Bonanza is a fantastic eCommerce platform with excellent customer service, I'm very satisfied working with. They have real email to reply my question, not automatic email. Thank you very very much Bonanza
This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
I received garden plant inserts today. They were the wrong item. There's no way to make it right bc my user name doesn't work on the bonanza website. The only thing now is ask my cc for a charge back. I didn't believe I was buying something from a 3rd party website that has no affiliation with the seller beside a platform to distribute items. Unfortunately, the Dogwood Farm Market sent me 72 cell tray inserts when the paperwork and what I ordered was 48 cell tray inserts. Very disappointed. There's no number to contact.
Tip for consumers:
Check the web before purchasing anything on websites you aren't aware of or haven't used before bc I have become so fed up with internet purchases and poor customer service

I sell on bonanza along with all the other big sites. I treat every customer and order I receive the same no matter where they purchase. I am online several times per day to complete orders and answer questions. They have a great UI to list and process orders I find it easier than the other big sites allowing me to give lower prices. I accept all returns for any reason in a timely manner.
Please come shop with us you wont be disappointed we are professional sellers!
Bonanza provides no protection, assistance, service to buyers on its site. The seller never shipped the item order, never responded to my inquiries, I could not log back into the site to pursue any corrective action. The sites does not send your login user name / password to your email, regardless how many times you request them. This site is complete FRAUD, so please stay away and save yourselves all the hassle and pain.
This is a mini-ebay without any legitimacy. I ordered a tent and it never arrived. The seller never returned my attempts to contact her. Yet she took my $70. Unfortunately, Bonanza immediately refers you to paypal or amazon to get your refund. They essentially put frauds on their site who set low prices, take your money, and then Bonanza forces paypal and amazon to fix their problems. LAME business model; cheats. Steer clear.
We are presently in the process of closing our account on Bonanza if they cannot correct their issues and minimizing the fallout since we had so much. Certainly not worth the frustration of working with a company that always has their hand out for money and wants you to figure out their dysfunctional approach to doing business while not reaching out to guide you through their murky waters of a "business model". Their payment processors do not work properly and they are always using threats against you instead of addressing their own problems. We are selling on other sites a combined $xx, xxx + per month so we know a little bit about what works. We expect to leave by months end without regret.
We purchased software that came without a sealed package. When we decided not to use the product and tried to return it they gave us the run around for 2 months before we finally gave up.
Don't deal with this company unless you want to throw your money away!

Like ebay, but most of the sellers are based only in the US, which is great. Especially good for finding american branded auto and home tools which you cannot always find on other websites. Site is a little hard to navigate using a mobile phone, but on the desktop it works just fine.
They did the same thing with us. 4 months of adding products. We get an email from Bonanza Mark saying we need to pay for the fees which were not over due. 2 hours later we were updating our policies and then all our products were gone. They were left on review about 30 minutes ago. From what you say all that work is for nothing. Luckily we have our products documented, time to go somewhere else and dispute the fees with our credit card company if they are going start playing those games.
If this site can help me sell my old troll figures, I can sell almost anything! Selling fees are lower than eBay too and they don't limit me to 50 free listings per month like eBay does. I can list up to 75,000 items for free if I wanted to. I've also found some really cute things to buy too. Like any online marketplace, just try to check the seller's profile, rating, or message them before buying.
Signed up a week ago as a seller. Listed one item to get the hang of it. Told me item was listed but I am unable to locate it in their own search. My profile says I have no items listed for sale. No response from "customer service" What a shocker! Trying to get out of Ebay... too many problems to detail here. Been on Ebay for 15 years and am rated 99.7 for over 5,000 items sold.
Is there not an honest site left for sellers?

When doing a search for products there are more and more scammers out there. I almost was going to order from Bonanza but decided to check their reviews, thank goodness I did! How can a business receive so many poor reviews and still have an online site? I don't get it... Thank you all reviewers, I am so grateful for freedom of speech! I will look elsewhere for what I need even though they offered it a few dollars cheaper. It isn't worth the aggravation of not receiving the product and having to dispute it through the credit card company. I will order from a known and reliable source.

So if you're on a public forum for a review 90% of the time you've got an axe to grind. This review is different. Bonanza delivered as expected 4 years ago. I bought a Classic Accessory Boat cover with a 5 year warranty. In the TX sun, nothing last 5 years. Classic made good on their 5 year warranty. Now if you look close enough at the two web sites, it seems Classic and Bonanza seem VERY similar. When my new, warranty claim boat cover deteriorates in 4 years, I'll be back.
First, if you are contemplating using Bonanza, don't! I went on their site to buy a power miter saw because they were $40. Cheaper than Amazon. Well, Bonanza tells me they have no record of my transaction. The merchant does not respond to my messages. I have opened a dispute with PayPal.
I have been listing items for sale on Ebay for over 20 years, and very rarely had any issue with their format. I left Ebay as a seller due to their ever increasing and imposing ridiculous rules, like holding my payment for three weeks until buyer approves of item received, even though my rating was 100%. NOBODY holds my payment for three weeks. I signed up for Bananza.com, and it has been a listing nightmare. Their webmaster is either a moron or from another planet, because their format for selling is absurdly disorganized and most confusing. Responses from their support team were even more confusing, and no help at all. Today, after weeks of trying to list an item, I threw in the towel. Perhaps you will have better luck, but I have no more time to waste with them.
We love Bonanza and have made so many friends there. The site is easy to use, listings are free as are booth banners or you may crate your own. It interfaces with eBay, Etsy, Amazon Shopify, and you can upload/download your inventory file. Tech is amazing and always so helpful. Highly recommended.

I love the selection, so many choices and price ranges. Ordering was easy, delivery was excellent. Because I have not had any issues yet, I cannot comment on that aspect of customer service.
What I can say is, so far really great and thank you for this site!
Not secure place to buy. Would loose your money and time. Bought the bracelet from USA to UK the seller sent me completely different item. No refund, nothing. When I asked why he sent my wrong item he responded that other one was finished... but on his website still was picture with those what I was ordered and was marked as available. Its means he would cheat with the next customer who would order this item "which is finished ".
I ordered for 79.00 the complete set of 6 seasons Downton Abby. Season #5 would not play at all. I notified 5 times and was finally told by their "happiness person " (no joke) in an email that, Listen to this, I had to notify them again. They have obviously no control over their sellers. Had to go to Best Buy and but another season 5 again. DO NOT USE

I should have checked the reviews before having to write one. Refrigerator part that was described was not the correct one for the refrigerator. Originally I contacted them for a return and unfortunately I was on a two week vacation during the 30 day period allowed for returns. After my return they refused to accept the return because it was 40 days past the purchase date. Now I am out over $100 and stuck with a useless part the was incorrectly described by them.

I have looked at the website a few times and finally made my first purchase. AS SOON AS my order confirmation showed up in my email, I get another one from Bonanza telling me that the seller has been removed and to file a claim through my method of payment. They just waited for a purchase to be made to remove the seller? And offer no help, just go file a claim with someone else? Truly unbelievable. This website does not offer enough protection to buyers, yet is a very welcoming place for scammers. I can't believe it is still around.
I would not trust this site for one, if you are not a big company forget it. They run off old beta which takes weeks for your item to actually hit outside sites. Also I owed them like $9 cause I stopped using for a while, they charged me a $25 fee for reinstatement, I paid it and they never reinstated it in which they were supposed to give me the $25 back if they decided to not reinstate me. I emailed them like 20 times asking for my money back which has been almost a year now w no response or refund. Sellers beware
Tip for consumers:
don't use it to sell , they will rip you off .

Since Ioffer is pretty done and banned by Google. The Chinese counterfeiters have a new place to go and sell with no problem. Bonanza is full of counterfeit DVDs, Clothes, and ect. Legit sellers won't able to make a sell because the same legit item you try to sell is already on the site for 90% off the retail value because it's fake. Also for some reason they quickly to approved a counterfeiter items than a legit seller. I guess they want to make money! Soon or later, they will be like ioffer if they don't clean up the site.

We are power sellers on ebay, moved our 3000 items over to Bonanza last week. 6 sales so far (in 3 days). We of course are not doing near the volume we do on ebay, but we are very excited for another outlet to sell our items. The site is young, as was ebay when we started with them many, many years ago...
Please read the reviews with a grain of salt. To the seller who complained about a bad buyer... why in the heck are you selling empty boxes? You get out of it what you put into it.
When I tried to set up a selling account. Bonanza would not accept my card number. The card I use with ebay and everywhere else. When I wrote an email to Bonanza about this they were supposed to reply in 24 hours. It has now been 2 days. A very bad start for me. Now I have many doubts about this site and how they do business. Good reviews can be bought.

I bought a 20' floor fan, the serious kind, for a fraction of what I've put for similar fans and free prompt shipping. I was a little leery - you know, "if it seems too good.?" Fan is better & higher quality than I've experienced, definitely industrial grade and I'm totally satisfied. I'm getting a second one, as it is essentially less than half price. (be cool!)
