Bonanza is a fantastic eCommerce platform with excellent customer service, I'm very satisfied working with. They have real email to reply my question, not automatic email. Thank you very very much Bonanza
This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
UPDATE: got confirmation my item had shipped the very next day, seller immediately gave tracking info on request, item received within a week in perfect condition. Very pleased.
Most of the negative reviews are focused on seller actions- you should be writing that on the sellers page so people know not to buy from them. Only buy from sellers with five stars, four if you check what the reviews say.
As a buyer, site seems fine. I found a pair of shoes easily that I couldn't find anywhere else. Bought from a five star seller, reviewed 28 times.
Will update when receive item.
As for the automatic account, it makes sense to me that you are required to so that you are available to be contacted by the seller.
Paid with paypal, didn't even have my card with me. Convenient.
My seller didn't ship the item from the until 10 days after to purchase. Customer service is almost non-existant and their review system gave the seller 811 five star reviews despite selling just 23 items. The should pack up shop.
I thought I'd give the Amazon workers a break, and I'm about to end up in a protracted dispute over a cat litter system switcheroo. A seller is advertising the new XL version, while shipping out the smaller, older model that we're replacing around the house; charging me almost double for it to boot. No response from the ethically-challenged Bonanza despite their own BS "promise guarantee" and no option to even leave feedback, makes for one damning online experience. Never again. UPDATE: I recommend going straight through Paypal to mediate. After a few email exchanges with the vendor I held my ground and got my misspent money back.
If you cant figure this out on your own, read all these reviews. It has multiple issues. No client support... send all the emails you want. They do not and will not stand behind their buyers. Totally worthless
Oh and before ol Mark D chimes in with the canned response they/he has for everyone. Here you go!

Lol. This is the answer to all their problems
After trying for over 30 minutes to create an account with this entity I decided I didn't want the item enough to persist.
If you don't have a gmail account and Choose NOT to be on Facebook... This is not worth it! I hope the sellers of items find alternative ways to market! I want some items... Just not Bonanza!
Sold high end goods from Oct-Dec before shutting down operations. Made about 10 low priced sales a month and ONLY after advertising heavily on Google, offering discounts all over the place, and offered free shipping on top of that. The customers expected champagne goodies for the price of cheap beer----I kid you not and every pathetic sale was a major deal. In the forums, sellers were desperate and begging for buyers. Then there were the professional tweeters on there and begging for sellers to purchase a "promo." Pay $20 a week for increased views to your booth. After Christmas, I became pretty disgusted and stopped caring about selling on there. I'd listed over a 1000 items and made basically no profit on the time I was there, due to discounts and all but giving stuff away just to say I had a buyer.
Sold 2 or3 things in 2 years then one day logged in to be told: we don t want you to sell on our site anymore. No explanation! Bunch of A$$holes, will be out of business anon. Do not waste your time uploading DF.
I came across an apparel Item I have been wanting for several months now but could not afford. I came across it on Bonanza.com at a fraction of the price. I ordered it being a little apprehensive yet it arrived earlier than expected and was just as pristine and nice as I had anticipated. If it had not been for Bonanza.com I could have never afforded this, not anytime soon at least. I had a safe, secure transaction... the sizing was different running much smaller than USA dimensions which I had compensated for having traveled to Asia before and buying clothes there. I will shop Bonanza.com again and highly recommend it.
If youve had a bad experience with Bonanza.com its a particular seller, not Bonanza. I have bought several items from many different sellers, and have nothing but excellent things to say about every aspect of my experience. Great & near immediate communication from sellers. All products Ive purchased were exactly as described, and quality was as expected. I use both eBay & Amazon, but always check with Bonanza before I buy, and rarely am I disappointed.
I bought iPhone case of Coach. The product was COMPLETELY fake. Seller was so unhonest (most of sellers are so unprofessional regular people.) Then the site doesn't really helped me to get refund back. I just left my honest review with 1 star. Don't buy anything if not sure! I don't suggest.
I bought a present for someone online. I'm usually really leery of making purchases on the web. I accidentally gave the seller the wrong email address to confirm my order, I was kind of concerned when I hadn't seen an email come through. Contacted Bonanza right away I received an email back. Constantly In communication with me, help me resolve my issue. I would most certainly recommend and use them again.
I have ordered Windows 10 Pro license keys from this supplier before. The keys are authentic and work every time making the process to upgrade from Windows 10 home to Pro very easy. I highly recommend them and will certainly be ordering from them in the future. They respond to my purchase within 24 hours. I have purchased the license Keys through their online store using PayPal and have never worried about my transaction. This is what an online store should be. You won't regret it.
Don't do it. Don't sign up. Don't put your credit card number in the system. Don't give them access to your Ebay sign-in. You WILL be sorry. You have been warned. Why don't the authorities shut this down?
Now you can expect an automated reply from Bonanza stating something to the effect that they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. (do yourself a favor... go look at the BBB website and find out the truth for yourself).

I registered there as a seller on 04.10.2015 and since then I sold 11 items. I imported all my items from eBay, I currently use Bonanza as an additional site where I offer my products.
I had 1700 items views in 1 month. I did not subscribe for any extra membership. I have the most basic account. There are different memberships available so that your items can be more visible to buyers.
The fees are very low and the items are visible in Google search so that buyers can see them.
The only problem which I have in Bonanza is that all my eBay items have free shipping, but in Bonanza it shows random amount of shipping with every item instead of the free shipping.
I would recommend using this website.
I tried to register for this site, mainly because ebay and paypal are a joke, however when I tried to add my credit card to the site so that I could sell, the website didn't accept it and it forced a lock on my card, resulting in having to deal with security from my bank to remove it. This happened twice. I e-mailed support for help, they said that they can't enter it manually since they have no way to contact them other than e-mail. After reading all the auto-replies about how they have a great rating with the BBB, their support is useless. I would much rather use a routing number/account number off a check than my card, but that isn't an option as well. Disappointing, to say the least.

I have been a seller on Bonanza for 5 years. Maybe the sales are not as high as eBay, but then there is no insert Fees. YEAH. And I can use this site to keep track of my items which is easier than eBay which is a pain! I wake every morning and collect my Bonanza TOKENS to use for selling fees. I love Bonanza and am sorry others have had trouble. Please don't let a few people influence you from trying Bonanza.
Beware of this place! I tried to sell and you can't unless you are willing to pay $200 a month to make $50-60 dollars! You can not talk to anybody on the phone and they will not call you back even if you ask them... Email only This place sucks! Do not buy or sell here! That was the absolute fastest response I've ever received from Bonanza. They may have an A rating but you can not sell through them unless you pay BIG money and they do not respond to you unless you have about 2 days. They are scammers Beware! UPDATE I have sent them 3 emails and still they have not contacted me! This is a nasty company.

Stay away!!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 III mini Factory advertised on the Bonanza.com web site. I paid with PayPal. I never received the smartphone. The seller did not responded to several emails.
I contacted Bonanza.com, the initial response was that I must wait 14 days from the order date to file a complaint about non-delivery. I waited 16 days due to a weekend. Today their web site manager told me that they will not attempt to contact the seller that advertises on their site on a buyers behalf - No exceptions.
(Paypal is allowing the seller until Oct 29 to respond before they will take action.)
I paid Paypal using a Chase/Amazon Visa Card, they took immediate action and placed a temporary reversal on the charges.
We are sorry to hear of this unfortunate situation. The Bonanza community is designed to bring buyers and sellers together. Ultimately the transaction will be between you and the seller and also whichever company you used to checkout (PayPal or Amazon Checkout). Bonanza basically provides a platform for buyers and sellers to transact. Bonanza does not accept payments for items, instead, buyers pay the seller directly. So financially speaking, we have no hands in the financial part. That means that we cannot issue refunds or anything like that.
What we can do is remove bad sellers from our community. If you have a seller that is not living up to their side of the agreement then we would highly recommend that you leave feedback regarding your experience (if you need help doing this let us know). That way other buyers will be aware of the sellers shortcomings. Bonanza will also remove a sellers booth if the seller does not respond to inquiries, fails to live up to their side of the bargain, or if they are just not a good seller. We do not want sellers like that in our community so please do tell if you believe this seller should not be on our site.
As for receiving a refund, the easiest path would be to request a refund directly from the seller. If the seller is not willing to issue a refund or if they ignore your request, then you will need to contact the payment company that helped facilitate the transaction. So whichever payment method you used at checkout, that is the same payment method whom you will contact when disputing the purchase. PayPal and Checkout by Amazon offer a level of buyer protection provided that you file the claim within their allotted time frame. Currently PayPal requires that you file a claim within 45 days from the transaction. Amazon also offers their "A to Z Guarantee." Here are a couple of links that may assist:

I ordered an item on 25 April 2017 and it did not arrive until 21 June 2017. Despite many efforts by myself, it was very difficult to get any information from either Bonanza or the seller. I didn't realise that the item was coming from China and that the seller (or his bank) is in Israel. I received an email with (supposedly) tracking information (all in Chinese) but never, even when asked for, an English version. The package, when it arrived, was marked "Untracked". I will not be using this site again.
I purchased a product from TranD21, who replied immediately that the "in stock" item would be shipped within 24 hours. A week later, still nothing. I reached out through the "help" button, and received a reply to file a claim through PayPal, whom does not deal with disputes. The company should be put out of business for fraudulent practices. Item was never sent and never received. Bonanza Promotes Theft!
Hi Lioness L., sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. Please contact our support team via email at support@bonanza.com. They are best able to assist through that channel, and will be glad to help!
Ugh... I wish I had read the reviews first.
Add me to the list of people finding out too late that it's a scam marketplace.
I even Googled my seller after the fact and he is all over the internet, involved in online schemes and not even in the USA as I had thought.
Service is useless.

DON'T USE THIS SITE!!!

I created an account in order to buy something on Bonanza. There was no indication that the item was not new. It arrived broken, stained and missing pieces. I wanted to email customer service, but it wouldn't allow it because it said I hadn't confirmed my email. Doing a search, they never sent an email requesting confirmation. So I can't even contact them with my complaint.
Tip for consumers:
The site tries to be a marketplace, but accepts no accountability for its sellers. Communication is frustrating. This is why people rely on Amazon.

I purchased a cookie press that was broken missing parts and unusable.
I purchased a replacement OEM CD stero system for my wife's Ford Expedition. There are 30 different versions and it can be difficult to be sure you have the correct model. The site provided a simple-to-use interface which led me directly to the exact part number and model I was looking for. I purchased the stereo for a fair price. The system was a refurbished unit that looked brand new and comes with a 2-year warranty. The product arrived quickly, on-time and worked right out of the box. Total installation time was 20 minutes. My wife was thrilled. I would definitely return for future purchases. Nice job Bonanza!
I tried Bonanza several times with different stores. I never sold anything. And you have to be careful. There are some scammers there too. I went and did my own website. You can see at www.fabricartfairy.com. It was easy to build. It takes a little while to get out there on search engines but I am starting to get attention. So try a do it yourself. This was easy. I have to call them once in awhile for a little help but not much. Good luck. Don't give up.
Tip for consumers:
You probably will not sell very much. Try elsewhere

I was a seller. I did not buy things. I am giving this review based on my selling experiences on Bonanza. I do not recommend wasting your time.
I bought an electric shaver, which I was advised of one issue it had up front, but that issue didn't prevent me from purchasing. When I received the shaver and started opening it's packaging, the shaver immediately began to fall apart, and you could also hear loose parts rattling around inside of it. Bonanza described the shaver as being in excellent condition outside of a charging issue, which I was made aware of before purchasing. The shaver came rickety, and in worse condition than described. When I contacted Bonanza with my complaint, I received no response. I was deceived and misled and would never purchase from Bonanza again.
Tip for consumers:
