This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
Started off selling on bonanza, everything was going fine then about 2 weeks in. Bam. my sellers account was banned and the only explanation i get is that they considered my account to suspicious. I only had one customer at the time and i kept in touch with her and she had emailed me and told me that she had received an email from bonanza stating that they suspected me of being fraudulent and that she should get in touch with paypal and start a case to get a refund... after this is i was livid, called customer service and got a voicemail which no one replied, Emailed multiple times and i kept getting a generated email over and over that did not explain anything... i give this cowardice company 1 star for not having their $#*! together and to scared to talk to people on the phone or over email
I found what I was looking for on Bonanza.com. My purchase arrived within 2 days of my order. There were 6 photos of the item and it was in good condition for being used. It even came with the original tags and care instructions. It is made of shells and was carefully packed in bubble wrap. This was my first time to try Bonanza, and because of my seller: moolayla, my shopping experience was Fantastic & Instantaneous! Love it!
Was put on probation by bonanza because I had essentially gotten three negative ratings. The three were bogus and I wanted to discuss this with bonanza. I used their contact form and the only response that I got was an irrelevant form letter. When you contact bonanza you are required to categorize your inquiry. That allows them to know which form letter to send you. If you think I am kidding just look at the response that they have posted on each review on this site. It is the exact same form letter.
Tip for consumers:
If there is no way to talk to a representative of the site you are interested in choose a different site; there are plenty of them out there. I have been with bonanza for a long time and I no longer see any value with continuing a one sided relationship.

Me and my friend both ordered off bonanza at the same time for the same thing but different sellers. Then a week later we both got the same email saying BOTH of our sellers had been removed from the sure due to fraud. Neither of us got our product and have to go through a lot of trouble to. Get our money back

This is the most unprofessional website I have ever seen. I have been a seller online with a vintage shop for many years now and I will never do business with this website again.The lack of their customer service should be embarrassing to them. The way they treat sellers is appalling. I am sure this website will not make it and they will never be as successful as they could have been if they treated people right. So please if you are a seller, beware and know they will not treat you with respect!
This was my 1st purchase on Bonanza.com. I like the effortless option to check out via my Amazon account. Sparkleize, the seller, is reliable in my experience. She described the vintage item I ordered honestly and packed it with care. She provided shipping/tracking info. When I contacted her with an issue, she responded promptly though she was traveling at the time. My issue was resolved quickly & efficiently. I will shop Sparkleize in the future.
I wanted ornaments to give my grandchildren for Christmas depicting what their favorite thing in 2017 was. Not only did this site have exactly what a wanted, I know that they will have exactly what I want for many years to come. Also, recommended site to my friend and she was just as pleased as I was. I ordered through bonanza.com Grommets, #3 Black Oxide, Plain w/ Washer, 7/16" Inch Hole and the quality and quantity was above and beyond my expectations. The delivery of the product was timely, pricing less than e-bay or Amazon, this was the only site that had the color I needed. These grommets were used to modify my work uniform for radio earpiece use. It was a modification that was shared with fellow employees. Since I provided them with the NW Tarp & Canvas site (bonanza.com) I am sure they will utilize NW Tarp and Canvas for these items in the near future.
I wish I had researched this site more before buying something off of it. They used a fraudulent seller. Then when I made a claim regarding non-receipt of the item I purchased, they did nothing except to say I should file a claim elsewhere. No return of money.

I had a business account there on free 30 trial, then I figured out that customer service was worse than every place in the world. I canceled my account before 30 days passed and they still billing my bank account. I sent emails, called many times and not answer from Bonanza at all. There is no place to business or to customers at all.
I am a long-time eBay seller with a rather large store. I do about $3000 - $4000 in sales per month on eBay alone. All of those listings are also listed on Bonanza. My monthly sales on Bonanza? Almost ZERO. The ONE item that I sold in the past 3 months ended up being purchased from someone in another country, and Bonanza gave me no option to charge the appropriate shipping (they simply used my domestic shipping price). When I was finally able to reach a rep (which you can ONLY do via email - they do not offer phone support) the response was, "too bad, you have to ship the item, the customer doesn't want a refund - they want the item". My response was "Unless you're standing behind me with a gun to my head, I will NOT be shipping this thing halfway around the world for $3.05". ZERO seller protection, ZERO phone support, ZERO buyers. Stick with eBay and let this joke of a "competitor" fall away into obscurity where they belong.

Ordered an item and quickly wanted to cancel because I wasn't finished shopping. I contacted the seller and they promptly cancelled the order and refunded my account. Unfortunately, their system didn't catch the cancellation and the item shipped out anyways. I contacted the seller and asked if they wanted me to return, they promptly responded stating that I can keep the item as a free gift. No other company has ever responded so very promptly like they did and treat me like a human being; we had actual conversations and were polite and considerate. I appreciate that, respect goes a long way on both sides. I will absolutely continue to shop through this website.

Mark, bill and their team are a bunch of croops, dishonestly people. They will charge you credit card, your PayPal account and will open cases Saying your customer didn't receive their item. They will come up and make up any excuse not to refund your seller fees. They will charge your credit card when there is not need and won't tell you anything.
They will suspend your selle account for nothing, not emails as to why, no warming, not second change.
I thought they were honest but Will Harding and mark are two clowns, robbers.
Do not move your stuff from ebay to This selling venue. It takes weeks to resolve an issue since their stuff Is so slow. No support at all.
You get no sales and instead they will charge a lot for nothing!

I ordered a shirt, go a confirmation but never got the shirt then they email me saying the seller was suspended and I had to dispute my money over PayPal even though I dont have a paypal account. Bought license code and link for it no actual physical item had to be delivered and on seller website info was that it sends a link and code within 48 hours so third week now and no code no reply from seller and to start a complaint bonanza forces you to wait forever and hides seller profiles which makes it even more suspicious...

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. No one wants to be accountable. I reached out to seller and website and asked for a refund and only the website responsed back that they emailed the seller. I looked in my inbox and they told the seller I was wanting shipping info! No, I did not ask for shipping info I asked for a refund. I made a dispute with PayPal. This site sells mostly if not all used products but it's hard to tell because the it's not in the description you have to search for the information, so if you're on an IPad or phone ordering it's not easily seen. I've had great experiences shopping online for years. Save yourself the headache and don't use this site.
I wanted to do something nice for my husband who has been struggling lately with physical and mental issues. He has always wanted a signed autograph of a particular player. When I bought it on the site for $500 and gave it to him he said that it just didn't look right. We brought it to an authentication place and they said it was a fake and that there is a lot of fakes on that site. I therefore contacted them to return the item stating only that it was not what my husband wanted. They blasted me with pages of legal documents and said that I cant return it. They will only return items that were torn during shipping. So basically I got scammed out of $500. Please don't let this happen to you.

I ordered a battery pack that come to find out was not in stock. I was told I would be refunded my money but after a month I never got it. After many emails and phone calls to customer service, I finally got my refund. Very unprofessional. Update your stock!

I am sure I will never order anything from this company. Ordered 13 golf grips back in November 3rd 2021 until mid January 2022. The first time they sent me 10 grips and second time they 2 more take them more than 2 months. At the end of January of 2022 I just gave up. I called my credit card company to dispute and got my money back.

Bonanza is not a place to purchase item. Refunds and cancels take painfully long time. In my case seller has not bother to respond to my question after he failed to ship my item. I have to now wait 2 weeks to initiate next steps. I would not buy again.

I have made 3 separate purchases thru Bonanza and I have been extremely pleased every time. The football jerseys I purchased were top quality and at extremely reasonable prices. The items came from China and arrived within 3 weeks of the tine I placed my order. I will continue to use Bonanza as my go to source for quality stitched football jerseys.
The seller I bought was suspended right after my purchase and I am now having to escalate the case on Paypal to see if I can get my money back. I see many others have had this problem too. AVOID! Sticking to eBay from now on! Won't waste time on this site.

After searching the web for things I stumbled on Bonanza and was really pleased. I found a seller who I was able to contact and ask questions. I made 2 awesome deals with a Bonanza seller for a couple of out of date products. I have not had any problems to report yet. I think I like Bonanza better than ebay.

Now when I try to log in it says "you have successfully logged out". What? It won't let me log in and the phone number for them goes to VM DON"T sign up with them
