I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
We ordered multiple LARGE 40"x40" canvases and they came quickly and well-packaged. High quality and we are very pleased! Will order from here again!
The canvas had a blue hue tint to it & wasn't true to color. I called customer service & they were very eager to send a replacement.

Not the greatest. My canvas' didnt turn out good. The heads were cut off and it did not look good. I was disappointed.

I have now ordered ten 16 X 20 prints.
ALL of them are 15 3/4 X 19 3/4 inches.
They will NOT fit into a 16 X 20 frame.

They tried 3 times to reproduce a photo and each time it turned out so dark it last all content and color. Even sent them a picture of what I saw (and wanted) off my desktop screen compared to the first one they sent. I want a refund from the first one they sent, they assured me the next one would be better. Same each time. They now refuse to refund even after I offered prof of destruction.

Lousy experience, delivered 3 weeks after the guaranteed delivery date. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is that I haven't had a chance to open the puzzle and put it together so I don't know the quality of the product, only the quality of the customer service which was crap. I ordered a custom puzzle of one of my father's photographs for Christmas. The order was guaranteed by December 25th. A few days before I reached out to the company because I saw that it had not shipped. They were unable to tell me if it would arrive in time or tell me the status of my order. On December 25th I received an email that my order has been shipped, however when I clicked the link I learned that they had only printed the address label. The package did not arrive at the delivery service for 2-3 more days. This is an important detail because I understand that delivery services were overwhelmed due to the pandemic and things were running late. That would be understandable and not Canvas Champ's fault. Canvas Champ failed to have the product ready to be shipped until days past the guaranteed delivery date. This is not a problem with slow delivery on a national scale, this is a problem with this company taking on more work than they can realistically complete and failing to notify customers even when they were asking about it. I should have gone to Walgreens and gotten it there. I will never order from Canvas Champ again and can not recommend that you do either.
Edit: I strongly suspect that this review will get a canned response from the company which can be seen on every single negative review and I copied below! Laugh with me about the horrible customer service when this posts below my review...
This makes them look like they respond to negative feedback and want to do better. In reality they only cut and past the same excuse for not fulfilling their promises.
The "heavy order flow for Christmas and backlog of pending orders" were completely predictable in the holiday season. They failed to plan accordingly. They could have hired more people in help fulfill the orders (we have plenty of people looking for work,) they could have adjusted guaranteed delivery dates to be accurate and realistic or they could have chosen to only take as many orders as they could realistically fulfill. If they had said it was sold out I would have gone on to another site and gotten my gift in time for Christmas and never left such a crappy review!
I don't believe Paul K from their supposed "customer service" department. Their customer service is non existent.

Allow me a chance to explain why this has happened, before every holiday season, we forecast how much business we are going to get. This time, as usual, we did the forecast but we started to receive overwhelming orders. We have three production units scattered in the States, India, and the UK. Due to the pandemic, UK was completely locked down and we had to process the orders from our production facility in India. We were getting raw material out of the country for the production house in States, hence we had to divert all orders to our Indian production house. In a very short span of time, we had to complete all the orders, so we started hiring as many as we could to cater to the need. I wouldn't disagree with you that we did a lousy job there.
Please know that as a company we do have a downside and given the last holiday season along with the pandemic, we were trying our best to take care of everything but as they say, things don't always go as planned. It happens with every company now and then, just as much as it happens with any individual, you might have planned something but it doesn't go the same way sometimes.
No company on this planet would be perfect, however, we always try and resolve the problem. Let me assure you that I would take care of it for you. If need be, I would refund the entire order and provide you store credit in your Canvas Champ account to make it up to you.
Please give us one more chance to set this right for you. We would make sure that I would share this review with our management team to make sure that we improve our customer service along with the quality of service as per your expectations.

I would give this company NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Worst customer service whatsoever. I was shopping around to print a canvas for my customer and canvas champ quotes a delivery by 4/23 when I was shopping around (order was placed on 4/13) Knowing my customer will need the canvas by 4/24, I went with canvas champ. On 4/19, I noticed the canvas was still in production, therefore I opened a chat session with their CS to assure they're planning to ship the item that day. The agent reassured me the item will be shipped out. 4/20 still in production, I emailed the CS and this time another agent reassured me it will be shipped out that day and also told me they're understaffed. (Umm not my problem obviously!) on 4/21, I knew it wasn't going to make it here on time, I made a phone call and talked to their CS staff directly. Quote on quote, he said "this item will be shipped with expedite shipping at the cost of canvas champ. Please be patient, it will arrive on time otherwise we will issue a full refund" I was not convinced and knowing this will also be my business reputation that they're jeopardizing, I searched for a local same day pick up option for doubled the price knowing I will be losing money on this order that I designed for my customer.
Fast forward to 4/23, I received a shipping confirmation that morning and the package did not even arrive FedEx until 4/24! Of course at that point; I'm emailing canvas champ for a refund as promised by their CS agent. After 3 emails, I received one response with a 20% refund! I certainly will not accept that as an answer! The item finally arrived on 4/27 with signature required, I rejected the package and asked FedEx to return to sender. I have been emailing the company ever since and now they're ignoring me. They've already caused me so much trouble to find a local same days printing service, double the price to place an expedited order and now they do not want to refund my order as promised by their representative! I've advised them a week prior that if the product has not been produced, I will gladly cancel and order elsewhere to save both of us the trouble. But they decided to reassure me the item will arrive on time and caused me trouble! Do NOT order from them! This is a poorly ran business, I can't speak of the quality because I never received nor opened the package and returned it. All I've gotten was one lie after another!
I've never left any negative comments for anything! But this is how frustrated I am with them!
