I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!

I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.

I placed an order prior the Thanksgiving holiday for a canvas anticipated to be delivered by December 4th. I have yet received my item. When I check the status it states "In Production". Customer service is rude and gives you canned responses. This was a gift for my husband and now I have to figure out something else. I will never order from this company again! Also this is not a US based company.

I ordered 3 puzzles (each a different picture) that were to be given as gifts. What I received were 3 plastic bags filled with puzzle pieces with no indication of which picture each bag contained. In addition 2 of the bags had broken open during some very rough shipping (based on condition of outer box) so now I really have NO idea of which pieces belong to which puzzle. So, I'm left with $218 worth of trash filler for my trash bag. Never again!

I've orders apron and pillows from this website and really regret now. The Aprons quality is so bad, the stiches were not strait, synthetic material, the picture is blurry. Same goes about the pillows. Everything looks cheap and will not be used, forget about giving as a gift (which was a plan). Just a wasting money.
Ordered also canvas, that was OK. Also ordered an umbrellas. The cover for one of them was missing. After claiming, I've got a refund. But quality of umbrella is not the good either. The shaft is too short, which makes the canopy of umbrella (which is not bad quality) sitting on your head, the handle too big and looks also cheap. So, for umbrella I will give 3 stars, for canvas print 4, for apron- not even 1 star, for pillows - 2 stars.
Everything looks cheap. Overall, I WOULD NOT recommend this site - such a bad quality, not worth to spent money.

I ordered two small photo pillows of my dogs for my son as a Christmas present. The pillows look like the pictures, although one is deformed looking. I ordered from here because they were cheap and this is a funny gift that I didn't want to pay a lot for but also because the website clearly stated that the pillows had removable covers. Well, they don't. When I emailed and asked about it, they said I ordered pillows, not covers. The description of the PILLOWS clearly states they come with removable covers. Also, the seams will surely not last very long, and I'll have to get them repaired.

Very dissatisfied. It's been almost 3 months and order still says in production. I understand things may be behind because of the pandemic, but they have not been in communication at to give any updates. They are also still taking new orders that they claim will be done in 3 weeks. I had to order from another company.

Fast delivery however the canvas was significantly warped and not square, so it doesn't sit on the table or wall properly. It constantly looks like the image is crooked, as there is about a 5-7 degree slant on the frame (the "square" canvas is a mad rhombus shape). I submitted a ticket complaint with no reply. Order #AU*******732

Ordered a pillow with picture of pet. Delivery and picture definition was good. However, picture coloring was terrible. White areas were blue. I asked for money back or replacement with correct color. Communication with CS got me nowhere. Beware.

I placed an order Cost of Rs 1265 on 16/07/2020, date of delivery was 30/07/2020 but I have not received my order.
I complained through email i. E *******@canvaschamp.in several times, they replied accordingly but till date nothing has been received, Thereby CanvasChamp cheated my Rs 1265.
On 8/Aug/2020 they mail me and reply that "your order is being delivered to you on 31/Jul/2020".
They have done cheating U/s 415 IPC.
This CanvasChamp is therefore fake.

I ordered a 47x30 canvas print from Canvas Champ and received my order today ahead of deliver schedule. But to my disappointment there was a nice size bump or dent in the print along with some weird white stripes all in the same area of the print. The colors were also really dark and flat. I sent them an email letting them know so now I'm waiting for a reply. The email was just sent today so I'll see how long it takes for them to reply. All in all I'm very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

I placed an order and selected a guaranteed delivery date at checkout. The items are shipped from India and have been stuck in "clearances" and the items have not been received. When contacting customer service, they just say they it's not their fault since they shipped it on their end on time. I had to re-purchase the same items from a local print shop since I had ordered these items for an event.
Buyer beware these items are shipped from overs and do not go by the delivery dates. I have no idea of the quality since they have not been received yet.

Well, ordered two canvas prints of wife and our two dogs. Received a huge canvas of a grey cat and another one of what looked like a family reunion in Christmas sweaters. If you're missing your order, I'm happy to send it to you. VERY disappointed customer right here.

None of the pictures were cleaned well and they all were taped together creating a very discouraging and unpleasant experience unwrapping them. The tape literally melted to the backs of each and every one of them. There are small scratches on all of them. I do not understand why they were not individually wrapped and protected. I will have to spend hours cleaning and preparing them to go on the wall. I am extremely unsatisfied with the delivery of this product. After so much anticipation, this truly was a letdown in every way, after spending nearly $300.00 for this product.

Their initial delivery time is much, much longer than stated. When contacting them for updated delivery times, their phone and chat service falsely claimed multiple dates and times that proved to be completely untrue. Also, although this delivery requires a signature by receiver, the package was left in my doorway without a signature which left me unable to examine the package prior to acceptance. I ultimately discovered the packaging and print were badly damaged. It became obvious that their packaging is completely inadequate for delivery from as far away as India. After receiving poor customer service, poor delivery service and a damaged product, they would not reimburse me, but only offered a 20% refund or ship me a new print. Due to this, I unfortunately had to opt for the new print. After receiving the new print, I was astonished by the poor quality of the print. I'm extremely disappointed on many levels and would not ever recommend this company to anyone!

The colors were washed out badly. Some of the prints had a vertical board in the middle of the picture and it created an imprint in the picture that could not be removed. There is a sticker on the back of each picture that says "Made In India". I do NOT recommend using this company for your canvas prints

I loved the easy way I could create my design... but then it took me almost 1 hour and endless tries to figure out how to get it into the darn cart. After all that I contact and I get help on the chat I was given poor instructions on how to do it. I still have a headache. Finally I change my browser and we complete in 5 minutes all order. This was 2 weeks ago, now I have my order and for this price I can say that are perfect!

I have now received 3 large 30 x 40 canvas prints of my art, ordered from Canvas Champ, they are really great!

I used to buy from canvas discount, best canvas (same company) in the past, they are the worst for customer service, poor quality workmanship, sloppy packaging and handling... was happy to find Canvas Champ for basically the same price and heads and shoulders above the other company in color, quality, material of canvas (OTHER company uses some sort of polyester type material, not canvas), construction of product is superb, hangs beautifully very well done. So far I am impressed with them, have not had to contact customer service thus far, so also happy about that!

At this early stage of doing biz with them, I highly recommend them over best canvas or canvas discount... there is no comparison... Canvas Champ is the CHAMP!

Recently bought a canvas from canvaschamp. While ordering there was no warning your photo might be blurry, as you would find in reputable sites like Walmart or Walgreens, and when I received my order, it was very blurry. Shipping box was poorly packaged and very beat up. The corners of the canvas were very beat up and the back of the canvas has a crack in it. Contacted customer service. They only responded to the blurry issue. They haven't responded about the damage. They are cheap but I wouldn't ever recommend them as the customer service and the guaranteed satisfaction is incredibly awful.
