I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
Please don't waste your time or your money on this service! Had I seen the reviews before I ordered I NEVER would have given them my money. I placed an order on May 3rd, it was an order of a photo puzzle for my nephew's birthday and smaller canvas prints for my mother for mothers day. I knew the prints would not come in time but I didn't receive anything until 3 weeks later. Part of that was understandable because of the COVID-19 crisis, but I only received the puzzle print. It is now June 9th and I haven't received a single one of the print that I ordered for my mom. They have changed me already for the items. I have now had to email customer service several times and they STILL acted like they have no idea at first! I never worked with such terrible service and customer service.
The only issue that I had was that the prints were to be delivered on Monday. When FEDEX stopped to deliver the package, no one was home to sign for the delivery. I uploaded my signature, so I thought FEDEX would deliver the next day. They would not attempt to redeliver my package. I had to go to the FEDEX facility to pick up my package later in the week. Other than that, my experience was a great one.
My blanket looks horrible I wanna cry, I waited almost 2 weeks when I was told the order would be next day shipping, one week went by MY ORDER WAS DELAYED just for it to get here and all the pictures and words are blurry asf I am so unsatisfied with this I will never order from there again

I order a picture on metal and order the hangers with it. They did not send me the hanger and I reached out to them and they wanted a picture of the back and uploaded to them before they would provide. I explained it was a Christmas gift and already wrapped… they said sorry tgey couldn't help me. Poor customer service

I was lured in by a coupon (FROM THERE WEBSITE) that was supposed to take 60% off of my order. That would have made buying from them the cheapest option by far! So I made the mistake of going with them. Never before in my life has a website ever not honored a coupon, especially not one that they offered directly form their website. Ultimately I was charged the full amount minus $. 01 for the coupon. Customer service refused to accept that there was any error in their system even though 60% of $100+ is certainly not anywhere near $. 01.
I was called a liar by their phone customer service team. Ignored by their email customer service team. And now here I am, 2 weeks later. The package was supposed to arrive last Friday and yet it has not even shipped. I am getting nowhere with any of their customer service.
THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
Made an order on 9th April and paid for expedited service to arrive by 16th April. It is a gift for a loved one on their birthday which is on the 16th. Website says printing is completed within 24-48hours and is shipped. Today is the 14th and no shipment yet and when I make inquiries I get blanket responses. I got a fedex notification that the product should arrive on the 19th once they receive it, which they haven't.
The company is shipping from India. Wow. Had I known this I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. So far very bad experience.

This company is terrible. They messed up on multiple pictures and finally they told me they would give me a refund on one of them. They gave me 10 dollars on a 300 dollar order. THEY ARE A SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT USE THEM. There customer service is terrible and no one can communicate properly. Please say safe.

I have ordered from Canvas Champ numerous times. My most recent order consisted of canvas and metal prints ranging from 12" x 12" to 24" x 36", including several custom sizes for panoramic landscapes. I also ordered a large photo blanket for a gift.
When the order arrived, two of the items—a metal print and large canvas—had noticeable flaws which had escaped CC's quality control the first time around. I sent pictures documenting the flaws and they were reprinted and sent to me promptly, this time both perfect.
The blanket had not been shipped with the canvas and metal prints the first time around. Upon investigation, CC concurred and sent me the blanket separately. Its quality exceeded my expectations, much plusher and nicer than I was expecting. Well done, CC!
I might have settled on 4 stars, in view of the mishaps; however, the test of a company isn't always getting it right the first time and every time, because we're human and mistakes are inevitable. The real test, in my view, is how a company responds in these types of situations, when a mistake has been made, and on this basis, the 5-star review is warranted.

I ordered a canvas and mousepad the first week of October. NEVER received the package. Now they expect ME to track it down … I did receive an email from a representative in INDIA telling me to locate the package and pick it up! It was held up in Texas and Memphis for weeks! I live in Michigan! NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN! Buy locally! I STILL don't have the merchandise! I have to find it and pick it up!

UPDATE 4/8/22: I will give this company an "A" for making things right. The damaged (bent) metal print was redone and packaged so well it took me ten minutes and some elbow grease to get it open. (See the first three photos below) The print is perfect, though I still don't like the hanging attachments on the back. All that being said, for this product, in the future I will look elsewhere, even if it costs a little more.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I will not use this company again. I have ordered two different metal prints, and both arrived damaged because of extremely poor packaging.
They wrap the print in one layer of thin foam packing material, then "package" it with two pieces of thin fiberboard (cardboard, basically) that is slightly larger than the print. This "board" is a little over 1/16" thick. There is NO corner protection for the print. They use shrink wrap all around to hold together the two pieces of fiberboard.
The first print I ordered came with one corner bent (curled up). The second one came bent in the center because both pieces of fiberboard had broken in half.
Tip for consumers:
You get what you pay for. The prices are very good, but the quality of the product leaves much to be desired. Metal prints come with four blocks of white painted wood, two of which have holes drilled in them for hanging the print. It's not a "finished look" from the side. Their packaging is horrible. Two different orders arrived damaged because of flimsy packaging.
UPDATE 4/08/22: They reprinted the metal image for free, and packaged it VERY carefully. It arrived in perfect condition.

Quality and shipping time was great, I just wish I would've known beforehand that I had to have a signature to collect my package, as I work a 8-5 and it is hard for me to have someone there to sign for it.
