I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
I have used Canvas Champ several times for the production of my canvas prints. I have always been very happy with their quality and pricing. They are one of the few canvas print producers that put a solid backing on the canvas which prevents sagging of the canvas.
However, my most recent order of five large canvas prints arrived with two of the prints damaged from their shipment to me. It has taken me a while to get a response from them but I believe they are now in the process of replacing the two prints. Up to now I have never had any problems with the quality of their work and I continue to use them. I've also given their name to other professional photographers and recomended them.
As of right now I'm still waiting for the replacements so I can't give them any rating at this point, but I'm very hopeful they will do what they have said they will do and the new prints will arrive soon.
I paid (a lot) extra for expedited delivery - ordering specifically from a company that appeared to be based in USA and Canada so that they could deliver on a tight(er) timeline. After submiting order I went back/forth with support on the artwork and specifically made sure of the rush and asked if they would deliver. I was assured - oh yeah, single print like this will be no problem. Then the day of the order, instead of delivery I get an email to find out they're just then sending to production (in India no less!) and that it would be impossible for my delivery on time. Great - I ordered on June 30 for delivery by July 7th as a wedding present for July 8th wedding reception... only to find out that I now have hours left to scramble and find a new present. Absolutely horrible experience, wish I'd have read online reviews more carefully and gone with a different print company. Buyer beware, can't speak to product quality but service is horrible.

We are extremely sorry for this, we do everything we can to get the order delivered in time however sometimes it does get delayed due to logistic, proof imageing etc in your case based on what you have written it looks like it was delayed due to proof imaging. What you could have done is called us or connected with our customer service through our online webchat services and could have resolved it immediately and that could have saved a lot of time. Having said that still we consider this as an error and appropriate feedback will be shared with the concerned team. Been a MNC we have various production houses so it can be shipped from any location as mentioned on the website we never mentioned that it will be sent from any one particular location itself. I have ordered small 5x7 canvas wraps a few times from Canvas Champ and they have been great. I really like them a lot. I have also ordered larger canvas wraps, 24x36, and while the product is great the packaging has been very light duty. Since these ship from India, there is lots of opportunity for damage. I think 4 of my large canvas orders have had damage. Canvas Champ has re-printed and shipped me new ones every time. My last order the reprint came in damaged as well. I'm kinda over it.

Because of the price, I was able to have a 24"x36" canvas print of a photo of mine that was accepted into a nationally juried photography exhibition. Generally, it is not worth it to enter photographic art to an exhibition, because after the cost of printing, framing, and the gallery commission (35% to 50%) I make very little profit, not worth my time and effort. Because I was able to get a large print on canvas, I was able to avoid framing expenses, which was great. The image was just a little out of focus, but good enough.

I was thrilled to get my order. Ordering was easy. I thought pricing was reasonable. Prints looked fabulous (I was concerned the colors wouldn't be good - but they were great). Prints came quickly. Would give five stars but the picture hanger I chose for the back was positioned off-center so, I'm constantly leveling the print on the wall. I will order from CanvasChamp again.

I used canvas champ for the first time this year, for a new restaurant I was opening up. They were having technical difficulties and I was supposed to receive my canvases by December 7 because the restaurant was opening on December 11.2018 I paid extra shipping cost in order to get it here on time. Well, it did not happen I did not receive my canvases until the 18th or 19th of December. But I wanted to give them a good review because they did what they said they would do, which is refund my shipping cost and they gave me a 10% discount on my canvases. When I received them I was pleasantly surprised at their quality. They are beautiful, I am very happy with them and I will use them again in the future. My recommendation is that if you do order from them, they come from India and they take a long time to receive. But otherwise wonderful quality!
This is my 3rd or 4th order. Very impressed with quality. These are canvas prints of my digital paintings and I was worried the resolution would be too pixelated but not the case with this even a 24"x36"

I love my print - colors turned out well. I spent the extra feature on making sure the colors were rich enough. The frame was dinged a little and wish they put protectors on the corners of the frame---. It's wrapped really well otherwise.

This is the second time I purchased an acrylic block - encased photo. Last time, 2 years ago, I had to return it do to poor quality, but this time, the quality was excellent and the delivery was fast. CanvasChamp was the ONLY vendor offering a 5" x 5" size and I was happy to find them because I had to have that size. I have encased 5 photos of grandchildren over the years and I have found that the exact dimensions vary slightly (quality control poor) and the thicknesses have decreased and no longer available in the thickest size (cost cutting).

The hangers are placed at the top of the frame which doesn't allow any slack to form a bow. The wire (not included, another negative) has to be stretched very tightly so that it won't be visible on the wall. Usually wire connecters are located 6 inches below the top of the frame to allow for a bow to form just below the top of the frame and not show on the wall. The sawtooth hangers are better (for smaller prints), but cost extra.

I ordered a 3d acrylic photo block for my wife for Mother's Day. Placed the order on April 25th (2.5 weeks before Mother's Day) and I received the final product on May 24th (more than a week after Mother's Day). Not only that, I had to follow-up multiple times for an update with CanvasChamp's service team.
Once I finally received the finished product, the photo block was not created according to the specifications that I requested. And not only that, the photo on the block was off-center.
Extremely disappointed with the business, service, and product. I will not be using CanvasChamp again.

Wasn't able to find the place to put the promo coupon. Couldn't understand how to make a vertical print, only saw horizontal templates there. Order came weeks after it was promised. So I missed a gallery opening. Ordered 21 16X20 canvases. So I should've gotten a better deal.

My first purchase of a metal print came with white smudges in the foreground. Not acceptable.
The photo I submitted was a 6,000 x 4,000 jpg from my Nikon Z5. It was tack sharp.
They remade the metal print. This time, it was not as sharp as the original metal print. It was unacceptable.
I gave up on CanvasChamp.
Tip for consumers:
Poor quality control. I won't use them again.
Neither the original nor the replacement were acceptable.
I can't recommend CanvasChamp.

I sent in a rather fuzzy picture of my daughter and her boyfriend who asked her to marry him with the Queen Mary in the background. My daughter and her fiancé were quite happy with the picture and the frame. I'm sure they will have it as a memory for the rest of their lives.

Shipping from China so good luck with any type of refund if you don't like it. And there is plenty to not like - poor quality! Scuffs and marks on the canvas, poor assembly, damaged edges - AND NOT FROM SHIPPING.
Product missed an anniversary by 2 weeks and another month to get a replacement that is also crap. Horrible - even if it was free at a garage sale I would not take it.

I knew my pillow would be small, but I didn't think it would be as small as it was. It was a cut out of my granddaughters new puppy. It was pretty sad looking, so I gave it to the dog as a dog toy and purchased a different pillow from another company. Maybe some suggestions on the website would help. FYI - if the dog is sitting and will have one leg "cut out", it will look like it has a pencil for a leg! Also, instead of shipping it "flat", it came folded over in a ball and was hard to smooth out.

I ordered 2 40x40 inch canvases with our church logo on them.
The look was sharp and professional.
It did take 2 weeks to receive but with the price I paid and the quality of the canvases it was worth it.
