Bonanza is a fantastic eCommerce platform with excellent customer service, I'm very satisfied working with. They have real email to reply my question, not automatic email. Thank you very very much Bonanza
This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
I received the message below from Bonanza.com 3 days after I made a purchase online through their website. They informed me that the vendor was suspended from website for violation of user agreement. Where is the due diligence being performed on their vendors before they accept them on their website? It looks like I'm screwed because the vendor has not answered my message to cancel the order and refund me and as Bonanza suggested, I have started a dispute with Paypal, however, it does not look promising that I will get any sort of refund. I am extremely disappointed in Bonanza.com lack of responsibility and procedures in performing their due diligence on prospective vendors. Will never use Bonanza.com again. They owe me the refund. I shouldn't have to chase after the vendor located in Beijing China.
Here's the message from Bonanza.com to me:
The seller associated with your purchase, ricyi, has been permanently suspended from Bonanza due to a violation of our User Agreement. This activity was identified after your order was placed. To protect our users, Bonanza errs on the cautious side when dealing with such sellers, and therefore we have permanently removed them from our community. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Since this seller is no longer active on Bonanza, you may not receive the item you purchased. As such we highly recommend that you contact PayPal to file a dispute. If you completed your purchase by manually entering a debit/credit card using PayPal's guest checkout:
File a dispute via telephone: *******161 or *******178
Please have the phone number you entered on PayPal handy when contacting them so that you may quickly locate your order. If you do not remember the phone number you used when completing your payment, say "Representative" to speak to an agent for assistance.
Is running by arrogant and ignorant people. They have no clue the merchandises and let bully buyers are running the show now.
It's a scam. Sadly I tried it twice and both times no items are being sent out and sellers are uncooperative and non-responsive. SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
Question regarding setting up seller account answered very promtly and easy to understand.
Would recommend on this basis.
Great communication and customer service. Protherapysupplies had the best prices around. I would definitely buy from again.
Bonanza has great deals on all sorts of unique items. Such as these rare ariocarpus sp. And other fantastic succelents

OK now I'm scared... 73 reviews and over 75% (that's just a quick eyeball count) are bad... I mean BAD REVIEWS. Been very leery of going on with Bonanza... thats what lead me here... What buzz Kill... Lessoned Learn: Business 101- do some general research on who your about to do business with... Surprises after the fact can cost you a loss in dignity, by making a very big Preventable Mistake and Then there is the obvious. Overall financial looses that when you include the most important asset " Time investment "Calculated together your total net loses could be in the 100's of dollars
Well here is mine Bonanza heart break... I have 108 items listed. All done individually... Doing so a little over a 1 month time period. I'm at full max (paying 16%) PER SALE. 16% for using there "advertisement " affiliate search engine network. Then I signed up for there $25 per month 2nd tier of 5 total Pro upgrades. The highest level cost $200 OR $300 per Month,,,, So on top of me already maxing out their advertisement networks, my $25 upgrade is supposed to boost up my "BOOTH" recognition and bring more sales somehow... Bull$#*!... Have sold ONE (1) item- a John Deere Christmas Stocking for $11.99... LOL... Plus I get daily persuasions to sign up for their 3rd tier by them posting stats like, if you where in the "Platinum' tier you would have had an 185% better chance of a sale!... Anyway,, going to get sick if I keep writing. Its hard to fool me... welll I certainly got fooled!... l at least have a nice audit list inventory on a flash drive now... this will make listing elsewhere easier... One reminder... it is 100% free to list on Bonanza and there lowest fee is 3.5%... wonder what they do for 3.5... yell your user name out the office window?

My recommendation is AVOID BONANZA like the plague! I had a horrible experience with a seller that went by the name "Earlen." I order two items through PayPal, each a separate transaction. I followed the tracking information, but never received either item. The first purchase was sent to an address in the next state and hundreds of miles away. The second purchase was sent to an address in another city in my state but more than 100 miles from where I live. I contacted the seller multiple times requesting a refund and got now where, just responses like "what canI do for you?" I contact Bonanza multiple times and all Bonanza did was contact the seller, telling the seller that I had a question and wanted to hear from the seller. NO HELP AT ALL FROM BONANZA! I tried calling Bonanza a few times, but only got a recording in Spanish with no opportunity to leave a message or talk to someone. BONANZA IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF! I submited a claim to PayPal and am hoping to get the refund owed to me, the amount of $98.40.

I started doing business with Bonanza since 2010 and suddenly in January of this year 2015 they terminated my store for the following reason: "Reilly, Jan 22,09:26:

I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG, EVER. They did not care that I spent lot of time and effort. I had more that 2000 items for sale. I would never make businnes again with bonanzle, since they has demostrated to me that they are very unprofessional.

I was the owner of a multi-million dollar a year business years ago. The BBB came to me asking me for money for a A+ rating. I wasn't about to give them money for a bogus rating. I was able to stand on my own merit, although so many people are lead to believe that the BBB is trustworthy. It's not. I wish everyone knew this, but they don't so they continue go there for their information. Not that long ago I read a story where the BBB was trying to extort money from Wolfgang Puck for A+ rating for his famous restaurant Spago. If he didn't pay them they were going to give him a bad rating. It was big news and he told them to go F themselves. The BBB is a big fat money making racket. Nothing more, nothing less.
As for Bonanza, I'm a seller on there after having gotten kicked off of Etsy for no damn reason. I haven't had the great luck with Bonanza that I did with Etsy, but I haven't really had any problems with them either... knock on wood! Mind you, I've never purchased anything on there either. It just doesn't feel safe to me. I don't think there are too many sellers out there like myself that has integrity and great customer service. But it is what it is. I hate that we as consumers don't and can't know who to trust on the internet. It's always a crap shoot unless you buy on Amazon. If you're shopping for the best price, you may end up getting what you pay for.
I shop on Amazon because I know that I can get my money back if anything goes wrong. I've purchased thousands of items on Amazon and have never had a problem. So, it may serve you to pay an extra buck or two or five so you can have peace of mind and know that you'll get what you've paid for.
It's more like "NO"nanza instead of bonanza
After 6 months (nothing not one single sale) took the 17% option here recently and have gotten literally no where... 6 months not 1 single sale but it is free and gets me on the google searches more often. There are ADs, I believe are anti-Nonanza, you see ADs for Amazon & Ebay on your listings to GO LOOK else where they say... so counter productive for Bonanza website sellers.
I get sales all day long on other sites, but not a single sale from Nonaza... it's interesting how all the help boards are full of people patting one another on the back and tell one another "it's Ok, it will get better" but it doesn't and I don't think it's going too either, the CEO and all the cronies post there suggestions and advice like if you just keep doing what we tell you, you will succeed... chin up, turn that frown upside down, don't worry be happy crap. What we need to succeed is traffic, nobody knows this site, or that it exists there is no promotion of the site in general. In fact we as sellers are pushed to promote the site for them... EXCUSE ME? What would my commission be paying for then? I have had in the last week 97 item views and zero booth views... how is that possible? Well not to mention before you even start out the month in review, you look like you have 40 views it's like a leader... Ohhh, 40 views! No you didn't it's a spoof on other websites I get this and more a day... woohoo a whooping 57 views a week and NO SALES let me get all excited... I sell on 5 sites and this is the only one that is completely none productive.
On the boards? Look but don't participate, yes a huge clique and you have to give up equal to your first born son to be accepted, but it's a lions den they will turn on you, just frown once and see what happens I have seen them tear people apart for asking if anyone makes any money on the website... a legit question!
I am new to Bonanza as a seller. I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this site! Everything you need to do is so easy from listing, to importing, everything! It has a very clean feel which is great. I still haven't sold anything but is has only been a week.
As far as everyone complaining about not recieving their items... believe it or not this happens on every site there is. You are confusing the actions of the seller with the actions of the site. When you purchase something from any seller you should be looking at feedback. This is the one most important thing that will give you the biggest idea of a sellers reputation. Anyone who sells and has great feedback is not going to do anything to ruin that reputation. You have no idea how hard it is to get people to leave feedback. If you see someone with great feedback you can pretty much feel good about buying from them. Also, another good indicator is if the seller responds to questions within a reasonable amount of time. I sell on three sites and at least four times a day I go through all of them to see if anyone has left any questions.
Reality is that any site can only do so much to prevent the bad sellers from scamming people. Bonanza is a site where Sellers sell... you really shouldn't look at it like you are buying from Bonanza, you are buying from the Sellers. It really is up to the Buyer to not just look for the cheapest item they can find, but to buy from a seller who will openly display their feedback and take the time to respond to any help needed. That is any Buyers best shot for a positive experience.
What I have seen in my first week at Bananza is that it has a great flow for selling. The setup is great. Hopefully it will match the sales my other sites have!
People should not be complaining and blaming Bonanza for unscrupulous Sellers, they are on every site on the internet. Besides looking for the best price, also look at the Seller.
Smh omg wyd. Save yourself the time and money... stop now before its to late and you lost your money
Sellers on this site advertise falsely, claiming items are new when they are not. And the site does NOTHING about it.
The product was just as it was described and the price was very good. I recieved the item in a timely maner
I shopped at woodington's for burberry cologne and they literally shipped it within minutes of ordering! Great service thx

I purchased a product through the Bonanza website 10/15/17 at 6:45 p.m. I paid extra money for shipping cost. The seller stated that I did not pay extra money for shipping. I spoke with the post office they said I had paid extra for shipping. My estimated shipping dates were based off of the seller shipping the product out on 10/16/17. The seller however did not ship product out until 10/18/17. So it arrived 10/21/17 when I needed the product 10/20/17. The seller has refused to give me my money back and is charging me a 20% restocking fee when the mistake was hers. I have contacted Bonanza via phone calls and email. I just keep receiving automated messages that the situation is being investigated and will be resolved. The automated email I received did inform me that the seller has a 24-48 hour window to ship the product. The item I purchased was not shipping in the 24-48 hour window. I can't get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. I would have never purchased from this website had I known it was a 3rd party connecting me to a 3rd party. The website does not make this clear when you order. The seller and I have exchanged a few not so pleasant words. Due to the fact that SHE DIDN'T FOLLOW THE 24-48 hour shipping policy in place by bonanza. She then stated I didn't pay extra for shipping yet my order and the post office both say I did. She is stealing my money and trying to get more money out of me when she didnt follow the companys policies and she didnt give me the shipping that I paid for. I paid 8 extra dollars for shipping she is saying I paid for standard shipping. I can show the proof on a bank receipt how much I paid. The seller is LORENASWORTH
The 2 day shipping took six days! The price was good. I will never buy from them again.
WELL I HAVE READ ALOT OF REVIEWS ABOUT BONANZA. THIS IS MY TAKE FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I HAVE BEEN A SELLER FOR ABOUT A YEAR. I SELL PREOWNED AND NEW WOMEN, MEN & CHILDREN SHOES. I AM ALSO A EBAY POWERSELLER. EBAY IS PRETTY DARN GOOD. BONANZA IS STILL IN IT'S GOTTA GET THERE STAGE. I FEEL WHEN IT GETS THERE IT WILL BE A TOUGH COOKIE ALSO. I DO SELL ABOUT 2-3 ITEMS PER MONTH MAYBE SOMETIMES MAXIMUM 5. IT DOES NO GOOD FOR ME TO HAVE THE PREMIUM SUBSCIPTION PACKAGES AT THIS TIME I HAVE THE PLATINUM PACKAGE WHICH IS $70 PER MONTH. I MAKE NO MORE SALES THAN I DO WITHOUT IT. I AM GONNA CANCEL IT. I LIKE THAT I CAN IMPORT ITEMS FROM MY EBAY STORE 1000+ ITEMS. WHEN A ITEM SELLS ON BONANZA IT COMES OFF EBAY VICE VERSA. I LOVE THE PLATFORM. SALES JUST NEED TO GROW IN WHICH I AM WAITING IT OUT WITH PATIENCE. I HAVE A GUT FEELING THAT ANYTHING WORTH HAVING IS WORTH WAITING ON. I FEEL THIS WILL BE WORTH MY WAIT. I ONLY PAY WHEN A ITEM SELLS SO IT COST ME NOTHING TO SIT IT OUT. PLEASE CHECK ME OUT AT absolutelyjlees on Bonanza. ALSO DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY OTHER EBAY ALTERNATIVES THAT TRULY SELL ITEMS? I WOULD LIKE TO GET A FEW MORE THAT WILL PAY OFF. TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING.
Mark D is a guard dog $#*! sent from Mr. Bonanza
