This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.

My first experience with Bonanza was years ago when I ordered an ipad for my mother for Christmas. The seller had poor communication and at the last minute my ordered was cancelled with no explanation and I was scrambling to buy an ipad with just days until Christmas. I swore I wouldn't use Bonanza again. Fast forward March 25th 2020 I decided to give it another go and purchased some monitors I needed to set up my home office. Seller told me when payment is cleared they would ship. I saw my account was debited on March 26th but didn't receive any communication from the seller. I reached out on April 2nd to ask if it had shipped and I was sent an email saying that my order had been shipped. On April 6th I was feeling antsy about my order, because I needed these monitors to perform my job properly, I again reached out to the seller requesting a tracking #. A couple hours later I receive an email and I quote "I apologize, but we're actually out of stock on this item. Bonanza did not update in time to aura that we are out." What?!?! So now I have to reorder these items and wait for them to come in. How frustrating. So for sure I will never purchase through Bonanza again!

I ordered a downloadable copy of a well-known software product from a seller on Bonanza. The seller's listing said I would receive the download link and product key within an hour of the purchase.

After 12 hours I hadn't received the product key so I contacted the seller.

The seller apologized for the delay and sent me a link and product key.

The product key the seller sent was already being used by someone else and wasn't valid for me to use. I notified the seller who, to their credit, promptly issued a refund. However that same seller is still selling that same product on Bonanza claiming to have 98 copies available. If the seller still has 98 copies, why did he refund my money rather than fulfill my order?

For whatever reason I was not able to rate the seller and provide feedback on my experience.

I complained to Bonanza and they couldn't possibly care any less.

Buying from Bonanza.com is like buying from the back of a van in a parking lot. Shady sellers and a site that enables them. Beware!

They won't close your account-they do not update shipping addresses. Customer service is bad. No traf

I closed one of my old acts that I'd already closed ages ago. Tried again but it s still open.My 2nd purchase was mailed to an address 15 yrs old after I removed the address from my 1st purchase. Their system is antiquated. Customer service well, it's flat. They now charge $2.00 if you don't purchase a shipping label from them. Seller beware.

Seller is maxtech888 there are so many traps from sellers. To return them is so time consuming and mostly done purposely. So you just take the lost. Stupidity is not an excuse to take advantage of people.

To all you *******@jumping the bonanza train or newbies already on the train Yes it does work WHEN you work it! Just like everything else in life worth taking a chance on"It takes a little elbow grease"My mom would say~I myself do alot of my own pr work by getting out and meeting people. I say hi invite them over.Be creative, make it fun almost like in life, think of a theme~a garage sale, a cocktail party, which in turn you now have their attention, Make a sale inviting with a % off, free gift, a swap~You get it. Now if you are a busy bonanzler u can also make it work. Whenever i could not market for myself I would pay a small fee to a fellow bonanzler that i knew could get my store out there in the bigger world. I came into bonanza early on so bonanzlers know me. They trust me and it is a win win.The key to this sight is being seen or not to be seen... Speaking of being seen I *******@not getting back to you know WHO~We in florida as you have seen or heard have been under the weather a bit floods, winds rains~PLEEZE mother nature let up. I have sold or sell on a few other platforms like Bonanza. What makes Bonanza stand out to me is their customer service. They have the best customer service I've ever dealt with when I have needed any sort of help using their website.
Their platform is also easy for sellers to work with to list or edit items for sale. I love that I can have all of my listings from Ebay or Etsy or. Csv file transfer to Bonanza, including listing title, variations, listing details, pictures, price, etc. I love that I can list as any items for sale without per item fees (like other places do). I love that I can choose how much I'd like Bonanza to advertise for me and whether I'd like them to take 3%, 9%, etc final value fee based on that. There are options for opening a webstore, but I haven't.
There are some sites out there who will take your money and run and not offer any help in return (plus some of their platforms are super NOT user friendly even for someone with many years experience). But you won't have to worry about that with Bonanza. Bonanza only takes a fee if your item sells. They are an honest company.
They also have "tokens" you can collect as well to redeem for either $ off or some other cool stuff. I have over 3000, but haven't really needed anything.
The only cons would be having to drive your own traffic and shipping labels (but I just do all my shipping labels via Paypal). You really can't ask for more--It's free advertisement for your business.
I hope more people will sign up with Bonanza so we can become a larger selling/buying community. I hope Bonanza never changes how they value their sellers even if they do grow bigger. I found that with other platforms I've sold with, once they became huge and public, they start to treat their sellers worse and impose all sorts of ridiculous rules and jack up the fees.

I don't know how I came upon Bonanza.com, except I think it came up when I looked up Boots No. 7, a foundation I was interested in. From what little I could research, it seems that Bonanza is a site where sellers of all kinds of products can advertise and try to sell their products. I'm not sure if this is true.
Anyway, I give 2 stars for the DESCRIPTIONS of the products on Bonanza website. The descriptions are SO HORRIBLY VAGUE! In some cases I'm not sure if a product is used or new, if something is leather or vinyl or cardboard, and so on. You can send a question to the seller, and I have without anyone answering.
So I thought I'd take a chance and I ordered what was described as a leather shoulder handbag. I couldn't tell the size of this purse, as no dimensions were given. I ordered another product, too, also with almost no specific information reported.
This site needs to provide buyers with a whole lot more in terms of describing their products! It's terrible how little sellers tell us about what they are selling!
So this first review gets one star (barely) for the way the website is set up and the complete lack of specific detail of the products.
WHEN I GET MY PRODUCTS, I WILL RATE BONANZA.COM ON THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED.
Since I saw some reviews that said buyers got fake, cheap items, I ordered two things I could afford to lose money on. I hope I get good results. I will update this review later.

Bonanza ABSOLUTELY s--ks... I've been on Bonanza since 2010
Seller support is basically non existing. Your emails to support go for days with no answer but they always find ways to make your booth unsuccessful and if you go to their forum or group help pages they will delete ANYTHING that is not favorable to Bonanza within minutes to hours but you are still waiting for tech support for DAYS.
They take well over 24 hours to propagate your products CSV file, sometimes days.So now you have outdated products that are out of stock while the new products wait to be qued or reviewed by their elves.
Now a customer comes in a buys an item that's not available causing you to have to refund the buyer. Then Bonanza gets pissed because they didn't make money off of you and threaten to close your booth if you continue to have stocking problems causing excessive refunds.
At least I DO refund clients when problems arise not like the many scammers on Bonanza that do NOT.
Fix the product upload problems and other problems your sellers are having and respond to them in a timely manner... I emailed them 3 days ago about this problem with no response but they took down my post in their forum within hours... you go figure what and who they care about the most... They ABSOLUTELY S--k and there is no money to be made here...

Before I get started torching this worthless scam website, let me tell Mark the paid Bonanza shill, that BBB ratings are absolutely meaningless. An A+ rating can be bought. Go check out the 20/20 story about how untrustworthy and compromised the Better BS Bureau actually is. Ripoff Report dot com and websites like this tell the real story.

So, these guys charged me a $25 subscription fee for a service I've not used, not planned to use, and hadn't even visited since I first visited. I entered my PayPal debit card number to be able to buy things from people. Big mistake.

Now I'm having to cancel that card to get shed of these clowns. Deceptive, worthless, and fraudulent.

UPDATE APRIL 2016 - Yes you can get rid of these guys by closing the card you used, otherwise they will keep charging it until they get their money.

Since I had used my PayPal business card it was simple to sic their fraud and abuse guys on the matter, and resolve it instantly. Speak to the human customer service rep where ever your card comes from, and let them know you were scammed and you need a new card number.

Oh and just like I said, their rep posted a response about the ridiculous "BBB"
