I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!

I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.

I have ordered the same print from here and two other top name companies. I will no longer be ordering from them. This company has won me over. The canvas print was so clear with no bleeding colors. The frame that came with it was much better quality than other company's.

I ordered and paid for an image on metal, shown and advertised to have spacers and way of hanging. All I received was a slightly ragged edge metal photo with some scrapes at the top and no means for it to be hung. So disappointed.

Ordered travel pillow and came via FedEx. Came packaged in a plastic box which was cracked when received. Shards from box punctured the pillows. Not worth the expense to repackage and ship back, but won't be ordering these again. Product was nice, but not worth the chance of receiving damaged merchandise.

I ordered a product but never received it. They didn't even bother to email when the product was shipped or when the product was out for delivery. I checked the status on the expected date of delivery and it showed that it was delivered 3days before. When I tried contacting canvas champ nobody had any answer for me for 3 days. After 3 days when I shouted they just emailed we will tell you when we hear back from our shipping agent. It's been 7 days since I raised a ticket and nobody even bothers to reply to email or update. Such a poor customer service. It's a fraud company with no real customer service experience. If the product is lost you are at your own risk, they won't bother to even talk to you. I have literally been harassed by trying to reach out to them to give an answer but looks like they don't even know.

Tip for consumers:
Buy if you don't care about product being actually delivered to you

I have to say I was ordering canvas mount photo's for Christmas presents. I had one "custom sized" to fit a specific wall area. My Wife was in tears when She opened the package and saw it. Further on, I ordered more smaller prints, for My children. When We ran into a shipping problem, Canvas Champs made sure everything was re-processed, so I got My photo's for Christmas. They very much worked and listened, and made sure I was credited for the original, gone wrong order. Thanks Canvas Champs. Me and My family will be ordering more, as everyone has plans for more decoration on the walls.

1. Online payment system did not work
2. FEDEX required signature for delivery -which I was unaware of
3.5 of the 7 acryllic prints I ordered and received are of terrible quality.
- there are whit spots all over them -- looks like something related to how they were processed
- one print had the opposite orientation of the original proof!
In other words QA/QC process totally failed.
4. Sent email to CS with images of the bad prints (5 out of 7)...received a response asking for a video to be sent...I resent the prints and have not heard back.

WOW - a totally negative experience indeed with CC!

My acrylic prints were 3 weeks late. They all four had horizontal lines running through them, tiny pinholes all over them and white and black specs imprinted on them. This company needs to go out of business. They rip people off and do not give a crap. It is just another scam from India.

I have tried since December to get a refund on a pillow that I purchased as a gift. I took pictures of the pillow and have sent to them they agreed it was not good workmanship.It is terrible they keep telling me every time I have reached out to them ( that I go to the end of the line to get my return.).If this is true then evidently they make a very poor product all the time. I was very impressed at the quality of the canvases that I received. One, however, was not stretched tightly enough on the stretcher bars or something happened to it during shipping. I was also missing some hardware that I ordered. It has been a long process trying to resolve this issue and I am still waiting. I do intend to order again based on the quality but I am hoping that this issue will be dealt with very soon.

Requesting to make minor retouch on photo to remove light spot on upper right of the photo up above gentleman's head. Cheap pillow! Very awesome! I can have my pillow say many swear words its amazing. Easy to place my order and was able to use Amazon sign in, so no need to create a new account what for me was nice.

My niece told me about your site and I'm so glad she did! I ordered 4 large canvases with the thicker wood frames. I did pay for added sawtooth hangars but there was no need to. The back of the canvases were open so I could just use the wood frame to hang.

I ordered two pillows at the end of November and was told I would have them by Dec 11, I know it is December 11th yet but I am unable to get any updates on my order except they are overwhelmed with orders and I will have to wait 5-6 more days for the update. This should be unacceptable. I like many others want our orders on time. They took my money fast enough

I've been ordering from this company for over seven years. I placed an order at the end of 2021 and spent over $400. Every canvas that they sent me is mounted on CARDBOARD.

In the past, they used wood for their canvases. What they sent me is completely unusable.

So disappointing that I will have to find a new company to order from. Seriously, who mounts canvases on cardboard?

I ordered nine canvases. The reason I only rate three stars is two smaller canvases were not as square (8x8) or rectangular (5x7) as they should be.
I am working with customer service through email to get this resolved.
I do like the color quality of these canvases better than another place I ordered from last year. They come wrapped extremely well to avoid damage in transit.

Had problems with trying to upload a png to the canvas print maker. It would cut off random sections of the background and just display them white. Happened with multiple different files. I talk with someone from customer service and he help me out more than 30 minutes!

After all that I receive my canvas in 9 days and i love it. Thank you!
