Bonanza is a fantastic eCommerce platform with excellent customer service, I'm very satisfied working with. They have real email to reply my question, not automatic email. Thank you very very much Bonanza
This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
Bought a maroon pasley vest. Love that they carry larger sizes. You might be skeptical about buying from online, but dont worry here. It was prettier than the picture. All the way to the fabric covered buttons.
I recently purchased several boxes of probiotic pills, perfectly good apart from slightly misshapen outer cartons, at a substantial saving, with free fast shipping. Before that I found the best price on the web for high-end shampoo for my spouse.
Highly recommended!
Notice how all of the low ratings have the same response from Bonanza about their BBB rating? Looks like an algorithm that monitors the site and auto-responds... That's just the kind of customer care people want... So glad I checked this out before purchasing. I looked at another review site also where the responses were tailored to the complaint but still clearly copy and paste replies. Overall the shear amount of negative feedback say enough.
Ditto John H... This is a mini-ebay without any legitimacy. I received the wrong Item, have not heard from seller and now Bonanza has removed them from site for fraudulent practices. Unfortunately, Bonanza immediately refered me to paypal to get my refund. They essentially put frauds on their site who set low prices, take your money, and then Bonanza forces paypal and amazon to fix their problems. LAME business model; cheats. Steer clear.

I ordered a watch, which I never received after payment was made. I had contacted the seller multiple times as instructed by Bonanza but never got a reply. I followed the required steps for a refund, but it has been over 6 months so I'm not holding my breath. I doubt I will ever get it.
I was in desperate need of an auto part and found what "appeared" to be a legitimate seller with over 1000 good reviews on this site so I made the purchase. Well, after shipment tracking hasn't updated for nearly a week, I attempted to contact both seller and bonanza. Zero response from seller vis email and bonanza messaging and voicemail says "full". Bonanza cust. Svc. Has been nearly as useless, not responding for days and then offering horrible resolution. Right now, they have stolen my money with no recourse. Started a paypal dispute.
Ordered software. It's been 2 weeks and still hasn't been received. When you login to contact someone, it won't recognize login. Very frustrating. Didn't know they were in bum $#*! Egypt or wouldn't have ordered $#*! from them.
For those of us looking to sell on a site other than feeBay, keep looking. Bonanza.com is pretty good as far as ease of listing is concerned, though others are better. And, it is FREE. Where Bonanza falls horribly short is SALES. I sell lots of the same items on feeBay that go completely ignored on Bonanza. Plus, you can't do auctions - only Buy Now for those of you who prefer the auction format. Bonanza does have "Best Offer", but what does it matter when no one is looking?!?! Like eBid.net Bonanza refuses to advertise, so don't look for improved traffic as time passes. My advice is stay away. Thank God Bonanza's free so I'm not paying them for zero sales!
My business partner and I have used various sites in the past, but this one is easily the worst. We signed up for a seller account and started uploading our inventory about a week ago... and our booth is still inactive. None of our items are available for buyers, making it impossible to make sales. Don't even bother with customer support either. None of our many e-mails have been responded to in any fashion. Nice to way to treat a new user! We should have read the reviews here as apparently we aren't the only ones who think that this site is terrible. Try Amazon, Ebay, or even Ecrater if you are looking to sell. They at least have a seller support team that will assist you in setting up shop and start making sales.

I recently set up a seller's page with $20,000 worth of merchandise for sale. The transfer tool was very user-friendly, but Bonanza has no customer or seller support phone number. Until they figure out no one in their right mind is going to do tens of thousands of dollars in interstate commerce without something as basic as phone service my seller's page will remain unactivated. They claim quick resolution by email, but that is hardly the case. Response time is slow, and questions are just referred to articles on their site. They claim a global shipping program, but I don't see it. Any company worth their salt where monies are exchanged for goods has a phone number; without something that basic they are worthless.
Ordered, paid for, never received. When I filed a complaint, the response was for ME to go to the post office or paypal etc. Other than emails indicating that Bonanza was absolutely not going to do anything but suggest I "handle it", nothing. Don't shop here. Ever.
And now a response to go thru BBB since they have an "A+ rating"--despite showing 87 negative responses on BBB. What a load of crap. Avoid.

I received my purchased items this morning to my surprise and relief.
The last purchases came in today afterall. I still strongly believe that Bonanza should have a better screening process in place or system where the seller is not paid in full until product delivery is confirmed by buyer. Thank you!
I purchased something through this site, and then 3-4 days later got an email indicating that Bonanza had terminated their connection with the vendor and suggested to me that the vendor might be fraudulent. The company provided a stock email address for PayPal to try to secure a refund (this wasn't successful, since I had made my purchase as a guest on PayPal and they're only equipped to help account holders). After probably 45 min on the phone, I just called my credit card company and asked them to delete the charge. Bonanza sent me an email 1 week later asking if their "happiness producer" (aka customer service rep)'s email had been helpful. Not even close. Stay away from this company folks. Let companies that really understand that customer service involves more than just a cutesy job title have your business.
I've been selling on Bonanza for 2 months only. Already with 200 sales. Their advertisement program works. Fees are lowers than ebay. Support responds quickly. The paid membership is VERY good. I found my alternative to eBay and done with eBay for life.
I was VERY surprised to read some of the reviews here. If anyone has a question or needs any guidance about selling or buying in bonanza I will be happy to help - *******@gmail.com
Bonanza is not a very dependable site nor are there business practices. I highly recommend that you stay clear of this site.In my experience my website and another persons website were some how connected according to bonanza so with out warning they were completely wiped out, this sites had been up for six months then out of nowhere gone. There lack of communications and desire to help you as a sell is obsolete. These types of business selling site need to be more controlled. They attack your bank account with out warning of any sorts.
PLEASE AVOID the HEADACHE.

Purchased two Bitdefender Antivirus software for 3+ years and only paid $24 each. Had problems with install on my wifes computer and they kept working with me until we got it up and running. Very happy with a little over $6.00 per year to have piece of mine with a very good rated antivirus software program. I definitely will be purchasing other software packages from them.
Bonanza is the worst place to sell your items. Their customer support takes 4-7 days for a reply even though I had a pro account which promised 8 hour replies. They shut down their live chat, the whole reason I signed up for pro in the first place too!
They shut down my booth for NO REASON at all, they are just as bad as ebay. They refused to give me a reason, I had NO complaints about my items. Take your business elsewhere.

If you want to give away your money and never receive anything, this site would be perfect. There is zero buyer protection. There is zero interaction between Bonanza and sellers or buyers. It is basically just a place anyone can post anything. Too bad for you if it's a fraud or con game.
I had been searching for Loki, a Marvel Avengers action figure, for several weeks with no success (unless I wanted to pay 2 - 3 times more than the other characters I had bought). I happened upon Bonanza.com, did a search and found him for $4 less than I paid for the other characters on other sites. Delivery was fast and my grandson was thrilled.
4 paws up!
I ordered a shirt for my son and never received it. Bonanza deleted the seller's account after I filed a complaint and they instructed me to take the issue up with PayPal rather than taking responsibility for it's sellers. Absolute scam.
Hi Edward P., we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your son's shirt order. We understand how that would be frustrating!
Bonanza is a marketplace that connects shoppers to transact directly with individual sellers. Sellers are expected to uphold their end of the transaction. We greatly appreciated you bringing this to our attention so that we could take appropriate action.
Regarding the payment for your order, Bonanza does not process any financial transactions itself. Shoppers pay sellers directly using a payment processor such as PayPal. One of the reasons Bonanza requires sellers to accept payments through PayPal is that they provide a level of protection in the unlikely case that there is an issue with your order. Filing a dispute with PayPal will remove funds from the seller's account while PayPal awaits a response from the seller, forcing the seller to act. A dispute on PayPal will count against the seller, and if the seller is unresponsive to multiple disputes, PayPal may take further action against the seller's payment account.
For your financial security, PayPal does not permit Bonanza to file a dispute on your behalf, but our support team will be glad to help guide you through the process, Edward P. If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions, please do not hesitate to email our support team at support@bonanza.com. Thanks again for reaching out. We appreciate you shopping on Bonanza!
I've had a booth since 2010 and have sold over 300 items. Certainly not the volume that I do on eBay but the fees are significantly less and I haven't had any issues as a seller or buyer. Like the new direct pay option and shipping label, although not the. 95 fee for the label. Their customer service has always been prompt and as helpful as they can be given their limitations just like eBay customer serv agents can only do so much. If you are an honest buyer and/or seller, shouldn't have any problems. Just like eBay, check feedback before buying. The import is easy, listing an item is easy as well. It seems like there is more traffic these days. I would recommend, it's no cost to have a booth.
Tip for consumers:
Just be patient for sales.
They are pathetic. I tried to activate my booth as a seller and it hasn't been activated for over a month. When I contacted them after 2 weeks they sent me a form letter saying activation could take up to 2 days! I gave a bad feedback review but they obviously read nothing, as you can see from their postings -they are all cut and paste responses referring to the BBB. Even the guy whose job is to respond to reviews on SiteJabber is too unmotivated to read or write anything.

I spent almost $90 including shipping for 3 iPhone Chanel cases and never received my order! No response from the company after repeated attempts. Please don't get scammed and save yourself the grief and money.

I have only just discovered Bonanza.com and am ecstatically thrilled from the get go. There is such a large data base to be mined for practically anything you could ever want or need. I have found the deals and value to be better than the other mainstream sites visited. The ease of use, speed of service and communication/ customer service is a huge asset. I have placed a couple if orders already, and have more things cued up and ready in my wish list for future purposes. I couldn't be any happier with this site.
Joined Bonanza because EBay's fees are high, But being on bonanza for only nine months have sold $370.08 worth of products; But! Have paid $556.92 in fees including the $70.00 a month for the booth. Not too mentioned the over $500.00 I've spent trying too drive business to my booth.
Last year at this same time on Ebay I sold over $2900. 00 worth of product but on Bonanza I've sold $30.00 this month six items with a profit of $4.01, that's subtracting fee's postage and product cost that's 0.66 profit per item I'll go out of business at that rate. Been selling online for thirteen years so I'm not new to this, stay away you'll just lose money.
Wait for it! That BBB auto reply should pop up.
