I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
Extremely POOR printing (washed out) and creased photo not resolved after 2 months. No money back only credit. Horrible company.

Do not order prints from here. I used to have prints done here, and they were very decent for the price. At some point they changed their production company and things have gone downhill dramatically. I waited 2 months for my order and when it arrived it was completely wrong. The mat wasn't even real, it was just printed onto the paper. The frames were a completely different size than I ordered. The prints themselves were very low quality and blurry even though the images I sent were high quality. The back of the frame was duct taped together. I had ordered from them before (the same exact frames in the same exact size) and these new ones were completely different and horrible quality. Even if I hadn't had the old ones to compare them to I would have asked for my money back, these quality of these prints was completely unacceptable.
I complained to them and sent them extremely detailed information about all the issues. I included labeled photos of every issue, and photos of the old prints that were done correctly for reference. They told me they would correct the issues and send me a new order free of charge. I waited another 2 months for this order to be fulfilled, and had to exchange a ton of emails with them. SO much work. The corrected order finally arrived and was completely wrong again. 2 of the 4 pictures were exactly the same as the first incorrect batch, and the other 2 were the wrong size again and had no mat at all.
I am not a high maintenance customer. I have been incredibly patient, waiting much longer than the website said it takes to fulfill orders. I understand that with the pandemic things are behind. I tried to work with them to correct the problem. After all this I am throwing the prints in the trash and getting my money back.
I have been trying to leave my experience in reviews to warn other people about this, and I have found that many of their positive reviews seem fake, and barely make sense as if they were computer generated. Finding a place to leave a real review is very difficult. I wish I had noticed these things before spending my money here.

I purchased 4 blankets around the holidays, well-aware that they wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. They ship date they gave me was the 29th, which didn't seem too bad, but after still receiving nothing days afterward, I looked up the tracking number to find that they had been very misleading, as 'ship date' referred to when it would be sent out for shipping, not when it would be shipped to me by. I'd have been okay if they'd just been open and clear about that from the start.
More irritatingly, two of the blankets I ordered were noticeably smaller than what had been described on the website. I was probably most disappointed by one of the blanket's colors being notably off. Only 1 of 3 on the pictures on the blanket was messed up, but it was the picture that had by far been the best quality out of the ones I used, so I was baffled. A wonderful picture with blue in the background ended up becoming a picture of a bluish-gray young man somehow. I'm a little surprised there was no quality control or anyone checking the colors before shipping them out.
I also have pictures of the box they arrived in (very beaten up with some tears and holes), and more upsettingly, two staples and a ripped piece of a label in one of the blankets. So glad I didn't have them shipped straight to the people they were for (not that the website would've let me--I tried but would've had to purchase each one separately and ship it separately, which is ridiculous).
It's unfortunate, because the idea of custom picture blankets was really cool, and they'll make mostly good gifts, but my poor experience with CanvasChamp has definitely made me unlikely to purchase from them again.
