This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter. Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.
I was a loyal seller on Bonanza for a few years until they just shut me down without warning while I still had packages to send to my customers. They took the money that was paid to me in my account and I could never recover it. Bonanza had great potential but it has been ruined by pettiness and greed. I had great and loyal customers who stuck with me but Bonanza did not care.
I tried Bonanza.com for the first time 3 weeks ago. I purchased an item only to discover after it arrived that the seller was from Venezuela. Bonanza does NOT disclose that unlike Amazon and eBay. Additionally, the items that arrived were NOT as described and when I complained the seller ignored my complaint and Bonanza said too bad and that I should file a claim with Paypal which AGAIN is not like eBay or Amazon and refused to refund my money. Effectively, the dump the responsibility of a buyer getting their money back after they are ripped off onto Paypal. Basically, Bonanza does not care if you get ripped off when buying from their site.
Bonanza.com is crooked only protects the seller and cares nothing about the buyer.
I would have given them a ZERO star rating if I could.
There should be a No Star rating. Bonanza is the worst. I get an email about once a month to log in and sell at my store. I respond to the email they send me and of course I can't log in. I go to Bonanza.com and I can't log in. Who are these people that rate it highly? I have been an eBay seller for 17 years. I hate eBay and their stupid foolish decisions. But they make Bonanza look good.

I had an account but after a while I couldn't log in anymore because my account didn't exist. I couldn't create a new account because I already had an account. I clicked on Forgot Username. They did not send the link. I clicked on Forgot Password they did not send the link. I tried several times. I even created a new email address and tried it all again. Nuthin.

I used to shop religiously at Bonanza until a seller cheated me out money for an item I didn't receive. Seller did give me my money back but was rude and arrogant. So i gave the seller a negative rating. Ugly $#*! Bonanza decided to side with seller and reinstate that sellers feedback and I got poor rating from seller. Bonanza is inconsiderate of its consumers and dont care if you get scammed or not. Glad I left that website in 2010 and I see its not doing so much better today.

This is the THIRD time I have purchased from this website and this vendor. You can't go wrong. Love the items and even had to return one which I thought would be a problem but it was a piece of cake. Everyone should be this easy to work with!
I ordered a shirt for my friend around Christmas time. Even after reading the reviews, I tried it anyway. When I did not receive my item a month later, I contacted the store, who never replied. I then contacted the company itself to be told by them that that buyer had been banned from their website. They were banned but the company didn't refund their orders? Instead of refunding me, they told me to dispute it with PayPal. Never received the product. Never buying from this website again.
Site is a total scam. Within minutes of my order I was told the seller was a fraud and had been removed then told to file a PayPal claim. I filed and bonanza claimed my product had been delivered (it had not) so my claim was denied. Scam artists, don't give them your money.
I ordered 4 items through Bonanza on the same date. Two weeks later I have received tracking information for just 1 item which should arrive today... keep fingers crossed. 1 item supposedly was shipped but no tracking information was given. I have contacted the seller several times but am not hearing back. Bonanza did notify me the other 2 items' sellers were banned from their site now and I put in a claim through Paypal to get my money back. This seems to be the way Bonanza works... we provide you with a boat load of fraudulent sellers and if you have a problem we don't care, go to Paypal or go to BBB to file a claim which I'm sure will be the response I get from the Bonanza idiot replying to all these negative reviews.

First and last time buying on Bonanza. The site said the seller was in the USA... they were not, it was a scam from Russia. Odd how Bonanza is blocking my leaving any feedback... and Bonanza has no real buyers protection and gives zero help when frauded on there site. You have to use Amazon's and PayPal's claim sites.

We had a bonanza.com account multiple times. Each time we tried to a sell on Bonanza we found that the admin read our emails. They would ban or close our shop at the drop of a hat if they didn't like the least bit of what was said in the private emails. Our store would even get shut down if a person would ask about layaway before we could even reply. Bonanza goes so far as to make random accounts to ask sellers questions just so they can ban you for your reply. Bonanza has even refused to allow others we know of having a store, or any kind of an account because their user name may resemble or be the same as a past user. To top off all of their sneaking underhanded practices the Traffic sucks. Noone wants to visit a site they just cant trust. No one can trust bonanza.com

If you want to sell on-line there are many places but Bonanza I would NOT recommend. They do not work with their sellers or communicate with them. Very Light traffic and crazy requirements that you do not even realize you have violated until they decide to close your store. No warning and no responses to repeated attempts to find out what the issue was. I am selling on many different sites and this one I am glad to be away from. You may not beleive what I am saying and that is fine. You are free to find out for yourself. Just don't say you were not warned.

Bonanza is a middle man and can't help you with a dispute "reach out to the seller". I have and the seller doesn't respond. I ordered something that I searched for and it came up on Bonanza. I ordered item December 20,2017 and today is January 15,2018 with no merchandise, response from seller or refund of my money. I filed a dispute with PayPal with the response "no unauthorized use" which means no refund.
This site offers so many great items. I've bought unique jewelry that I've never seen on any other site. My new favorite place to spend shopping time online! Using my paypal was easy and I have received all items that I have ordered.
No clue what they are doing. Some fly-by-night BS operation. Offers to sell things not for sale, no communication with their sellers, no responsibility, and unless you are gold or premium they wont even talk to you. I know Ebay has fees, but they are there to pay for people to give a crap about you when you buy or sell on their site. Bonanza isn't a 2nd rate Ebay, it's more like a 4th world country with a corrupt government in power and out of touch with reality.

Site is user-friendly enough and the available products were decent at a decent price. But I made a pretty significant purchase as a Christmas gift. A couple days after making purchase, received a notice from Bonanza to the effect that the seller was no longer associated with their site. The message was friendly but VERY vague as to how this affected my holiday gift purchase. (Because seller was "no longer associated" did that mean I wouldn't get it? Should I contact my credit card company to stop payment?) I was promised in the email that a service rep named "Matt" would be happy to respond to any questions. Well, that was a crock. Sent three emails with greater urgency each time and -- crickets. Sent to multiple addresses too -- including their customer support address! Again -- crickets. Fortunately, the seller actually did send out the item before he left Bonanza and I have it in hand now -- no thanks to Bonanza!

I purchased a piece of furniture from a seller (nellydeals) instead of another source, only to get an email days later that they didn't actually have the item and it would be weeks or more to get it. Of course, by that time, the other seller had sold their item, so I am 'out of luck'. Selling things you don't have is unethical, besides being illegal. They say they are refunding my money, but that doesn't get me the furniture I could have gotten from someone else at the time they 'sold' me something.

I signed up for a Bonanza account years ago but never sold anything there. I tried to log in a while back to make a purchase and now they claim I owe them $8 from 2010 (though they can't provide any specific details to why I owe this) and a $25 reinstatement fee. So they want me to pay them $33, just to gain access to their site so I can make a purchase. If sellers out there are wondering why their items aren't selling, this could be one big reason for it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Bonanza.com is a strong and committed company. Their prices are very reasonable and what they sell is what you expect... that would be an excellent product or software at an incredibly good price. Take a look at what they offer as you need not worry that it is as promised because they do stand beside your purchase. *****
Paid for a product that I did not receive! Received error message every time I tried to contact the so called "seller"! No contact at all from the "seller"! Have placed a complaint with my credit card in hopes that I will receive a refund! PLEASE stick to the trusted and safe e-commerce markets that have been proven!

As much as I hate to say this, but stock with eBay or Amazon! The sellers on Bonanza are terrible! It's been a month and I'm still trying to deal with 'MySupply' to refund my money or to delivery the items I ordered! They lied to me staying they don't have it in stock, yet I saw it on bonanza at a higher price, so I tested out their honesty and the second order was delivered in a week. They said they still didn't have the inventory for the first order (cause it was so cheap). So they won't delivery the items nor refund my money! I contacted Bonanza's customer service and they were useless! It's a seller they host on their website and they should be proactive if the seller is trying to scam the buyer. Yet, they do nothing! Except sorry, contact PayPal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! What a joke! This site is terrible!

Wish I had seen all these reviews prior to purchasing from this site. What a ripoff! I ordered a baby gate from Bonanza, and after three weeks, I had not received it and could not get a response from the seller. I filed a claim in their joke of an Order Resolution Center, but two weeks later, I have not heard back from them either. I just sent their "customer support team" another complaint, but I highly doubt I'll get anything back. I'm working with PayPal to get a refund, so we'll see. In the meantime, I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully everyone else that has experienced these issues is doing the same thing so that this scam of a website will get shut down.

Bonanza is like eBay. The website itself is great but you have to be wary of bad sellers. They have reviews for the buyers so you can check what previous buyers think of the seller. I personally bought stuff off here and it was great. The sellers I bought from were nice, shipped quickly, and contacted me when my order was shipped.
