This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
If I could give it a Zero I would. Never received my item, no response from the seller or the website. This is a total scam. Stay away from here. Will never use again! FRAUD!

I ordered a item from a Bonanza seller, saw the PayPal payment process assuming this was all good... Never did I get the item!. Big mistake! Do not order from this site, if you take the time to read the reviews your money is better off in a Casino! PayPal is in partnership with Bonanza. They both make there cut regardless of the Many orders there sellers have never filled. PayPal has been here ripping off its own customers for some time. PayPal lets you write a dispute and thats the end of it. They do not warn you that people get ripped off with Bonanza. The reason its worth the commission they make to screw you over and they know this site is a problem. And yes if you want to spend your money here they will help you. But most likely you will never see the item you ordered. PayPal disputes on this site are endless. They plead not guilty, your money is gone... don't say you weren't warned. Hopefully you read reviews before ordering and got to bypass the grief that Bonanza and PayPal are in business together ripping you off knowingly...
It's been months since I ordered my $100 item, haven't heard a thing from them, and I can't get a hold a anyone! Learned my lesson, please don't use this site!

And almost all buyers are from ads and I got more than 50% claims, I am closing my bonanza booth shortly, as I am happy with Ebay, and
Added Amazon and Etsy where thay are great comparable to Bonanza.

Don't get sucked in by what seem to be great deals, especially on big ticket items. You're taking a huge chance that nothing will go wrong. If you think this is Amazon, where corporate power can be leveraged to make things right, or the marketplace will do the right thing for their customer... YOU'RE WRONG!
Long story short. I purchased a chair in Mid Feb. It wasn't up to snuff. I tried to contact the seller through Bonanza, NO DICE. Bonanza directed me to contact PayPal to leverage the seller to return the product. Seller never provided return shipping which I had to pay, all $260 of it. I got a refund for the product itself... eventually, but as of now (July) i"m still waiting on the seller to reimburse my $260 shipping cost to return a $360 chair. Just received an email from Bonanza, who's done nothing but deflect me to PayPal and my Credit card company to recover costs, which states my case is closed and they refuse or are unable to told the seller to their agreement to pay return shipping.
Cannot say how disappointed I am with their lack of customer service. They've washed their hands of any responsibility since EMAIL ONE!

This clunky website is not only severely broken, but they have enabled a network of scammers and thieves. This is the largest complaint of people that frequent the site, by far. This is worsened by the way they attempt to do business and implement features that make the experience much worse and protect no one! In fact, Bonanaza looks the other way to allow this. When trying to do your best to identify these problems through the only means you have, which is feedback, Bonanza further makes it difficult by using a robot that attempts to analyze what you are typing and will block you if you use certain words (shipping, delivery, etc), which is just ludicrous. Why not tell me what to say, too! Feedback is feedback, and damage from shipping by poor packaging and handling by the seller of the product is damaged in shipping from poor handling. It should be able to be identified in the product feedback, otherwise, product feedback is useless. Trying to get help from support is an exercise in futility and they don't seem to care but repeat policies and instructions that are already on the website. They don't stand in your corner or help you to resolve issues, but rather leave you hanging. I don't give them much chance for success when they appear to operate in a vacuum and function in such a corrupt and mindless way that enables a terrible and dangerous shopping experience! Really Epic Fail!
I ordered a product that I was not happy with. The site, and seller, we're courteous and expeditiously apologized. I received a refund right away to my PayPal account. I will definitely use again.
I've had two orders cancelled because they could not deliver the item I bought. One was sold twice, and I'm not sure about the other.
I've had a couple orders which were delivered fine.
While I have only made a few purchases on this site, I was amazed at how exceptional all of those experiences were. So far I am extremely pleased with it.

The product we ordered from Bonanza a part to replace a lost one on a 30+ year old counter top appliance. The blade arrived on time, fit perfectly and works, to this day flawlessly.

Had a need to purchase a modified Sega Genesis USB Hub to create a gift for my wife, chatting with the site owner and he didn't even have the item up, but was willing to create one for me, the item is absolutely perfect and I had an amazing experience.

Absolutely dreadful and awful. There is literally just ONE customer service person (Judy) who does nothing but copy/paste replies that have NOTHING to do with the question you asked! For 5 years on bonanza I developed a spotless perfect feedback rating and reputation with wonderful repeat customers who appreciated that I was the ONLY seller on bonanza who offered truly authentic items. After 5 years of working hard to provide the best customer service, bonanza ambushed me out of no where and closed my account! This was my life, this was everything to me and they shut me out and spit me out like i was nothing! They are not happiness producers, they are misery producers, they dont care at all about their sellers, they dont care at all about anything. If you try to be a seller on bonanza, make sure you pay the insanely high titan or platinum membership fees if you want to have a fighting chance of remaining there long term. I have developed perfect feedback and reputation from ebay as a power seller and ebay treated me so much better than bonanza. Ebay actually sends me letters and cards thanking me for selling! They would never think to ban me and they truly appreciate my business. After the horrible way i was treated, i am currently working hard to file a lawsuit against bonanza and i will do everything i can to prosecute them and i will do everything i can to make sure the site gets shut down completely. They are repugnant loathsome parasites and deserve to be completely shut down. Dreadful, stay away from them.
I bought a Chrome OS bootable USB on this site. It said it was provided by GNU Zone. When I inserted the USB, I got a message that there was nothing on it. Furthermore, I couldn't even use the USB to download the Chrome OS on line myself, because it only had 1.5 GB and download required at least 8 GB.
Total waste of $19. Got USB drive with 32 GB from Best Buy for under $9.
Would not recommend this site, nor GNU, for that matter.

I love it because is not ETSY, which has arbitrary rules enforced solely at the whims of a bunch of weirdos that work there and also have their own shops. They have all these made up titles among themselves and their community! I am soooo happy that there are being sued by the dumb people that purchased their stock. Seriously a place that allows copies, chinese products, fraudulent 'witchy' products, went public and the buyers did not educate themselves as to what they were buying? Copyright infringement is allowed for the few that have thousands of sales (bringing their fat fees to feed etsy) people that re-sell items like 3-Birds... blah blah.(she is also on ebay now) that are found on ebay for $1 on alibaba for 0.50 are sold by her for $15 to $30... if you have thousands of sales you can sale replicas or cheap $1 stuff from china until the cows come home, yeah this is the etsy way! Party goods are all IP violations yet they gross thousands of dollars, you can download IP images, they can use any brand name when selling their crappy goods... it's a joke
My DVD is 2mths late & after being asked to ‘wait longer' 3 times I asked for a refund. The seller Attillio, with the email madmusickid emailed me this… "It is only a few dollars, I will give you the refund, I was rather hoping you would wait because I know you will receive it, so now you get a free DVD, late but free. However we will not accept any new orders from you in future"

Bonanza.com bills and thinks of itself as a serious competitor to eBay. What a joke! No real help with any problem buying or selling. Their answer to any dispute is, take the problem to your credit card company. They are also deceptive. Back in 2017 I got sick and couldn't due any business on Bonanza. Early in the year I incurred a $4.90 bill for one of the only 3 items sold on Bonanza that year. When I didn't pay it on time they suspended my account and charged me an additional $25.00. Just recently I tried to buy something listed on Bonanza that I found on a Google search. I found out about my overdue bill. I tried to pay the bill to buy the item I wanted. Bonanza took my payment but still barred me from buying the item. Their support won't acknowledge my and allow me to buy the item.
Also as a seller you get little or no traffic to your "booth" unless you pay a higher commission to get higher placement with Google. And even after agreeing to the higher fees traffic still stinks. I've never sold more than 3 items in a calendar year on their site.
