I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
This company ships their merchandise out of Mumbai India - so be prepared for THAT insanity. I ordered 3 medium sized pictures. It's been over a month and still no pictures. They missed their deliver by date with No notice. When I called customer service they were dismissive, said they'd expedite aaand nothing. That was two weeks ago. Just order from a shutterfly and save yourself the stress.
I ordered a huge amount of prints of my artwork. Spent over 655.00. This wasn't my first time ordering from them. My previous experience was good, but I had ordered the heavier, thicker prints. This time I ordered their feather-lite weight prints. It was a mistake. I had to take about half of them apart to try to get the waves and bumps out of the canvas. Then, when I tried to fit them in frames that were supposed to fit the size I ordered, they were too small and most of them were crooked. The images were okay, but a little too saturated. That could have been my fault in the images I sent. I also would have liked to be able to reduce the image sizes to fit better on the format. I didn't see a way to do that on the website. It's almost embarrassing to try to sell these as valid art prints. I'm not sure I will give them another chance even with the heavier prints I had ordered previously.

We ordered a large canvas print as a gift. When it arrived, it was so dark, you couldn't even make out the picture. Had to reorder from someone else. 2nd company sent it quicker, for less money and actually looked great using the exact same picture. I Do NOT recommend CanvasChamp.

They are from India. That is not disclosed. I wanted a local printer. They stated they were in California. Then I received prints that were beyond horrible. The individual who printed my work didn't size them correctly and the look beyond pixelated even though I sent massive files for them to work with. Lots of scratches and smudges! The quality of ink is disgusting despite what they charge. Now I can't upload any proof here as it needs to be small file sizes. Under 5mb. Walmart did a way better job!

I placed 2 orders for some prints, cups, an apron and pillows. The pillow quality and fabric is horrible, they are no straights and look nothing like the picture because the seems are just terrible and thick and fabric is like plastic. Sequence pillows are so horrible, the color of the print is all wrong, instead of being light grey it's brown. Threads are hanging because it's not overlocked and overall it's terrible quality, sequence has white spots and it's very sparce. Just totally low quality. Apron made just as bad and it was not packed in plastic or anything and came with spots all over. My second order of prints is also screwed up. I said I want to send it back and get a refund and was denied offering me to keep is and wash it. Perhaps I need to take it all apart and sew it together again to look straights and neat? I will have no choice but to back charge my cc and have them deal with my cc! Id you want to work in USA you should have appropriate customer satisfaction rules.

This company is a joke. Ordered prints on glass for my daughters birthday on 8/1/2020.
Had to call them and was told because of the covid there was a postal delay. Well finally just got a shipping update on 8/12/2020 which means it didnt even leave their facility till then. Whats worse never realized its was in India!
Checked the fed ex site today. It is still in India. So if your looking for a timely order this is NOT the company you should use
Upon receipt my items were damaged and I have had no luck getting the correct size reprinted. Literally, the worst customer service ever. I am certain I won't see the damaged items in the correct dimensions as I am fighting them tooth and nail even with photographs. This is an outsourced company with subpar product and very subpar customer service. Seriously buy anywhere else before these guys.

The prints on metal were good. Obviously, the better the photo you submit, the better your purchase will be. I only gave 4 stars because the shipping updates were really confusing. Don't know if that was due to CanvasChamp or FedX.

Awful company. Placed an order December 1st. Had a GUARANTEE delivery by December 21st. They hadn't even shipped it by then. I called them and emailed them. I was told "not to worry, we promise it will be there by December 24th". Guess what? It's December 24th and the gift I ordered for my girlfriend for Christmas is NOT here. Do not order from this company. Check the reviews online, awful service and the do not care or stand behind their guarantee. If you want a good laugh, go on their website and read their "confirmed reviews" and then do your own search online and see what people really think and put up with from them.

I did not know my product was sent with a signature receipt required (under $40 value). It was sent back because I was not home to sign for it due to my work schedule. They made me pay for shipping again. It's ridiculous and unreasonable as I already paid for shipping.

Well, to add my voice, I ordered on June 6th. It is now July 18th. Stiiiill waiting. The ONLY way to get a response is through chat on Facebook. UK doesn't even have a phone number! There IS an address, for which I found the number. But it's not them. I would still like what I ordered, so maybe now it can be a xmas present (!) Also annoyed that it's actually India. Not happy that I'm sending images of my relatives halfway across the world, instead of just London. Dodgy.

I ordered 4 canvases which I received couple months later from INDIA. The quality was very poor. All were blurry. One did not even have the whole picture on the canvas. In early May I reached out to customer service. I reached out in early May via the online chat but got no responses. I got an email back acknowledging the missed chats. I responded and explained the issue and was asked to resend the original photos. I was surprised they didn't have that. I sent the original photos after a week. Today I got a response that due to the 90 day limitation they cannot reprint or refund me my money. Their lack of customer service (which others here have commented on here) and the poor quality of the canvases is appalling. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Don't waste your money.
I received my pictures promptly and they are beautiful. I was very impressed with the packaging which protected the large pictures very well. I'm thrilled to look up and see my daughters back yard every day.

1st order was shipped with 1 peice of cardboard and saran wrap. It came heavily damaged to the metal prints. Replacement order also arrived with numerous chips and warped for metal prints. The canvas wrap is made with cheap products. It ships from India.

I ordered a canvas print of a beautiful image I purchased from a seller on etsy. I purchased it with a proof, 30x40 inches, and with a white border. I got the proof I want to say less than 24 hours after submitting it. I received it a day early and the canvas is beautiful–well packaged, perfectly printed, stunning. We're very happy with this canvas we got for only $58 including shipping. Much recommended, legit.
I ordered a photo puzzle that had "delivery by feb 23". It didn't appear on shipping until that day. It didn't leave the plant until the day after. I understand shipping delays due to covid but the product wasn't even ready by then. Not only that, it came from india (even though I ordered from Canada from a Canadian website) and had $20 of duty charges! Nowhere on the order did it say there may be duties or extra fees, plus I wouldn't have thought it would coming from a Canadian company! I'm asking for a refund but i haven't heard anything from customer service. Very unhappy over here.
Edit: finally got a hold of a human at canvaschamp and they refunded my shipping fees ($15) and promised that the duty would be paid, but that's not confirmed yet.

I ordered metal prints during their black Friday sale, guaranteed to arrive on Dec 14th. As that day approached, I saw online my order was still "in production." I contacted them via chat and they offered no explanation but assured me they would put a rush on it. When the delivery date passed, I called. This time they informed me they had run out of metal and weren't sure when more would get there, but that they have an order coming and would be quickly filling backorders as soon as it arrives. They offered a refund, but I won't be able to get that kind of deal again elsewhere since black Friday is over. So my parents are just going to have wait indefinitely for their Christmas gift. Worst part to me is that no one was going to tell me this. I had to call them to get answers. Horrible.

Placed an order, processed payment. Never got an order number. Products were still in cart. Put in Chat, where was told another dept. would need to handle it, then Chat ended. Called twice, disconnected, called again then told I would need to prove I paid and it would take a week to resolve. Sent an email through their site that this order is canceled, and removed items from the cart. If the charge is not credited, will dispute it through my bank. This is just not right, nor the way a reputable company would work.
