This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
I ordered some xbox codes for an xmas gift. The recipient didn't try to use them till Feb. And to our dismay it said they were already used. I sent an email and was worried about a huge hassle to get a refund.
I was delighted to recieve an email the next day apologizing and offering replacement codes. Mistakes do happen so I will take away no stars but give them a five for so quickly resolving their mistake and offering an apology.

I ordered an item thru Bonanza on 6 June. I got an email saying it had been shipped and could expect a 2 to 5 week delivery. 8 weeks and no item. I tried to contact Bonanza and their seller but only got "not my Problem"

I absolutely love this site! It is so much better than ebay. As a seller I don't feel as though they are against me. I had an issue with a buyer who was not cooperating, and they took the time to figure out what was going on and who was right. Unlike ebay, where the ruling is automatically in favor of the buyer, a human being took the time to research the problem.
They are also more personable. The lingo on the site isn't slang however I do feel as though there are actual people behind the site, and not heartless money seekers

I was looking for an Instant pot for, my daughter for a gift. This sites popped up with the exact item I was, looking for. Amazing price. Nowhere anywhere on the ad did anything say the items were used.
I want my money back and I should have, to, pay for shipping. This is entirely misleading.

This company is an absolute joke. I order from them and was given an email weeks later stating the company they received the product from was one they no longer did business with. And to put in a dispute with PayPal. This company should have refunded my $, every cent. I will never do business with them and plan to tell everyone I know.

I bought a cell phone case from this website. Everything seemed legit until I was sent a tracking number for the shipping. Every time I put the tracking number in USPS website it says, status not available. I called Customer service and was told that if it was shipped out of the country it won't show up on the website until it reaches the United States. Okay that is understandable, but I bought it 2 months ago... The last time I called Customer service they told me they don't know what happened and hung up on me. Don't buy anything it's a scam!

Be advised that Bonanza will not do anything to help you when you get screwed. They will wipe their hands and tell you to sort it out with Paypal or the buyer (that ripped you off). There is no advantage to using this site, at least with eBay you have their help when someone screws you over. No help whatsoever from Bonanza.

They had a very low price on a MS Office license, and I found out why: when I tried to activate my software in the Microsoft site, the code has already been used! It took many phone calls and emails to get my money refunded. Stick with reputable merchants like Amazon and Best Buy!

Heard mixed things about Bonanza so though I'd give the site a try myself. Got stuck in the set up process - they ask for you to list an item first, and THEN set up your account. But turns out that they need your paypal info (fair), AND a credit card, before you even sold anything. So when they say listing is free it's not, really. And you have no idea how they handle your credit card info. Like many of the people before me in the reviews below, the credit card authorisation doesn't work and no account is set up. So you're in limbo having "listed" an item but having no valid username and account!
As a tech savvy newbie getting so much trouble to just set up an account, I'd say avoid.

They let a seller get away with selling my girlfriend a bootleg Nike D Watson Jersey as an official Nike Playoff one. Terrible bootleg at that. Was my V-Day present, which I planned to get autographed and framed for my game room. Now I am just out and heartbroken; I know my girlfriend tried and the seller/this site are garbage for taking advantage of her.

I bought a beautiful oriental Eva rug from Bonanza. It shipped from India very quickly and arrived very well packaged. The colors are beautiful and it is a thick plush gorgeous rug. A friend of mine told me that she had a great experience buying a rug from Bonanza so I decided to do the same. The quality is wonderful and I am very, very please with my purchase. I would most definitely buy from Bonanza again!

Recently searching on the web for a vintage 70s corduroy winter coat and found exactly what I was looking for on the Bonanza website. The seller handled my purchase quickly and provided fast shipment. I was really surprised at the excellent condition of the coat and I'm extremely pleased the purchase. Good for sellers, bad for buyers who are not well educated about prices. I am in disbelieve about the rip offs I see on Bonanza. Just as an example, any of the pop up tents that I saw on Bonanza were priced anywhere from 4 times to 10 times the price that you find in retail stores. Outrageous! And no, this was not a spelling mistake. As an example, the tent that I just purchased, I paid $90 for a brand new tent. The same exact tent on Bonanza was $799.00. I first thought it was a mistake, until I saw the prices for the rest of the tents. Disgusting.

First of all, there's no customer service number for this hot mess of a site, so all disputes have to be sloppily done between the seller and customer service. Both try to string you along and never resolve the problem.
I bought a table for my husband in Early December and even selected expedited shipping. I was having a very hard time finding a specific table like this, and was pleased when I saw it on Bonanza. It is now over a month later and I still haven't received it.
The seller did refund my shipping charge after I complained, but now he refuses to refund me in full for the Christmas present I never received. Whenever I inquire about it he gives me the "just wait x amount more days" line, to absolutely no avail. I had to formerly file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. NEVER USE THIS SITE-it will turn your hair gray.

I had been looking for a Yoda purse for my mom for years and finally found one on Bonanza. I was weary at first not knowing much about the sight but trusted it once learning that it accepted Paypal. I received the bag and am in love with the quality and photo of Yoda. My mom also loved it. The seller was easy to work with and I had no problems with shipping or payment (my two usual problems with websites). I also loved the amazing selections of unique and different items yet there aren't thousands of items to chose from so you're also not overwhelmed. Great site and will definitely order from again next time i'm looking for something different.

It was impossible for me to find Sumac Tea on all the other web sites (I won't mention their names), but I found a seller on Bonanza from Bulgaria who carried this prized tea!
I am very pleased with the service. I believe Bonanza gives great opportunities for sellers and customers from all over the world and helps them broaden their commerce.
The Sumac Tea was rich and delicious and very healthy for my kidneys.
I will certainly be buying more tea and am interested in other products that are available.
My next goal is to buy Turmeric Tea and I can bet Bonanza has it!

Bonanza is a scam company, giving their customers and sellers a hard time when their support is needed and I'll take legal steps if they don't refund the damage in fees they caused to me. Also they don't have a support phone number to reach out leaving hiding themselves in shadows.

You will spend hours setting up and then list the items you want to sell. The setup is complicated and you can not get any help because their Customer Service does not exist. If you are expecting to make lots of sales, forget it. You will be lucky to make 1 and then there is a good chance the Buyer is a scammer, they will make a false claim, and you will have to refund. There are better selling sites, where you will make sales. Look around but stay away from these JOKERS.

The seller (I think) was running a scam and was completely unresponsive to my inquiries on when the item would ship etc. After 3 tries, I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. Bonanza completely washed their hands of it and said I had to go through PayPal to open a claim and get my money back that way. It was a total pain and if PayPal had refused to refund me, I would probably have had to resort to filing a claim in small claims court. There's no accountability - don't use this website.

I ordered the wrong size. I was told to bad you got what you ordered. They also threatened me with a law suit if I didn't stop asking for a refund. I asked to exchange as I ordered the wrong size by mistake.

I ordered a cap for my father, which features the name and silhouette of a ship he served on in the Navy. It is adjustable, but the sizing strap is unobtrusive. Service was quick, price was right and he is very proud of his new memento.

I was beginning to try sell on Bonanza. I tried to log in one day to find every time I log in I get a message to say "your logged out". I tried to contact bonanza on twitter and Facebook, they told me to email them. I emailed them numerous times to find their mailbox is full (real professional).
So I took to google to see what the issue was to find this has actually happened to quite a lot of people. It turns out the have blocked me! No email to say this and no response about this.
How can a company just decide to block you without reasoning?
