I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
The image and the finish that came back was so different from what I submitted it was indeed unrecognizable. Never use these guys again and probably never see a refund.

FUNNY THING IS THAT I AM JUST GETTING READY TO SEND IN SOME PHOTOS WITH A CLAIM AS 88 OF THE 300 CANVASES I ORDERED I AM UNABLE TO USE.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH HOW THESE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED AS THE CANVASES CAME DAMAGED AND YOU SHOULD NOT OFFER THIS SIZE DUE TO THE WAY THEY ARE PACKAGED.
I WOULD LIKE A CREDIT FOR THE 88 DAMAGED CANVASES AS I AM GOING TO RE-ORDER A DIFFERENT SIZE TO AVOID MOST OF THE PROBLEMS.

I can't believe it been over a month and I haven't received my product. The company wrote wrong my adress twice. First time they didn't wrote the number of my apt so FedEx had to returned it and the second time the wrote ir completely different a different apartment number and a difference adress so FedEx had to return. Now I'm waiting for my product and it haven't arrive I'm understress and angry. I'm having anxiety attacks I can't handle this. Is so stressful I don't know is this company is a scam I'm so so stress. DONT BUY HERE

Ordered canvas prints as gifts on 12/3 with delivery shown "will arrive by Xmas". I didn't know it would be produced in INDIA. THAT IS NOT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE Just shipped from INDIA on 12/19 and it's not even in the US on 12/23. Would never have ordered from them if I'd known that.

So I've been looking for a site to do metallic prints on and found CanvasChamp. I decided to do a test run and just order one out of the 20 I've been wanting to get as decoration. Came in today and overall its more detailed than what I expected, but it got pretty banged up on its way in. First of all, it shipped from India which is a pretty common sign to tell if a company is sketchy especially since it says they're stationed in the US. Took about a week longer than it was expected to get here, which to be fair isn't a big issue considering how covid is slowing things down in terms of shipping. Like I said the detail is better than I expected but to be fair I had my bar set pretty low so keep that in mind. It came in with a dent on the front, scratches on the back, slight chipping on part of an edge, 2 bent corners, and was also pretty warped on top of that. I think if you are only looking to get a couple of these then its honestly not too bad since the price is so low (as long as you're ok with it being a little banged up). Do not get these in a bulk order though. I also tried to get in contact with some sort of customer service to see how much my bulk order would run me and its very obviously either copy-pasted responses, or its run by bots. Overall what I got wasn't terrible but it wasn't super good either, and the site is super sketchy. Only order if you plan to only get a couple.
Tip for consumers:
I've also heard from other reviews that trying to make a return is almost impossible so bear that in mind. Think I've said this like 3 times but once again, don't order from here for any kind of bulk order I've also heard this site is mad inconsistent.

I ordered 2 prints on the 3rd of November, 2018. I hadn't received any order information, shipping information information. So I emailed them! I got a quick response explaining my order would arrive on or before the 16th. By the 18th I had not received the package so I emailed them once again. This time, it was explained to me that order was messed up and never even started yet. I immediately ask them to cancel my order and requested a full refund! That's when communications stopped! I never received any other communication until today explaining that it will arrive on or before the 26th from India. These guys have an address from Georgia but items are produced in India? These guys are unprofessional an will never use them again. To top everything off, they promised a 50% refund on my shipping to which I never received! Run while you can!

Ordered Christmas gifts on December 2nd. Expected delivery date of December 14th. Actual delivery date of December 22nd, a day after leaving for Christmas with family. Have not yet seen the items, so I can't judge the quality, but it seems that the promised delivery date was fictitious, given solely to gain my business. I wouldn't recommend based on the fictitious delivery date.

"All prints manufactured by CanvasChamp are Hand made and might have a +- 1 Inch variation from the size ordered." as stated in the order confirmation.
So after you order a 11x14, you should read the order message to let you know that you will not be getting 11x14, but could be getting 10x15 or anything around that size.
Their print WILL NOT fit in a standard frame because they are whatever size they want to make it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their response is, you should know from the order email that we don't send you the size you ordered, but close to it. WORTHLESS if you can frame it.
BTW they use DHL, they say 2 weeks expect 3 weeks.
Why would you waste your money on this kind of company. No refund, you should know when we say 11x14 it is really not 11x14 from our web site and the note we send once you order.
I WANT to like this company. Their list of services are excellent and price is more reasonable than anything local. But their Quality is definitely mixed and they have yet to demonstrate an inability to fix significant errors on my order. I ordered 3 larger items (2 canvas and 1 acrylic print). Only 1 of the 3 arrived in Excellent quality. Two items were reprinted and customer service was quick to respond and claim this was not a reflection of their normal standard. On receiving the reprint, one of the two was excellent. I have now requested a THIRD reprint of my acrylic print and we are starting month 4 since my original order was placed. The acrylic arrived with the hardware mounted to the front of the print (how could this happen? A gross reflection of poor quality control). The reprint arrived with NO mounting hardware attached and the color/tone/depth distorted (much darker than the 1st iteration that was more accurate). Customer service responded with a canned email saying this is not their normal standard of quality and that they will reprint but I have zero confidence that I will receive a hangable acrylic print anytime in the next month. Maybe stick to canvas only? As this may be their signature product. Super frustrated.

The many canvases I've ordered from CanvasChamp over the past few years have always been excellently digitally-printed with colors matching the JPEGs I submitted to them. Delivery is quick and I love the fact that 3/4-inch-thick canvases are backed up with hardboard, insuring that the canvases don't sag over time.
