I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
I've ordered from other canvas print providers before, but never have I had so many options from which to choose, and at a fair price. Your business model is working with me!
We just got back from vacation, and had a really good picture of us, So I decided to get it printed by CanvasChamp! She loved the gift and was thrilled:-)

What a bad experience! I ordered lots of items, received them nearly a month later, and there were many quality issues--including their packaging person taped directly on the front of the tile photos I ordered, leaving residue. There were scratches, poor-quality prints, and the cuts weren't straight. I submitted a ticket to give them a chance to correct the situation. They sent me a new order, not including one of the original items, and everything was even worse quality.
Now, they're asking me to submit pictures of the front and back of every single item they sent. Their customer service assumes if they take enough time and ask for a ton of effort, you won't follow through.
They do not include an invoice with return information in your package, probably because their website guarantees quality that they can't produce. My professional-quality photos were printed out grainy and horrible. In one picture, you can't tell the difference between my child's head and the blue water behind him.
I've learned my lesson--don't use this company, or bannerbuzz, their parent company.

Do not use this site for anything you want to come out at the quality you expect. Customer service is utterly unhelpful.

This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I placed a large canvas order for Christmas presents. When I ordered (on December 5th, 2020) it said my order would arrive BEFORE December 25th. My order has still NOT shipped, it's not even ready and it's now the 14th! When I try and contact customer service, I get the same crap response of "we are sorry your order will be late" but they don't offer anyway to fix it. I opened a ticket to upgrade my shipping, it is an option in their drop down to submit a help ticket for your order. I chose those to pay more for shipping to make sure my order gets here on time. The repose I received was "were sorry it isn't an option to upgrade shipping" then why on earth do they allow that to be a drop down option!?!? I have attached a photo showing it's an option but they just refuse to help. TERRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Save yourself the hassle and money and order from a legit company.

I had an image printed large, 30x36, and framed. At first I was impressed. It came in a wood box instead of a cardboard box and at glance it looked great but when I went to actually hang it I noticed issues.
(1) The print out had folded or crumpled before they mounted it and instead of printing a new one they just went ahead and used the crumpled one. Maybe on a photo that would be unnoticable but it's pretty clear on this mostly white poster
(2) They put 2 mounting hooks on the back but they are not aligned. The one on the left is 13cm from the top. The one on the right is 12.4cm from the top
(3) I also had them print 8 other images at 8x10 but not framed. They threw them in the back of this frame loosely which meant some of them fell in transit and their corners were crumpled. I'd have thought they'd put them in some envelope with a card or something to keep that from happening.
I loved their website but I won't be ordering from them again after this experience.

I bought two mugs with "personalized" designs. They sent me two blank mugs... with nothing on them. Their customer service is awful. Please stay away from these shameless scammers.
I have been quite pleased with the quality, speed, overall ease of ordering and customer service with any issues. I would have given a 5-star rating; however, twice now I've experienced issues with the lamination process being a bit damp before the plastic wrap is applied for shipping which causes crease marks where the lamination comes off the canvas when taking the plastic wrap off. It's not too big of a deal unless the piece is being hung on a bright wall where the sunlight might reach it. That being said, customer service has been excellent and I'm given a choice if I want a replacement at no charge or a discount on my next item.
The nine canvases I most recently purchased were for a customer of mine and these were to be enlarged a great deal; the largest measuring 54" x 36". I purchased some software that would take my photo from an iphone X and give it the highest amount of dots per inch when enlarging the digital image before sending to Canvas Champs. Their prices were the best after doing an exhaustive search of many companies. They did an amazing job with color, the 1.5" frames extremely sturdy and what I love best - they adhere the canvas to a masonite board! This gives the piece great stability and no concern of warping or sagging of the canvas fabric. This is the only company I have found that does this. I highly recommend Canvas Champs and will order from them again.

The masonite backing board is wonderful because there is added stability and you never need to worry about the canvas sagging or getting torn accidentally.

Let me give you a little warning about a place called Canvas Champs. I wanted to get some of my photos made on canvas. I found a company who offered me a great price and so I purchased a couple of canvases. They were beautiful. But somehow over the past year, they have decided not to produce such quality prints as they did to begin with. They printed one picture of a grizzly bear for me, and when it arrived, it came damaged because they put two prints together and forced it into the other canvas. It left a great big impression all the way around and you can see that on the photo. So I called him up and told him I was unhappy. This was December 6 and on January 10 they decided to finally fill my order and send it to me. When it came, the print was beautiful but they were smudges all over it. I cannot use this and I cannot sell it because of this imperfection. I had to call today again, and finally they agreed to give me a refund for the print only and not the shipping. This company is a total rip off in my opinion, and I'm sorry that they had to be this way because their first products were wonderful. Remember that name, Canvas Champs, and do yourself a favor and don't use them.
I want to apologize to the other photographers that I told to use this company.
A lesson learned at my expense. Please look at the photos below, and you can see exactly what they've done.

I will NEVER buy another thing from this company. Very unprofessional absolutely horrible I will be throwing my prints in the trash. They were supposed to be Christmas presents but they aren't fit to do anything with. One of the prints even had a staple embedded in one of the faces. The top of one of them has the ear of one person and the eyes of the other person. Thank goodness I ordered them early because of course I needed to reorder them from a PROFESSIONAL! Thanks for NOTHING! DO NOT trust this company with your loved ones prints.
