This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
Looked over the site. The format is similar to eBay. The seller here has less financial obligations, good for the consumer. Face it, merchandise here is also found on eBay. Bonanza not your bag, stick with eBay.

Bonanza has terrible customer serive. They dont have a phone number to contact anyone and there email customer support is the pits, sometime they take 3 days to get back to you.
Beware of there subcription service. They automatically charge your card or bank every year with out
Notifying you. Which is against the law according to the Federal Trading commission.
I will never sell there again or buy there either. There the worst.

BEWARE OF BONANZA1111 They will shut your store down after years even months of hard work, they will shut it down for no reason. I was with Bonanza for 4 years. I didn't sell much although that's not the issue. Recently a bunch of us have been getting indefinitely suspended. They don't tell you the real reason why they make up bogus stuff. They don't give you a warning and they close up your shop and you lose all your listing. Gone in a flash. What happens is you try to sign in and you get an error message this is what it reads:
Whoops. There was an error.
Login failed. Account error code #167
So 4 years of being a faithful Bonanza seller with a 100% feedback rating, regarded as a positive active good member for 4 years and they indefinitely suspend me for no real reason. Just closed up my shop and have closed up a ton of other peoples shops as well. Rumor has it they are going down the drain and taking the good sellers with them.

Order an item a month ago. Never recieved item or shipping info, but the money was withdrawn from my account. Contacted seller who claims Bonanza never told her about the order, asked if I wanted to item or a refund, I said either... never heard from her again. Contacted Bonanza, never once heard from them. IRATE at this point. Not sure how to go about getting my money back considering the company can't even return an email... an email I was prompted to send (and received a generic email in return saying they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours... that was over a week ago... such bull$#*!.) Legal action is next!
Oh, and Bonanza bot... if you reply that "Bonanza has been rated an A for customer service..." seriously, stfu. Want an A from me? Return my emails and my money!

I made a purchase on Bonanza.com. I had questions and a Bonanza agent quickly responded and then guided me in the right direction to speak with the Vendor. The communication continued in order to keep me updated. The customer service is excellent and I will make future purchase via the Bonanza site.

I placed an order for a photo of President Trump.
I was notified the package was shipped.
The photo went to washington state instead of Ohio. Apparently the tracking number they gave was not correct. I tried to contact customer service and when I went to send the email to *******@bonanza.com, my email notified me that this was not a proper email address.
I am concerned that I just got ripped off.

I purchased software for two computers and had trouble loading it. To my surprise they responded quickly and were super helpful. They stayed in email communication with me until I was successful. Even at 2am. I was very happy with the outcome. And surprised they were there to help! Highly recommend.

On December 29,2015 ordered an item and never received it. Contacted the seller 2 times and no answer. Contacted Bonanza, still waiting for a reply. Now I am going to contact Paypal. I will tell everyone NOT to shop Bonanza.
End of January, PayPal recovered my money - as of yesterday 2/7/2016 Bonanza is sending emails trying to take credit for recovering the money. AND by the way, BBB does not help you at all. I also think that MARK D is not real!

I used Bonanza for the first time last week. Didnt really know too much about the site but after reading various reviews about the way they work to protect both customers and sellers, I decided to give them a go. I ordered the new Iceland 2018 shirt and I can only give positive reviews of the way the site operates and also for the seller. Loved it, shirt is brilliant, seller so helpful and I will definitely be using again.

I order from Bonanza with a leap of faith never hearing of them before. The vendor I ordered from came through with flying colors. I received my merchandise within the time line they predicted. And the quality of the merchandise I bought was up to my expectations. The items I ordered were of store quality and not some cheap knock off representation of the real thing. It's in my opinion that the items I purchased are the real deal. They are probably from the original manufacturer is what I am trying to say. If you purchase from my vendor on Bonanza then you can buy with confidence that you are making a great puchase and your money will be well spent.

I know this sounds stupid but nobody buys noodles hoping for confetti! Ordered 6 boxes of pappardelle noodles (which I cannot buy in my locale) and they came almost pulverized which negates the entire purpose of purchasing them! Not sure if they were shipped that way, or if they were in the UPS plane crash in WV (not actually possible) but they are virtually useless. My other two purchases from Bonanza were fine.

I ordered Revlon DNA makeup from Bonanza primarily because they were advertising the exact color which I use and find it extremely difficult to acquire. Bonanza was prompt with the delivery and the product was wrapped securely. The product was easy to purchase online with no problems evolving - it was a smooth process.

I ordered from one of their sellers and only had his email. I called bonanza to get more information on the seller because I sent him several emails and nothing. The seller is Wylde, Inc. and still no response from either. I think they ate one and the same the way this is looking. I've lost $27 alreafy, no way to recover if you can't get a hold of a person. WARNING Never purchase anything without actually contacting the seller first. It's a bad sign when you hear nothing back from a seller.
I think this is another scam personally.

We ordered through this site and the merchant was someone called Whespers. Then, two days later, BonanzaMatthew sends an e-mail saying Whespers is no longer associated with them and to file a claim with whatever vehicle you used to pay for the non-existent ordered item. Really. How convenient for Bonanza after the fact to disclaim any responsibility. This place is a Rip Off. Stay with a reputable merchant like Amazon.

I spent months setting up my inventory and designing my account. I began selling and checked my account when I was travelling outside the US at one point. Immediate and total suspension without even talking to me or warning. No refund of any money I invested. No apology or concern even after I explained that I was travelling. They are despicable. The worst of the worst.

My first and only experience with Bonanza was after being harassed and verbally attacked over a rightfully negative review of a seller. After being harassed for several days by the seller IEWarehouse I contacted Bonanza to hopefully put it into it. I waited several days to hear back from Bonanza only to tell me there is nothing they can do about the harassment. This is how they treat their buyers. I prefer to stick with shopping at Etsy.

I Purchased a Mask for halloween for my son. I got confirmation from them that my mask on its way. I waited and waited and it never I arrived. I sent them an email and they responded that i may take about 14 days witch made no sense when i got a confirmation that it was on its way. The said i could write a dispute and I did. Then I got an email letting me know that they had decided to not give me a refund. If I would of read the reviews before hand I would of never purchased from there website. After reading the amount of people that never received there item just made me double think on ever ordering online again.

I was a seller on the site from almost the day they went live on the internet. At first they were a GREAT site. Cared for their sellers and pretty easy to use. The site started changing about the same time they changed their name from Bonanzle to Bonanza. Sellers in this review that are new to the site are the "new cheerleaders" and don't have a bit of brains in their heads since they seem to all be wearing rose colored glasses. The site is turning into nothing but a referral site for Amazon and EBay. You all may THINK it's a great site, but soon you'll be the victim of the inept programmers and then start losing sales to the links they have in all your ads taking customers to Amazon or EBay to buy instead of buying from you. I think you'll be changing your mind very quickly about what a "great" site it is to sell on

I thought I was purchasing something but come to find out they did not sent me a email or confirmation number. Upon Calling my Credit Card Company they tired to charge me money everytime under another different company. Do not fall for this I should have know when they said I had a Samsung S23 Ultra just paid Shipping of 1.95. Do not fall for this I should have know better I wish they could shut these companies down. Never Order Anthing from them it a Big Scam.

Do not sell on this site. We are Ebay power sellers and we sell on Etsy. We opened a store in 2010 on Bonanza. Recently we sold an item on Bonanza. The buyer did not read the description and was not happy her item was mostly empty although it said mostly empty in the description. We explained to the buyer that they purchased an empty tin and asked them to go back and read the description. The buyer came back with very offensive language using the "F" word among other choice words. We sent a message to customer service and got this message. We are sorry you had a bad experience maybe the person had a bad day we will watch them. This was not okay so we closed our Bonanza store.

Buyer beware - bonanza allows dishonest sellers to peddle their wares on their site. We bought a Tumi suitcase from a seller who changed names three times during the process (from Luggage4Less to Luggage Emporium to Luggage Leader). We were unable to find a way to reach the seller to initiate a return, and are now stuck with a $500+ suitcase that is way too small. We tried to get a return through bonanza and google and more -- and got stuck at the seller saying "we have a 5 day return policy." Nevermind that the seller made it impossible to identify them, let alone initiate a return within 5 days! The people at bonanza were polite, but ultimately did nothing and continue to allow this unethical seller to peddle on their site. This was a good learning experience about purchasing carefully ion the internet.
