Bonanza is a fantastic eCommerce platform with excellent customer service, I'm very satisfied working with. They have real email to reply my question, not automatic email. Thank you very very much Bonanza
This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
For a year my products are there I had like 0 sales, no traffic from a paid booster and they do not answer my support tickets. Basically a $#*!ty marketplace.
DO NOT SELL ON THIS SITE! They say that you can subscribe to a Trial Membership but there's nobody to talk to when you want to cancel it. You have to go through the online cancellation process provided with no confirmation that it went through. All of which I did then what do you know for the next 2 months my credit card is charged for a membership fee. You try to call the company but there's no phone number on the website. I had to get it from my credit card company but of course when you call that number again there's nobody to talk to. They tell you to contact them online or leave a message that will be transcribed to them WHAT? ARE THEY EVEN LOCATED IN THE STATES? I WONDER! Sorry to those buyers that have been taken and new sellers BEWARE! In case you want the phone number here it is and of course it's an obscure Wyoming number and again nobody to talk to you! *******849 GOOD LUCK CAUSE I'M NOT HAVING ANY!
I just received the plate today, opening it it looked fine, putting it on the wall I see how cheap the light switch plate was made. Apparently its just modge podge on paper. Well when I went to screw it in the wall, the paper ripped by the screw hole. THIS IS A TERRIBLE JOB. I will never order anything else from this persons make believe company. My daughter was so disappointed and SO AM I! This will go on EBAY reviews, and anywhere else this company advertises. Horrible waste of money!

Never buy anything from this website. It is just a platform and the website takes no responsibilities if the seller doesn't send you anything. This is what happened to me. I purchased something from a seller and paid via Paypal. After several hours, the website sent me a mail saying that seller had just been banned from the website due to violation of some rules, just after I made my payment. The website asked me to contact Paypal to dispute the charge. After I got rejected by Palpal, the website asked me to file a dispute to my credit card company. When I asked why Bonanza takes no responsibilities of any fraud happens on its website and why Bonanza has no control of its sellers, one of its managers replied me: " Bonanza is an online marketplace that connects buyers to transact directly with individual sellers.", "The entities that can issue you a refund are PayPal or your credit card company. " and "If there's anything else that we can do to help please let me know.". You see, they just provide a platform and you take all the risks and painful effort to get your money back if something bad happens. I really don't recommend this website. Buy things from Amazon or Ebay which are far more reliable, responsible and customer friendly.
Ich kaufte diese Bewachung durch Bonanza.com und, uh... Oh wait, Englisch! I ordered this watch through Bonanza.com and was very pleased. Had never bought through Bonanza.com before, looked them up, very reputable. Placed the order and received the item ahead of scheduled delivery date! Follow up by Bonanza.com was prompt, and friednly. I don't often do reviews due to the hassle of them. No problem@ Bonanza.com.
Same as Caroline
Same experience - account taken down, due to trademark violation - emailed support who advised me of this - then they just ignore you - wont reply to email and will not allow you to create a new account due to the cookie they put on your machine
You state you wish for us Sellers to treat Buyers with respect and put customer service at the for front - but you do not do that with your customers
Disgusting customer service, ignoring all my emails
Never received tracking information or package after two weeks. Contacted the seller, non-responsive. Luckily I used paypal otherwise I wouldn't know how to get my money back. Don't use this site!

Why are there so many bad reviews with the same response from Mark D that they have an A rating from BB. This can't be possible. I will go elsewhere and save my money. Not worth being scammed.

Ordered a refurbished cable STB. Arrived with no cables and original HDMI peel tab indicating box had never been tested. Box did not work. Still awaiting response from Bonanza.
I kept reading how Bonanza is better than feebay. BS. Just another site to grab your money with false promises. Bunch of hype and a HUGE waste of my valuable time and energy.
I bought a product from this company turned out to be something else totally different. The seller posted a fake picture which in reality was another Sold by Beauty_Store2016 Beware.
I purchased something for a xmas present (dec 3rd). I asked for additional info on the 4th (received promtly) then radio silence. Website estimate said I should receive goods about 7th or 8th. Emailed for status update on the 14th (no response). Contacted their seller again on the 18th with a DEMAND for a response. Seller cancelled the entire order and said he would refund it. No explanation. Nothing. Now unable to get product before Xmas from ANY site. Stay away. Use respectable sites like Amazon even if you have to pay slightly more. Saves the headache
Beware... A lot of fraud going on with this site... User Lattigr is using my ebay pics to sell their Louis Vuitton bag with a different date code. Avoid at all cost!

I purchased a set of audiobooks from this site at a price that was too good to be true (l should have known better). I'm sure many people thought this site was legitimate since they use PayPal as their third party payment service. Anyways my payment for audiobooks was debited from my account to a sham jewelry web site! (jewelrysalehub.com to be exact). Supposedly my purchase would arrive in an email with a downloadable link but it never arrived. I feel absolutely duped and I should have simply googled Bonanza for a quick review since I've never even heard of them. The worst part is that there is no way to review the sellers on Bonanza to warn other would-be buyers like myself. They only allow reviews which are obviously doctored and written by the sellers themselves. They also give themselves their own 100% ratings. I mean how many different buyers would leave the EXACT same comment every time for the myriad of sham products they sell? This was a good lesson in not just blindly typing in my debit card info to websites without knowing anything about their legitimacy. Anyways, I know Bonanza looks like a REAL site with REAL sites but is 100% a scam. Just stay away and use any other legit service.
A total waste of time and money.
I was trying Bonanza as a seller. We have a family-owned auto parts store based in Texas. We are Top Sellers on eBay, trusted in Amazon and we receive very positive customer reviews at our website because of our customer service.
I've spent a whole day setting up our new promising booth in Bonanza, getting payment methods and product images set up for their approval.
Going back to Bonanza, we can't log in, we get automatically logged out. I guess this is their way to tell us we aren't good enough to offer our products through them.
There was no warning, no direction, ZERO customer service and not even a lonely email from them. I can't help but feel disconcerted and right down insulted by Bonanza's lack of business ethics.
After reading many dreadful reviews from disappointed customers and sellers throughout the web, I feel my complaint is petty. Nonetheless, I hope our bad experience with this outfit can help others not to waste their time with Bonanza.
Hi Golfarini B., sorry to hear about the trouble logging back into your new account. We understand how that would be frustrating! Please send an email to our support team at support@bonanza.com. They are best able to help troubleshoot through that channel and they will be glad to assist you with this, as well as provide helpful tips about getting started on Bonanza.
We appreciate your interest in Bonanza, Golfarini B.!
Don't waste your time with these sleazy low lives! I purchased a necklace that I never received, plus I never got my money back either! Customer service is pure garbage! They give you zero help & truly do not give a rat's $#*! about their customers. They basically told me to "$#*! OFF" via email. Aren't they awesome? So I say to bonanza, I HOPE YOUR COMPANY FAILS & GOES OUT OF BUSINESS, YOU DIRTY, TRASHY PIGS FROM THE TWENTIETH LAYER OF HELL!

I sell on Bonanza, other sites, as well as our own website. Bonanza has been a good venue, and business has been picking up. They have increased their business by 128% from 2013! It's been a couple of years with them, easy venue to work with. As with any website, see if the store you're buying from is professional, see how many transactions there are, and check on feedback. If you want professional service, look for sellers that have a good professional web presence, and understands what customer service entails. An occasional or part time seller may not be as responsive. If they offer Paypal or Amazon as a payment option, you do have protection. Same thing if you are using a credit card. Use their services if you need to, when the seller doesn't respond.
Be aware though, that sometimes merchandize can get lost or damaged in transit, or the seller may have a temporary glitch in his supply chain. Talk it over, chill... Not everyone is trying to scam you, most sellers are trying to grow a business, not take your $50 and run. I am surprised to read the rants here from buyers, because of the protections out there for them, they shouldn't be out any money at all. Learn the rules of the road, don't send cash or money orders, use instruments that offer you protection, and jump in.
Horrible site I definitely wouldn't trust scammer got me for 200$ I tried buying interior trim for my car never received the item or a tracking number im pissed
Incredibly professional business model and I had a great experience. Plus they're super up to date as far as product knowlege and speedy shipping.

If it were possible to give Bonanza zero stars, I would. Over the one-year period of time I tried selling items using their platform, only three of the 62 items I "listed" sold, and the amount of attention required to correct the interpretation of their "system" regarding Ebay cross-posts was excessive to the point of being stupid. Prompts to open a web store/become a member and notifications that Google didn't "approve" a listing were also ridiculous. (News flash: Google doesn't have to "approve" a listing if it meets Bonanza policy guidelines and complies with federal and state laws.) The Bonanza system also misrepresents a seller's Ebay feedback rating as their own... Bonanza indicating on my "seller profile" that I had 468 positive feedback ratings made it look like I'd sold that many items on THEIR website, when in fact, the number was 3. The kicker though, was getting a "cease and desist" email stating that I was violating Sephora's intellectual property rights and committing trademark/copyright infringement by listing a Sephora brand item that stated it was... a Sephora brand item. Which is all it stated, which is part of accurate listing best practices (item, brand, condition, age, etc). I will NEVER use Bonanza again nor would I recommend it based on reliability/accuracy issues and the hassle it takes. The short version: Bonanza sucks... avoid it.
Hi Beth C., thank you for reaching out. We pride ourselves on our seller friendly tools and policies designed to help entrepreneurs succeed, and we apologize that this has not been your experience so far!

Regarding your concern about items not being approved by Google Shopping, one of the optional services Bonanza provides is the ability to advertise your items outside the Bonanza marketplace, through 3rd party services like Google Shopping. In order to advertise your listings on Google Shopping, however, your listings do need to comply with Google's requirements. In cases where they do not, we notify you so that you can make the necessary changes to your listings. You are not required to advertise through Google Shopping, however, and if your change your advertising settings in your Bonanza account to the lower tier that does not include Google Shopping, you won't receive notifications of this type any longer.

Regarding your concern about your feedback on Bonanza, many sellers put in years of work and dedication offering great service to their customers on other marketplaces and we think that effort should count for something on Bonanza as well. Bonanza allows sellers to import their existing feedback on eBay in order to help build trust with buyers when they first start selling on Bonanza. I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price. No issues whatsoever. It showed up on time in safe packaging undamaged and was exactly as described.
So, decent customer service means BBB wont even get complaints- apparently your canned response confirms the ratings here that you dont provide virtually ANY customer service unless a complaint is filed w BBB, really, I will not do business here

I received my curtains and they are so BEAUTIFUL! I absolutely LOVE THEM, thank you so very much! I usually don't indulge by spending money on myself or buying myself things that make me feel like me or make me a part of who I am so needless to say the choice I made to purchase your curtains was a long thought out decision which I am so Happy I made, because all of your curtains have individuality it makes them even more special to me, each curtain was definitely worth it! They will look beautiful in my living room.
Again thank you so very much!
Tip for consumers:
The seller was very attentive and answered my emails quickly and the product was shipped very quickly so I would definitely recommend this website and seller.
Hi all,
Basically I found Bonanza to be nothing more than a scam site, Bonanza offers you great rates and low final value fees, But it is very much to the contrary.
I found after joining BONANZA and importing all my selling items from eBay, I waited one week and ZERO traffic not even one single view, all I got was a convenient Bonanza notification telling me I had no traffic and would I like to become a member.
Lowest membership $20 per month for silver with the promise of traffic.
9% final value fees on top of that in a separate advertising section.
I took both silver membership at $20 per month plus i choose 9% final value fees in return for lots of traffic.
Well after a month still no item views or any other traffic all 24 items showed ZERO traffic in all areas despite the promises made by Bonanza.
SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE TO EBAY ITS DEFINIATLY NOT BONANZA.
Bonanza is a site that will suck you dry before you know it, absolute $#*!.
I paid for a pair of shoes on 6 th October, initial email told me I would get them in 7 to 10 days, well the seller has changed shipping date 11 times now, won't respond to any of my emails, now I have a December date for shipping, very very unethical practices going on here, and as for the idiot going on about BBB lets all ask him for our money back, I'm going through PayPal now with my complaint as I know I won't ever see the shoes, this was my first and last venture away from eBay, please don't send them money
