This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.

I have bought a bunch of things from Bonanza.com from boots, videos to sewing patterns. Everything is always perfect from every seller. I always check here first before buying.

I had signed up in Nov 2013 to be a Bonanza seller exporting all of my listings from ebay. Leaving ebay behind I worked on my shop for months with no sales, by Feb I had started checking my shop 1 a week, and then in march I noticed some funds in Paypal from Bonanza sales. This is where I made a mistake. I had something like 9 sales in the first week of March well I hadn't updated items in real time since I had basically stopped frequenting so much in my shop. And I had to refund all 9 people at once. Letting them know what happened, lessened learned. A few bad feedback slowed further sales. My average since this mishap has been 1 sale a month. With no new feedback, good or bad. But one day, the good will come in. I know that I treat my customers well. I run a constant sale of BUY 2 GET 1 FREE on any of my items. My booth's name is TreasureTurner on Bonanza.
Oh and at a buyer stand point, I have several easy peasy purchases. Very happy to look to bonanza sellers for many more of my online shopping!

First things first. I AM NOT a fan of eBay. During my 9 year association with them I grossed approximately $200,000. That was about 6300 diverse items. During this time about 4300 customers left me feedback. Of this number 99.4% was positive. My gripe with eBay is, was and always will be that they felt the need to micro analyze and score my business. And even though my items were photographed and accurately described, as to size, color, material, markings, origin, condition, and age, and they were shipped within one business day, and at the exact cost stated in the listing, eBay was able to (based upon their algorithm) permanently and for all time BAN me from selling on their site without notice. And my recourse? Several long phone calls to the Philippine Islands where their customer service team took my calls, only to tell me "... I'm SOh-ree, dare eez nu-theen dat con be dun..."

So far, I like Bonanza's approach better, except for one thing. I have sold on Bonanza for 15 months now... and I have sold a total for 13 items, for $326.00

I have been in business with Bonanza, for more than 5 years, suddenly, my site has been shut down, no reason given, still I am optimistic they will re-open my site, some misunderstanding, but frustrated by lack of communication on their part, I have even emailed Mark about it, but nore sponse yet, generally I like Bonanza, though I sell on ebay as well, but now I am having second thoughts about them

I'm very sorry that I had to write this review as my initial experience of using Bonanza was pretty positive. Unfortunately they have decided to behave in a completely and I think borderline illegal way and have shut down my account without so much as telling me they had done so.

On top of that, they told all my past customers that they had shut down my account and that they should open up claims with Paypal to get their money back. Thankfully I didn't lose too much as Paypal determined that most of the transactions were too old to be disputed but the fact that they conspired to launch this vicious attack on me without even giving me any warning was absolutely disgraceful.

And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I emailed them to ask why I was no longer able to use the site and I got a response from someone saying that they couldn't tell me why. I emailed on two more occasions in the hope I might get to speak to someone more helpful but these times I didn't get any response at all, not even a confirmation of my message having been received.

I would avoid this place as you have no idea whether you're going to wake up and still have an account with them, and then they won't even let you know why they've shut you out. If I wasn't in a different country I would seriously consider taking legal action against them.

Last year I bought an outstanding Bulgarian hand cream in Costa Rica. I never expected to find it again, but Bonanza carries it at an excellent price -- shipped right to my door!

I had ordered an item on Bonanza (Zaham 3711) begining of August. They emailed right away to show they took money, but still (Sept 2nd), no merchandise. No tracking information, no response from seller. Contacted Bonanza and Zaham 3711, with NO response. They just took my money. DONT USE THIS WEBSITE! Total Scam!

The print I purchased from Bonaza was cheaper on this sight then either other. It arrived sooner then I thought in perfect condition. Packaged well. I love it

UPDATE!

No response from Bonanza, other than contact seller. Have contacted the seller, still no response either.
I just consider myself lucky that I didn't spend more on the site.

ONCE AGAIN... DO NOT BUY FROM BONANZA!

So fed up. Purchased a present sometime ago. Payment was taken promptly. Was told order was shipped. THE USPS NOR I CAN EVEN TRACK THE PACKAGE. Seems like my seller fell off the screen. Now the whole site tells me my email address doesnt exit. It sure did when the order was placed. Tried to call the BBB on them but can not even locate the correct zip code to put in a complaint. P.s. Bonanaza please get a professional operator to tell me this number cannot be dialed as entered or Atleast one who speaks English since the call was made from the USA

Stay away! Most of their sellers are Chinese selling their counterfeits. Reporting one of their sellers to the Canadian authorities.
Company will not remove fake sellers. Much worse than Ebay.

Seller did not respond to my purchase with shipping/tracking info. Contacted bonanza. Immediate response. Took the seller 8 days to ship. Bonanza worked with me to make it happen.

When I ordered a MTG deck from Mtg deckbuilders, i received my purchase promptley within a few days and I was honestly suprized at how great the cards looked. When I received these cards, they were in NM (near mint) condition, meaning that there were no worn corners/edges to the cards and the artwork was in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

This very company has stolen 200 dollars off my visa card. This is the second time that the money has been stolen I got the card in February and I still haven't been able to use the card.

I have never ever encountered such a horrible time trying to reach someone for customer service the site made an error and started giving all my sales discounts even though I removed this feature needless to say there was this one sale i just couldn't take the hit on. So i emailed and emailed and tried to find a phone # then i found a # online i call and it's a Google voice # this # anyone can get. If ths so called business is legit then why don't they have a real phone or why don't they have live customer service reps. DON'T SELL HERE I REPEAT DON'T SELL HERR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. ALSO THEY SAY THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOU ON THE 5TH WELL GUESS WHAT THEY ALREADY BILLED ME AND I HAVEN'T EVEN COMPLETED THE SALES. GO TO EBAY IT'S SAFER AND THEY HAVE LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE FEE IS ONLY 1% MORE NOT THE 3% THAT BONANZA CLAIMS THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU 9% ACROSS THE BOARD. EBAY GIVES YOU DISCOUNTS AND NOT ALL ITEMS ARE TREATED EQUALLY

to buy from it is great if you don't run into problems for sellers it's a nightmare you will lose money
