I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
The item ordered was received exactly as I had specified, including the additional text. Was packaged to ensure that it would resist handling/shipping damage - which was great considering it came from halfway around the world. Would order again more confidently after such a good first impression.
Had the worst experience with canvas champ.com. My husband ordered me pictures of my kids and of us for Mother's Day it came over a week late and everything besides one thing was damaged and or misprinted. He spent over 250 and still has not got his refund for his order. Just disgusting!

Although the website is somewhat difficult to negotiate, I believe its due to so many choices and options of how to order. Very timely made from start to finish. My past 2 orders were made in India and shipped by FedEx. Start to finish was 1 week. Very pleased with my finished order and will use again. Have told many others when they ask "who did you use". Professionally made.

All the products I ordered arrived exactly as I expected or, in the cases of wrapped canvas prints, much better. Had slight issue with Fedex tracking not being accurate but CanvasChamp Customer Service was extremely helpful, and product arrived on time. Very satisfied and will order again certainly!

I love your prices but its a little frustrating that there is no easy way to click back and preview a product once it is in the cart. You have to go through the editing process all over again to make sure its just how you want it, but I give 5 stars because I receive my canvas in 6 days with great quality.

My wife has been ordering her canvases from canvaschamp for many years now and is so very happy with the quality of work that's always been done. I wanted to surprise her with a picture that she loves so much and get it printed for her so I did the ordering this time. Process went very smooth, the only thing that was an issue was the shipping and by that it was 3 days late for arrival. Other than that canvaschamp has always ceased to amaze me with the quality of work that they sell!

If ordering multiple items of the same thing, but want each order different, their system is not that user friendly. Need to do one by one by one. However, they are very helpful and helped me submit my order. Their turn times are also very good. I would order from them again.

My canvas prints arrived damaged due to over-packing them into a too small tube. There are wrinkles and a few places where the image will have to be retouched. These issues would have been worse if I planned to sell these pieces, but I only plan to use these as secondary displays.

I am thrilled with my order of 3 Custom Photo Blankets from Canvas Champ. I checked out several printing companies before I chose Canvas Champ. Many other companies told me my pictures weren't high enough resolution to work on a blanket. Others had poor reviews regarding thin blankets and poor construction. It's hard to choose over the internet without actually seeing and touching the actual product. I chose Canvas Champ and crossed my fingers. I'm so glad I did! The resolution and colors of my pictures on the blanket are absolutely beautiful. The blanket is also soft, thick, warm and reasonably heavy. The delivery was quick, and arrived before Christmas as promised. My kids were thrilled with them. To top it off, Canvas Champ offers many on-line coupons. I was able to order a third blanket for myself for free.

Called at 3:47 pm with a question I had from the web sight. Message said you were open until 4pm. I was then instructed to leave a message and phone number as no one was available to take my call. No one called back. This was Saturday and I needed to place order then to take advantage of 10% off expiring on Sunday. Monday would have been too late! They call me Monday and I get one coupon code 30% discount for all this and because is not my first order!

I ordered from Canvas Champ nearly a month ago and my order is currently in Jamaica, coming slow boat from India. The delivery date promised, when I ordered, was 2 weeks ago. Meaning, I should've received the package 2 weeks ago. I placed an order with them once before that took 15 days to arrive and the quality was good but I won't order again. It just takes too long and you're left wondering if you'll ever get your product (a way overdue Valentine's gift). My first order was late too, but the 2nd order is so far ridiculously late. Next time I'll order from a company in the US. The cost is about the same anyway.

Package arrived damaged, and the canvas was torn off with wood frame exposed on one side. The second picture was fuzzy due to it being blown up so large. I would have appreciated it if I had been notified that the picture I chose did not have enough pixels to make it that large. Also, the picture we chose was copied from All Posters, and across the front of the print I received, it says "All Posters". Not happy about that, but like the subject matter of the print.

Make sure the picture you are putting on canvas has enough pixels that it will not be fuzzy. Also make sure there is no unwanted printing on the picture you want to put on canvas.

Received canvas (3-piece)...while the print looks good, when we tried to hang it, we found that the framing was different from one panel to the next (different size wood) which made it very difficult to line up all three pieces to hang correctly. We also found that one panel was not square and that is very noticeable on the wall. Very disappointed. They would not offer replacement because I didn't want it made again in India (I only order from US companies for this reason). Stuck with what I have; if someone notices the size is off, I will tell them it was from CanvasChamp. This was a gift that was not very appreciated.

I love using CanvasChamp. I ordered a custom umbrella from them and it came out beautifully. I placed a second order of 6 more, but there was a mix up of what to put on them. I sent a picture of what was sent versus what was ordered, and they quickly fixed and replaced the entire order. Shipping is also very fast, 7-10 days arrival via FEDEX. Getting the print-prep department to crop my photo correctly was difficult. They sent me a "proof" that cut off part of the dolphin's body on the right which is the focus of my photo, instead of cropping the left which is blue water. After I asked them to move the crop line to the right, a slight improvement was made. Yet, it is not how I would have done it. They did the same crop on the top & bottom. Very laborious. Overall printing was good. The final print was drop shipped to my client. I don't have a picture to show you.

The service provided by CanvasChamp is quite remarkable. I needed to change the delivery to not require a signature, and they were able to connect with FedEx and give new instructions. They even included me in the email conversation so I'd know exactly what was going on.
I did have a challenge with the color of the metal prints (far more intense than what I see on my monitor), but the service was wonderful. I will work the color issue in future orders.

I was worried about photo quality at such a large size, but the website had recommendations on largest size possible and it turned out great. The print shipped extremely securely, so secure it was hard for me to get into it! I'd rather have a secure product than not, so no complaints there. All in all, great product and of course, at an affordable price.
