seller, no response, messaged bonanza, no response. Logged in to my bonanza account only to see the seller had cancelled my order without any explanation. I scoured the internet looking for a leopard/cheetah print fleece blanket jacket. My sister has one but it was given to her as a gift. I found a similar one on Amazon but it was unavailable and there was no date as to when it would be coming back. Well, I found it on Bonanza, through a seller, GoSherryGo, and had such a great experience. The transaction was smooth and the communication with the seller was super easy. My purchase came with bonus matching pair of super soft socks! I found this website to be very similar to Ebay because they sell all kinds of stuff!
