I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
I ordered a split acrylic on July 23rd and paid for express shipping and the product was delayed, I contacted support and was told the product was finished but the site said it was sitting in production for over a week, after being constantly told it would ship in 24-48 hours (multiple times in one week) with no updates my order finally shipped (on the day it was oiringally supposed to arive) and was shipping from India, not USA as the site says and as the support worker on the website told me it was from USA. I contacted Mike who resolved all issues, his response is what helped my review of this company. The product quality itself was beyond my expectations, other reviews had me worried it would arrive damaged but it came in good condition and the quality was better than expected. It was a gift and the recipient absolutely loves it.
Can't say I will order from them again after the one support staff (Stanley) lied to me about where it was shipping from but the quality of the product itself surpasses my expectations.
If you don't mind waiting to receive your product and don't mind that it's coming from India they are fairly good company and Mike was very helpful in resolving any and all issues. A big thanks goes out to him for this.
I have had a terrible experience shopping (placing an order and following up) with CanvasChamp. What was meant to be a quick and easy Valentine's Day gift has turned out to be nothing other than a nightmare.
- Placed an order and received a proof within 2 days
- Declined proof and suggested edits
- 7 days of no communication
-Email after 7 days that my order is being printed (without sharing me a copy of the proof)
- Was told that they will share a copy of the proof with me (nothing was shared)
- On the 13th of Feb I requested cancelling my order and refunding my $ (No response)
- On the 14th I get an email statin g my card has been charged and a FedEx tracking number has been generated from India
I DO NOT wish to go ahead with my order which was created without my approval. It is too late to receive it. Please CANCEL my order & REFUND my money. Thank you.

I ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts Nov 21st with an estimated delivery of Dec 11th.
I have checked several times on the status post Dec 11th since it was still showing "In production". I have emailed client service several times and each time Bruce expressed his regret in the inconvenience each and every time and shared with me what I already know from the "my orders" tab on the site; it's STILL in production.
On Sunday Dec 20th I was told "We really understand your concern and have requested the related team to prioritize the order and ship it within within 24-48 business hours positively" Dec 22nd, 48 hrs away, still in production.
I absolutely understanding shipping delays during the holidays, especially this year. This has nothing to do with shipping and everything to do with this company making promises they cannot keep.
I fully expect to not see these items until well into January and I will be requesting a full refund.
I will NOT be using this company again and will actively discourage others from using them.
The 1 star is for "Bruce" and his regret in the delays...
*** update - finally sent via FedEx, from India on Wednesday Dec 23rd. Estimated delivery is Tuesday January 5th 2020. It took 32 days to prepare my order and send.
