This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
I am such a Happy Camper with Bonanza! I was looking for a new facial mask for my Phillips Cpap machine and Bonanza had it cheaper than anyone else for the complete system! I ordered it and was so excited with the mask and I saved a good bit of money + they gave me and added discount! They went over the expectations for customer service! Everyone should check Bonanza out! Thank you for the excellent service!

I spent 3 weeks trying to get them to understand that I had the right to distribute my GPL/GNU open source software in any format I chose... I imported my eBay feedback and everything and they still refused to take my 'booth' out of holding due to suspicious items... they were ZERO help in getting this resolved, the only suggestion was to try contacting them again in 6 months... I've been selling this software every where else since 2009... GTFO Bonanza! This was by far the worse experience I've had selling things, I can only imagine how they treat the buyers on the other end of the transaction. Stick to eBay... man, even Craigslist is less of a hassle then these idiots.
Oh how I regret not googling "Bonanza reviews" before spending hundreds of dollars on a bag that never came. No response from seller or site, please stick with Ebay or outlet. I had to leave a review to help potential victims from being scammed.

Edited to add: Funny Bonanza will respond to negative reviews posted online through a third-party site before they respond to customer service request on their own website. This just goes to show that they are more worried about looking good than actually providing good service.

I ordered a part, and it was claimed it would be shipped by a particular date. Two days after that, no part. I contacted the seller via the website (the only way to to so), and they refunded the money but claimed the part would be shipped. The shipping date kept getting later and later, and the seller never provided tracking info. I provided negative feedback about the seller to Bonanza, but never received any feedback on that. Two months later, I found the part elsewhere. I give two stars rather than one because I actually got the refund. However I would have preferred to buy the part, but failing that to have received feedback.
I only gave it 1 star because a 0 or a negative # is not available. This company is a rip-off. I ordered a product from them. A couple days later they said the products shipped, 10 minutes after I got this email they sent another email saying that product was on back order, and about 15 minutes after that they said they refunded my money. I looked online and after the 3rd email and found the product on the Bonanza website and it shows that there's 85 of them in stock I only ordered 2. Buyer beware
I ordered the 5 set patriots super bowl rings with a display case. I'm very pleased with the set. The seller did say it would take about 25 days to receive. I did receive item in about 25 days in excellent condition. I would order from this seller again.
The vendor was very rude when I had to return an item. My credit card company helped me to receive my full refund, and understood especially since I had documentation of pictures and emails supporting my case. The website, Bonanza, couldn't help, since they are not the vendor. And for some odd reason, I couldn't post my negative review on their website, and Bonanza could not help.
I ordered a jersey for christmas. They sent the wrong jersey. After emailing back and fourth they asked me to send the wrong Jersey back to them and they would send me the correct item. After I tracked the item back to them. They never responded to my emails. Never sent the correct item back to me. Horrible company. If you have done business with them and are unhappy, Please look into Amazon pay. Look into Amazon A to Z payment. You should be able to get your money back. Amazon needs to get rid of them. So horrible to take peoples money and not send them the correct item back.
As big as the Phoenix metropolitan area is, I thought I could find a store someplace that had the collarless denim vest I wanted. After spending the better part of my day searching local stores, I found nothing at all like I wanted.
As a last ditch effort I did a search on the internet. I found Exactly what I wanted at Bonanza.com. The color I wanted, the size I needed, the material I was looking for, and even a lower price than I expected. I ordered it easily. It arrived quickly. It was perfect!
What is your return policy? What is your address. I received a receipt scanner that does not work, or has any support drivers to work. Your address is not on the packing slip and the scanner was sent with no paperwork. Not good business practices. I had to get address from Better Business Bureau, and their rating on that site is misleading.
Downloaded software and key would not work. Requested a key that would work and received one that allowed program to work. Went online to Microsoft to check if key was legit and it was not. Software is hacked version.

Returned an item to a vendor and credit card was never refunded. When i initially contacted them, LightinginDoors.com, sounded like they were working out of a garage. I called a second time and it was an answering service, called to see if they were available and my call was screened. Not like an Amazon with screened vendors. Stay clear
Hello I ordered a hat on December 4th and of course my money was taken and then two days later I got a email saying the hat was not there and to pick something different. So then I sent reply stating I was looking for that specfic hat and just wanted my money back. But now it's December 21st and I sent multiple emails asking for my money and still no response and still no refund. What made me so upset was that why allow me to buy a product that wasnt there. Never again will I use this website ever again

I am so frustrated wit this site. I purchased a Christmas item for a child on this site and it claimed to be delivered. When I tried to file a claim with PayPal, the seller was able to produce a document from UPS that claims it was delivered, yet when I put in the tracking number it does not exist and I have cameras on my house and their was no delivery on or about the date in question. Bonanza is a good alternative to eBay selling as you can leave your listings up for as long as you want. I've even purchased a few items and find the sellers responsive and honest. Sometimes difficult to maneuver around the site to find out how to do something.
I read horrible reviews posted on this site and was very hesitant to purchase anything. But I decided to give it a try by purchasing a low price item. The seller was "souseandsew" and the item was an accessory for vintage sewing machine. My experience was very positive.

Hopefully I get my package this Friday. But Bonanza wasn't responsive and the Seller blamed Bonanza for not giving them the order information. I find this hard to believe and unacceptable. After a month I should get my package. Next time I will pay a few bucks more on Amazon.

OMG where do I start. Bought an item form Decal Geek a seller on the Bonanza website, they took my money and never sent the item, tracking ( on 2 parcel tracking websites) shows item still not delivered to USPS, meaning the seller still has my item and my money.
So, I emailed Decal Geek and they admitted it and promised me a refund but as I was to discover this was a stalling tactic until the paypal buyer protection had expired, they're very cunning. Needless to say 10 moths on, no item through my door and no refund as promised.
Stay safe, buy elsewhere.

Horrible nightmare dealing supersalon.com via Bonanza. The person never shipped the item, gave me a invalid tracking number, and refuses to respond to my inquiries. Bonanza won't do anything about it except tell you to "contact the seller". I will never buy anything via Bonanza.
I ordered a product in May. I had to ask for it three times. Finally, I got it. It was produce (green almonds). They smelled, had rot on them, and were just awful. And expensive. I wrote to them. In May. In AUGUST they wrote back. "Not our fault," and after another email "Well, here's a promotional credit." Ha hahahahahaha. Best joke I've heard in August.
