Bonanza is a fantastic eCommerce platform with excellent customer service, I'm very satisfied working with. They have real email to reply my question, not automatic email. Thank you very very much Bonanza

This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.

Bonanza is a joke. I signed up and wanted my EBay pulled into it. Paid $25 for a store, which they charged me. No EBay was pulled NOTHING! Now when I try to log in it says "you have successfully logged out". What? It won't let me log in and the phone number for them goes to VM DON"T sign up with them

I bought a Norton key from a seller (StrombergTech) and I wish I had read the reviews! Apparently you have to scroll way down the page to see any weird details. I thought looking at my screen I had all the info (on a pc), at the bottom there was a bunch of garbage about not being able to link with your account. Anyway, Norton support confirmed this was a used key linked to another account (I was given the name and email of the person).
The seller is refusing to give a refund. When I contacted Bonanza, I was told, as far as an unclear listing, that their 'format is standard'. Not at all.
Bottom line, just stay away.

A great place to sell your things :) I have sold on Amazon, Ebay & Etsy. So far I think Bonanza is way better. They care more about the seller. It's easy to list things, & it's way cheaper to List items, ect. Try it out as a seller, or go to shop. It's great I Love it :)

Sales have gone downhill in the past couple of years plus they won't protect you from stolen credit cards purchases/chargebacks so I had to remove that payment option from the platform. Also they make you pay in advance for your shipping labels but NOW they started charging you half the cost of the label with each shipment even though they have your money for labels AND also they mark up the cost even though I pay the extra membership fees to them which is supposed to include discounted shipping and no longer does. The seller customer service is abysmal.

Bought Office 2016 but couldn't install. Tried to work with these folks but they seem to have poor communication as several days would pass without response. Things like "sorry but I was having problems with the internet... I'll send you the product key soon". Finally had to cancel my order and request a refund. Bonanza must mean "incompetence" in business language. Is it Bonanzo or "BOZO"?

I bought a book on a specific subject that is not widely spread and is hard to be found.
The work of the the site is well organised. It was easy and pleasant to make my order there. The delivery was fast and precise. So, my experience of dealing with Bonanza was very positive and successful.

Tip for consumers:
I would recommend Bonanza as a reliable and effective site for shopping.

Hi,
We are an online distributor of dietary supplements and we wanted to share our positive review of Bonanza.com. We sell on several online venues, including the big ones like ebay and amazon, but Bonanza delivers a nice amount of internet exposure for very little cost. Their customer service is exceptional. Aside from that, your items will sell on there. They go submit xml feeds to google products, as well as bing and yahoo. I have had an issue or 2 with them BUT, they handled it super fast and it was resolved. The issues were more technical than anything done in error on their behalf. There fees are so reasonable, the service is great and your items will sell. Make sure you tell them MuscleLabsUSA sent ya! :)

After months of selling without an issue Bonanza decided to just close up my booth without warning. I did have good sales, but it was from MY MARKETING and KEYWORDING that gave me traffic. They're reasoning was beyond belief and their are dozens of other booths selling the same items, take mine down... take m all down!

This gang of countryfolk needs to go back into the woods of Oregon and light a fire! What a joke of a website, get ready for a class action suit... it's coming your way, like Paypal and Ebay.

P.S. Mark D. Is a wonderful copy and paster... or a robot.

Bot a hedge trimmer from one of bonanzas sellers who advised me he didn't have the trimmer. I asked him to cancel the sale and refund my money through PayPal which he totally has ignored for days. I finally had to put in a claim through PayPal to recoup my payment. Bad news company and seller.

My thera spa massager is aging and cord is not working properly so I bought the same product here. No matter how high I turn the speed up, the speed is very low. I pressed the turbo button and nothing happened, the didn't get any stronger. Then putting it on high, with the turbo button on and "maximum" speed, still nothing happened. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this product!

Buyers and Sellers keep away from these clowns I am staying with ebay, blujay, ecrater, toucandeal. Open account with bonanza back in november 2015. Made 9 sales had a 100% rating. Next thing I knew my store was closed on 3/23/2016. To this date they have not contacted me nor can i contact them. A lot of work for nothing. Another problem with them is there is no traffic on there site unless you pay for premium rate on your sales. The rate is now 30% fee alot higher them ebay. And even at 30% you will make little to no sales at all. I make a lot more sales on ebay, blujay, ecrater, toucan deal. Bonanza has no real future in any market place. They are there own worst enemy

Tip for consumers:
keep away

Even after years of being open, this site is so very slow. You have to pay to get some advertising through Google shopping, which I understand that part of it, but some of the advertising levels are high in order to get sales, which makes the final value fees high. Bonanza itself is super (outrageously) slow in and of itself without Google shopping. Just take a look under their Sold listings and that will speak for itself. They do some other things on the site that do not make sense with a selling platform. You'd have to be on the site selling to see what I mean. I just do not recommend the site to sell on at all.

Imagine my surprise when I removed the packing tape, the packaging had already been opened. Then to my disgust 3 of the pages of pills had be accessed and over 10 pills have been removed. I did not see anywhere that this is a returned (used) product. This does not feel like a safe product.

Ordered a product, and received confirmation that they took my payment, and the order was being processed; but that's all I received! Never received the product, or any response to my inquiries! Had my credit card company reverse the charge, and I'm surely done with this company!

I used to think that the site bonanza.com and the people who own/manage the e-commerce site are to and with people who want sell products online. But what I've found is that unless you subscribe and pay for a store on bonanza there are re-direct links from sellers product pages to walmart.com pages who sell similar products to one's bonanza pages even if you have no products listed on walmart.com.
Pretty low when sellers are already paying for advertising for their products on bonanza. Kind of extortion by bonanza against the people who are selling products on bonanza.com. Have any of the individuals who make such policies ever owned a or been involved in any types of business before. That's really not standing behind your customers bonanza cake eaters.

I signed up and imported my listings from ebay to Bonanza. The status shows successful and someone named "Justin" confirmed the imports were done and just need to verify information on my account.

10 days gone by, I have not received an email for any update. When I tried to log in, the system wouldn't let me. I thought I forgot my password and I followed the steps to retrieve my password. Nothing came after I clicked reset link, and instead was shown a message on their main front page that says error. No details whatsoever. It wasn't until I contacted them that same "Justin" replied and said they had to stop my account because my account is high risk? I have good standing on ebay currently and pay my invoices on time. They don't even have a phone number to call. What a company. Don't come here.

I exposed Bonanza.com for unethical practices. Their seller refused to provide tracking information for a paid for product. Bonanza would not help me. They would not return my ph calls. When I called them out they blocked my access to the website.

Found Bonanza while searching for eBay alternatives. The site is legit; our business lists many products for sale there. However- if you are looking to become a vendor there, keep this in mind:

They charge a percentage for every sale made. While they advertise that they are less expensive to use than eBay, it is simply not true. Their base commission- the cheapest platform avaialble- may be less than eBay's, but Bonanza *charges* vendors for internet visibility. That's right- if you pick the cheapest platform, nobody sees your products via google search. You have to pick the next higher platform to get any kind of internet visibility, and that platform is instantly more expensive than selling on eBay.

EBay offers that visibility for free...

Tip for consumers:
If you want to sell- stick with eBay; it is cheaper in the long run, and you get more visibility on the internet, which equates to more sales. We are no fans of eBay, but Bonanza lies about their fees, which is a deal breaker.

Am shocked at the huge number of negative reviews - I was a veryvery small seller in 2012; I sold a few things, and had no problems with my customers, nor the site; in fact, as a new online seller, I had alot of? S, but had EXCELLENT help from their email-only customer service. So flash forward to present - I was considering reviving my account to sell again, and came across sitejabber (great site!), and these negative reviews. Whew - thank you all for your comments - even if there are many happy users of the present bonanza who haven't input - would like your comments also! - I'll avoid the site.

It's a great site to sell or buy items from. Once you get the hang of it you would have fun. They have many tools to promote and interact with other sellers. Has very nice community. I buy and sell there. The site keep improving over time. I do recommend this site to discover items, also to declutter your house/apartment and turn them to cash.

I used bonanza.com for a first time. I ordered a game from Ukraine. Game was received extremely damaged. Interesting fact it was damaged from nside, not outside which means product was shipped like that. I followed a procedure that Bonanza's email told me: went to the post office and tried to file a complaint/claim. According to the Bonanza they want you to provide complaint and pictures of the damaged items. Post master told me that there is no form for a complaint and I sender can file my claim. Sender will not reply to my inquiries and Bonanza could care less. I was waiting for their despondent for over 2 weeks. Bonanza's representative emailed me that I have to handle all communication with the seller and claim. If you don't want to go they that use other websites to buy your items.

Very poor customer support. I am new seller on Bonanza, I tried to reach them so many times during the past 3 days but no one is getting back to me. It is very hard to sell on a website where there is no customer support available to help.
